Shielding and corrosion properties of the Alloy 709 as canister material for spent nuclear fuel dry casks

The shielding and corrosion properties of the Alloy 709 advanced austenitic stainless steel have been investigated as a candidate canister material in spent fuel dry casks. 设立在职干部岗位津贴增强军队干部工资制度的激励功能

目前军队干部工资制度是一种具有明显补偿性特征的工资制度。军队干部享受比地方干部高的退休工资待遇补偿了干部“在职期”工资收入的不足。军队干部工资制度的补偿性特征导致干部劳动贡献与收入分配在时间分布上不匹配,个人消费与收入分配在时间分布上不匹配,直接或间接地损害了军队干部的经济利益。军队可以参照地方公务员设立岗位津贴的办法,设立军人岗位津贴,以增强军队干部工资制度的激励作用。
