Inventory control and replenishment with flexible delivery‐time upgrade

We consider a capacitated inventory model with flexible delivery upgrades, in which the seller allocates its on‐hand inventory to price‐ and delivery‐time‐sensitive customers. The seller has two decisions: inventory commitment and replenishment. The former addresses how the on‐hand inventories are allocated between the two classes of customers within an inventory cycle. The latter addresses how the inventory is replenished between inventory cycles. We develop optimal inventory allocation, upgrade, and replenishment policies and demonstrate that the optimal policy can be characterized by a set of switching curves. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通信受限下分布式多传感器协同跟踪算法

在分布式多传感器目标跟踪系统中,由于局部融合中心(LFC)的物理限制(如:有限的频率信道、处理器容量有限等),只能接收有限个传感器的传送数据。此外,信息传输的方式也将影响传感网的使用寿命,因此,研究了通信受限下的分布式多传感器目标协同跟踪问题。首先对监视区内分布的传感器进行聚类分簇形成若干个子网,接着从通信能耗的角度出发,对传感器采集信息的传递路径进行最优路径规划;进而对子网局部状态进行估计,在子网信息融合中,分别采用最大距离和、最大化信息增量两种准则进行最佳传感器选择,最后通过各子网全局航迹融合实现分布式多传感器协同跟踪。仿真验证了算法的有效性。     

有机羧酸在中性腐蚀介质中对铸铝的缓蚀性能研究

通过电化学方法研究了不同浓度的有机羧酸对偶接及非偶接状态下铸铝的缓蚀性能,并对其缓蚀机理作了初步探讨.结果表明:常温状态下,该有机羧酸对铸铝有着很好的缓蚀效果,且随着其浓度的提高,缓蚀效果增加.此缓蚀剂对铸铝主要表现为几何覆盖效应,为抑制阳极型缓蚀剂.

基于红蓝对抗的实战化教学组训方法研究 —— 以航空兵初级指挥专业为例

红蓝对抗训练是实战化训练的最高形式,近年来在部队演习演练中被广泛采用,效果显著。军队院校教学向部队靠拢,向实战聚焦,可在航空兵初级指挥专业的人才培养中引入红蓝属性,开展实战化教学的探索和实践。本文提出“模拟环境+师生对抗+硬度可调”的实战化教学组训方法：一是红蓝对抗模拟训练环境,可支撑航空兵初级指挥专业学员开展“规划-部署-实施-评估”的航空兵作战全流程红蓝对抗实战化教学;二是“蓝”教员和“红”学员师生对抗教学组织实施程序;三是适应学员能力渐进式增长的关于训练想定、蓝军能力、导调方式和评定标准的“硬度可调”机制。此外,为确保红蓝对抗实战化教学的顺利实施,给出了锻造“红蓝兼备”院校“蓝”教员队伍的几点建议。     

Delamination process in cross-ply UHMWPE laminates under ballistic penetration

Cross-ply unidirectional laminates made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers are widely used as components of bullet-proof vests. To simulate the delamination process of the material under penetration, we constructed a numerical mechanical model, which was validated by tests using 7.62 × 39 mm rifle bullets penetrating laminates of different thicknesses. The results show that the delamination region is essentially diamond-shaped. The simulated delamination region is in good agreement with the experimental data. It is found that the delamination region increases with the compression modulus along the fiber direction. The delamination region increases when the shear strength between the fabric layers decreases;However, it is little influenced by the normal strength. The delamination region of the front face of the laminate is little influenced by the failure strain of the material and the initial velocity of the bullet. The delamination region of the back face increases with the failure strain and decreases with the initial velocity.
