Perspectives for the development of key industrial capabilities for Canada’s defence sector

With the Canada First Defence Strategy, Canada has put forth a major opportunity to reconcile national security imperatives and industrial policy. The Jenkins Report (2013) set out to examine ways to use that procurement effort to foster key industrial capabilities (KICs) that would put the Canadian defence industry at an advantage both nationally and internationally. The Canadian defence industry should then develop highly focused capabilities with a view to moving up global value chains. As such, KICs that hold the best potential should be selected. They should be sustained through a range of strategies that are however contingent on the elimination of policy gaps. This leads to a balancing act between the need to control intellectual property assets versus accessing them in a world where national boundaries are eroded. Canada’s industry should target opportunities outside North America while continuing to focus on better integration with the North American industry.

基于ExtendSim小件空投地面准备的仿真研究

小件空投是空降兵空投保障的重要组成部分,现已基本形成了包装——运输——装机三阶段的小件空投地面准备保障模式。简要介绍了空投小件包装、运输和装机环节,利用Extend Sim仿真软件,对影响小件空投地面准备的主要因素进行仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析,有利于在空投小件装机数量不间断的情况下,提高小件包装人员和运输车辆的利用率,辅助空投技术人员对影响空投实施的主要因素进行科学决策和统筹管理。     

武器协同数据链发展趋势及关键技术

武器协同数据链是武器装备的信息传输装置,实现各类战术信息实时传输和共享,支持武器装备协同探测、协同定位、协同突防、协同攻击.阐述了武器协同数据链现状,分析了新作战模式对武器协同数据链的能力需求,论述了武器协同数据链全球覆盖、弹性可重构、低时延高动态组网、抗强干扰、抗截获等发展趋势,总结了数据链弹性可重构、大规模低时延高动态组网、基于认知的智能抗干扰、多域综合抗截获等关键技术.     

基于平台支撑流程驱动的军用软件测试过程实施

为了解决在军用软件测试过程中各项活动的生命周期过度依赖人工驱动的问题,在相关的国/军标指导下,基于军用软件测试和项目管理相关技术和理论,设计了一种基于平台支撑流程驱动的军用软件测试过程实施模型.该模型有利于在平台支撑下军用软件测试过程的自动化实施,可以提高测试效率和降低测试成本,提升军用软件测评实验室的管理能力,在军民融合的大背景下提高军费使用效率.     

The mechanism of liquid dispersing from a cylinder driven by central dynamic shock loading

A systematic investigation on the mechanism of dynamic liquid dispersing process via theoretical and experimental approach is presented. The experiments include weak and strong constrained scenarios using the high-speed camera technique and the flash X-ray radiography technique. Based on dynamic analysis, one-dimensional characteristics analysis and some numerical simulations on the propagating processes of blast waves before the container shell rupturing, further and detailed analyses of the experimental results are presented. The effects of the liquid viscosity on the dynamic dispersing flow are also analyzed, and the spall fracture mechanism is explored. Thus, the dominating forces determining the dispersing liquid flow are revealed, that is, the stretching and shearing action due to the interaction of two reflecting rarefaction waves in opposite propagating directions. The influence of container shell strength on the dispersing liquid flow is also investigated, and the characters of cavitation layered in liquid before shell rupturing are uncovered. Results revealed that different shell material results in different cavitating layers. Then the different cavitating layers drive the different dynamic liquid dispersing process coming into being. The metastable liquid states caused by pressure drop and cavi-tation generation are discussed.

通用油料装备质量分级研究

通用油料装备的质量分级是依据油料装备的不同技术状况划分质量等级,以便于装备的使用、维护、退役和报废。介绍了通用油料装备的质量分级应遵循的原则和质量等级划分的主要依据,将通用油料装备质量等级分为四等六级,每一级对应一个级值,给出了质量分级的数学模型,并提出了分级依据对应级值的条件或计算方法。     

梁纯弯曲的大变形分析

在平面应力问题中 ,分析了在梁端截面作用沿高度线性分布外力时纯弯梁大变形的几何非线性问题。给出了纯弯曲应力的精确解 ,并用欧拉法得到了位移的近似解。当泊桑比为零时 ,求得位移的精确解。     

传感器与综合火控系统组网的协同作战能力系统

协同作战能力(CEC)系统是美国海军最早使用的与传感器和武器系统组合的网络中心战系统之一.简要介绍了CEC的发展背景,较系统地阐述了传感器组网和综合火控的概念.同时还介绍了CEC系统的配置和复合识别能力,指出CEC用作联合传感器网络基础的可能性.最后,展望了未来先进的传感器网络,并指出了在CEC中发挥网络优势必须解决的两个难题.
