Research progress on advanced rail materials for electromagnetic railgun technology

Electromagnetic railgun attracts more and more attention due to its advantage in speed,cost,and obscurity.It is found that the rail should withstand huge mechanical and thermal shocks during the launching operation.The forms of rail failure are accompanied by gouge,grooving,transition,and arc ablation,etc.The service life of the rail has become a bottleneck restricting the development of elec-tromagnetic railgun technology.A series of researches are carried out to solve rail failure,including analysing the failure mechanism and using various advanced rail materials.This paper provides a comprehensive review of rail materials,including material composition,preparation,microstructure,and properties.We begin from a short background of the requirement of the rail material.Then a detailed investigation of rail materials is described,and the performances of those materials are introduced.Finally,further development prospect of rail material is discussed.     

Preparation and characterization of HMX/EVA/hBNNSs micro-composites with improved thermal stability and reduced sensitivity

Hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets(HBNNSs)have huge potential in the field of coating materials owing to their remarkable chemical stability,mechanical strength and thermal conductivity.Thin-layer hBNNSs were obtained by a liquid-phase exfoliation of h-BN powders and incorporated into EVA coatings for improving the safety performance of 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocane(HMX).HBNNSs and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)were introduced to HMX by a solvent-slurry process.For com-parison,the HMX/EVA and HMX/EVA/graphene(HMX/EVA/G)composites were also prepared by a similar process.The morphology,crystal form,surface element distribution,thermal decomposition property and impact sensitivity of HMX/EVA/hBNNSs composites were contrastively investigated.Results showed that as prepared HMX/EVA/hBNNSs composites were well coated with hBNNSs and EVA,and exhibited better thermal stability and lower impact sensitivity than that of HMX/EVA and HMX/EVA/G composites,suggesting superior performance of desensitization of hBNNSs in explosives.     

炮控系统性能参数检测平台设计与实现

在火控系统的调试、检测过程中,炮控性能参数的测试是一个关键环节.而在传统的炮控系统参数检测中,主观因素过多,精确性没有保证.为解决该问题,设计并实现了一种自动化的炮控系统性能参数检测平台.该平台基于工业相机、图像采集卡等硬件,通过图像采集以及预处理等软件模块对目标进行成像,图像分析处理模块对各种影响因素进行修正.基于该平台的最终测试结果表明,平台检测效果良好,可满足装备需求.     

Revenue management under randomly evolving economic conditions

We consider a dynamic pricing model in which the instantaneous rate of the demand arrival process is dependent on not only the current price charged by the concerned firm, but also the present state of the world. While reflecting the current economic condition, the state evolves in a Markovian fashion. This model represents the real‐life situation in which the sales season is relatively long compared to the fast pace at which the outside environment changes. We establish the value of being better informed on the state of the world. When reasonable monotonicity conditions are met, we show that better present economic conditions will lead to higher prices. Our computational study is partially calibrated with real data. It demonstrates that the benefit of heeding varying economic conditions is on par with the value of embracing randomness in the demand process. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Mathematical formulation and heuristic algorithm for the block relocation and loading problem

This study considers the block relocation and loading problem in container terminals. The optimal loading sequence and relocation location are simultaneously decided on the basis of the desired ship‐bay and initial yard space configuration. An integer linear programming model is developed to minimize the number of relocations in the yard space on the basis of no shifts in the ship bay. The accuracy of the model is tested on small‐scale scenarios by using CPLEX. Considering the problem size in the real world, we present a rule‐based heuristic method that is combined with a mathematical model for the removal, loading, and relocation operations. The influence of rules on algorithm performance is also analyzed, and the heuristic algorithm is compared with different types of algorithms in the literature. The extensive numerical experiments show the efficiency of the proposed heuristic algorithm.

北宋时期,宋辽两国对峙于河北平原。北宋的河北沿边城市在防御辽国入侵的同时,也负有对辽国从事情报搜集工作的职能。本文试就北宋对辽间谍活动的开展情况、有关制度以及辽国对宋开展的间谍活动等问题进行探索。     

C^4ISR系统通信网络效能评估指标体系研究

本文首先对C4ISR系统通信网络进行效能分析,提出C4ISR系统通信网络效能指标体系的研究途径,由此划分C4ISR系统通信网络效能指标体系为基本业务性能指标和战术性能指标两大类指标,给出各类指标的相关因素和求解方式,从而建立了一个评估C4ISR系统通信网络综合效能指标体系。     

微型课程视域下的民族地区生物校本课程开发与实践

校本课程是生物课程体系中重要的组成部分。民族地区因偏远落后、师资数量不足,因而生物校本课程开出率过低。微型化的生物校本课程作为民族地区生物课程开发的新模式,以其"短而小"可促进生物教师专业成长,以其"精"可体现民族地区生物校本课程特色,以其"活"保证了民族地区生物校本课程的可持续发展。因此,微型化的校本课程是民族地区生物教师校本研究的新路径。     

无人机侦察情报即时任务排序研究

针对战时无人机侦察情报系统,人工难于将大量的情报需求进行排序问题,研究在系统过载和未过载的情况下,硬实时任务集合和软实时任务集合的不同算法。采用层次分析法计算每个参数权重,使用离散数据标准化方法对每种算法的数据进行处理,实现了无人机侦察任务即时排序,并通过算例验证了算法的有效性。
