上下文感知的深度弱监督图像哈希表示学习方法

针对现有深度监督图像哈希表示学习方法依赖于图像的类别信息,难以在现实中被广泛应用问题,利用与图像相关的标签信息作为监督信息,提出上下文感知的深度弱监督图像哈希表示学习方法。该方法一方面通过自适应捕获图像区域特征的相关上下文来增强它们的表示能力,另一方面通过引入判别损失来提高学习到的哈希码表示的判别性。在现有两个公开数据集上的大量实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。

从磁通守恒原理出发 ,通过建立单端起爆螺旋形爆炸磁通压缩发电机 (EMCG)的等效电路模型 ,详细地分析了这种发电机在压缩运行过程中各有关的物理量及其相互关系 ,为进行数值模拟和装置设计提供了有用的参考。     

Why nations fail: defense spending,fighting commitment and,inter-nations-prosperity-poverty-gap

Both the increasing defense spending and the widening divergence between rich and poor countries are of great concerns. This paper attempts to explain the two concepts in a unify theory framework. In the view of conflict economics, a nation’s defense spending can be seen as the fighting commitment of distributive effort in the global economy while other is the productive effort. The development of global economy needs the productive efforts from almost every nation, and the distribution of the aggregate output is determined in large degree by the fighting commitment of each nation. The numerical simulation of the model gives a reasonable explanation of the patterns of the divergence/convergence of prosperity-poverty gap between nations, the fact which is evidenced by many empirical analyses. (1) Given the initial wealth ratio between nations fixed, there is a critical value of fighting decisiveness, when the actual value is larger than the critical value, it is more likely to result in Matthew effect; otherwise the gap would gradually be shortened. (2) Given the fighting decisiveness fixed, there is a critical value of initial wealth ratio, when the actual value is larger than the critical value, it is more likely to result in Matthew effect; otherwise, the gap would gradually be shortened. The study gives a new perspective to explain and handle the increasingly defense spending and the prosperity-poverty gap between nations.

并行时域自适应算法在电大目标瞬态散射中的应用

基于电磁场时域积分方程(TDIE)数值技术计算复杂目标的瞬态散射特性,其计算量和内存需求大,采用时域自适应算法(TDAIM)降低了TDIE的计算规模。在研究TDAIM并行算法的基础上,开发了基于.NET Remoting的电磁场分布式数值计算方案。数值结果表明,该方案显著提高了TDAIM的计算效率,为解决电大目标瞬态电磁散射问题提供了一条有效途径。     

Inventory sharing under decentralized preventive transshipments

We consider preventive transshipments between two stores in a decentralized system with two demand subperiods. Replenishment orders are made before the first subperiod, and the stores may make transshipments to one another between the subperiods. We prove that the transshipment decision has a dominant strategy, called a control‐band conserving transfer policy, under which each store chooses a quantity to transship in or out that will keep its second‐subperiod starting inventory level within a range called a control band. We prove that the optimal replenishment policy is a threshold policy in which the threshold depends on the capacity level at the other store. Finally, we prove that there does not exist a transfer price that coordinates the decentralized supply chain. Our research also explains many of the differences between preventive and emergency transshipments, including differences in the optimal transfer policies and the existence or nonexistence of transfer prices that coordinate the system. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
