“5G+区块链”军事应用探索与分析

区块链技术来源于数字货币,是一种具有去中心化、自信任、公开透明、数据不可篡改、隐私保护等特点的分布式数据账本。在国防与军队建设领域,区块链技术由于其技术理念的先进性而具有相当广阔的应用前景,它将导致思维理念、作战方式与管理方式的全方位创新,但是区块链技术在应用过程中,也存在一定缺陷。由于具备高传输速率、低网络时延、超强连接能力以及更灵活的业务部署能力,5G技术成为弥补区块链技术不足的首选。本文首先分别介绍了5G技术和区块链技术的主要军事应用前景和存在的困难;其次,分析了5G与区块链之间的互补影响及两种技术融合发展的可能性;最后,从军事供应链、智慧军营和无人作战平台等方面深入探讨了5G与区块链典型军事应用中可能面临的挑战。     

An interface shear damage model of chromium coating/steel substrate under thermal erosion load

The Cr-plated coating inside a gun barrel can effectively improve the barrel's erosion resistance and thus increase the service life.However,due to the cyclic thermal load caused by high-temperature gun-powder,micro-element damage tends to occur within the Cr coating/steel substrate interface,leading to a gradual deterioration in macro-mechanical properties for the material in the related region.In order to mimic this cyclic thermal load and,thereby,study the thermal erosion behavior of the Cr coating on the barrel's inner wall,a laser emitter is utilized in the current study.With the help of in-situ tensile test and finite element simulation results,a shear stress distribution law of the Cr coating/steel substrate and a change law of the interface ultimate shear strength are identified.Studies have shown that the Cr coating/steel substrate interface's ultimate shear strength has a significant weakening effect due to increasing temperature.In this study,the interfacial ultimate shear strength decreases from 2.57 GPa(no erosion)to 1.02 GPa(laser power is 160 W).The data from this experiment is employed to establish a Cr coating/steel substrate interface shear damage model.And this model is used to predict the flaking process of Cr coating by finite element method.The simulation results show that the increase of coating crack spacing and coating thickness will increase the service life of gun barrel.     

光电干扰武器系统C^3I可执行建模研究

基于UML的C3I系统模型的设计结果是对系统的静态表述,而C3I系统的本质是动态的。着色Petri网(Colored Petri Net,CPN)具有强大的描述能力及严密的数学基础和多种分析手段,并且它是可以仿真运行的。提出了从UML产品映射到可用于逻辑、行为和性能方面体系结构评价的CPN可执行模型的方法,先对光电干扰武器系统C3I进行UML建模的一般描述,再详细地阐述了光电干扰武器系统C3I从UML产品映射到CPN建立可执行模型的过程。通过对可执行模型CPN的仿真可对光电干扰武器系统C3I进行完整准确地评价。     

单[6-脱氧（1，10癸二硫醇）巯基]β-环糊精的合成方法研究

制备合成单[6-脱氧（1,10癸二硫醇）巯基]β-环糊精,结合产物的。^1H NMR,^13C HMR分析,推测了可能的反应机理,初步讨论了其在制备传感器敏感膜材料方面的应用前景。     

新型多目标遗传算法及其在导弹射击效能优化中的应用

多目标规划是一类重要的优化模型,有着广泛的实际应用,但其求解至今仍是运筹学的一个难点.针对一般约束多目标优化问题,在设计了新的适应度函数和选择算子的基础上,提出一种新型多目标遗传算法.将其应用于导弹对集群目标射击效能优化问题,验证了算法的有效性.     

单小批量武器装备保障的质量屋模型研究

摘要：针对单小批量武器装备保障的特殊需求,对传统的质量屋模型进行了改进,建立了基于装备保障需求与保障规则的质量屋模型,利用整数规划技术进行求解,使得单小批量武器的装备保障规则按照实际保障需求重新排列优先次序,并通过对某型火炮保障方案的筛选验证了模型的正确性．新的质量屋模型发展完善了质量屋的理论与方法,有助于提高单小批量武器的装备保障能力．     

一种用于GAF协议的优化邻居表算法

GAF协议是一种基于地理信息的无线传感器网络路由协议,由于采用多跳传输,将导致热区的产生。提出了一种优化邻居表算法,可以有效辨识GAF虚拟网格内的节点密度,从而选择密度大的网格通行,以均衡热区能耗,延长网络寿命。仿真结果验证了该算法的可行性。     

航空导航技术的发展方向

针对航空导航的特点,对现有航空导航装备的特点进行了分析,并结合未来作战的需求,给出了航空导航技术的发展方向,主要是组合式导航体制,将卫星导航与惯导的组合进一步与地形辅助导航、地球物理导航、地磁导航等方式结合起来.

针对弹道导弹中段拦截产生的空间碎片可能对在轨航天器的影响进行了分析,弹道导弹中段拦截产生的空间碎片的质量、速度和运行时间都很有限,本质上为亚轨道残骸,不会对在轨航天器造成重大影响,对在轨航天器的威胁主要来自流星和以往空间任务产生的轨道残骸.     

Managing China's hegemonic ascension: Engagement from Southeast Asia

How to deal with China's hegemonic ascension is a matter of pressing policy concern and growing academic interest. With the premise that managing China's growing power is a security concern for other parties concerned and China itself, this article discusses how China and members of the Association for Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) have taken care to manage an increasingly stronger China through a combination of bilateral diplomacy and multilateral networks. The evidence suggests that ASEAN's engagement policy has largely been successful. The article then delineates an ASEAN‐style engagement strategy and draws some implications for the debate about how to cope with China in general.
