民用企业进入国防科技领域的“信息孤岛”问题研究

民口企业参与军品的科研生产是武器装备发展的大势所趋,在民进军过程中仍有很多的实际问题需要解决。文章从信息沟通角度,研究了当前民口、军口间信息渠道不畅、难以交互的问题,并从宏观和微观层面上分析问题的根源,找出解决问题的思路。     

Lateral capacity exchange and its impact on capacity investment decisions

We study the problem of capacity exchange between two firms in anticipation of the mismatch between demand and capacity, and its impact on firm's capacity investment decisions. For given capacity investment levels of the two firms, we demonstrate how capacity price may be determined and how much capacity should be exchanged when either manufacturer acts as a Stackelberg leader in the capacity exchange game. By benchmarking against the centralized system, we show that a side payment may be used to coordinate the capacity exchange decisions. We then study the firms' capacity investment decisions using a biform game framework in which capacity investment decisions are made individually and exchange decisions are made as in a centralized system. We demonstrate the existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium capacity investment levels and study the impact of firms' share of the capacity exchange surplus on their capacity investment levels.© 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 新型装备软件质量军民一体化保障分析

作为军民一体化联合保障的重要内容,新型装备中的软件质量保障与维护对承包商提出了更为严格的要求。分析型号装备研制过程中对软件进行的过程改进与管理,装备交付时进行软件质量检测与评估,以及装备部队后的软件维护与保障的必要性,分别从软件质量约束、监管、验收及软件后期维护等方面进行阐述,提出了型号装备软件全寿命周期中实施军民一体化联合保障的要求及措施,并对其软件保障与维护过程进行归纳。     

基于灰色模型的柴油机技术状态变化趋势预测

以某型坦克用柴油机为平台进行了大量实车实验,确定了能够表征柴油机技术状态变化的6个特征量,利用主成分分析法确定了柴油机寿命预测特征量;建立了灰色预测模型,并基于所测数据进行了技术状态变化趋势预测。研究结果表明：预测值接近于实际值,能够为柴油机的使用和合理维修提供依据。     

美军装备合同商保障的主要做法及启示

本文在系统研究美军装备合同商保障成功经验的基础上,立足于我军装备保障的实际情况,借鉴美军先进的合同商保障经验,总结其不足,探索性的提出了建立具有我军特色的装备合同商保障的建议。对我军实行装备合同商保障,充分发挥整个国家在人力、物力和科学技术资源上的优势,把合同商保障方式、保障手段与我军编制保障力量更好、更合理的结合起来,为建立具有我军特色的装备合同商保障体制进行理论指导。     

Driving force coordinated control of an 8 ×8 in-wheel motor drive vehicle with tire-road friction coefficient identification

Because of the complexities of tire-road interaction,the wheels of a multi-wheel distributed electric drive vehicle can easily slip under certain working conditions.As wheel slip affects the dynamic per-formance and stability of the vehicle,it is crucial to control it and coordinate the driving force.With this aim,this paper presents a driving force coordination control strategy with road identification for eight-wheeled electric vehicles equipped with an in-wheel motor for each wheel.In the proposed control strategy,the road identification module estimates tire-road forces using an unscented Kalman filter al-gorithm and recognizes the road adhesion coefficient by employing the recursive least-square method.According to road identification,the optimal slip ratio under the current driving condition is obtained,and a controller based on sliding mode control with a conditional integrator uses this value for accel-eration slip regulation.The anti-slip controller obtains the adjusting torque,which is integrated with the driver-command-based feedforward control torque to implement driving force coordination control.The results of hardware-in-loop simulation show that this control strategy can accurately estimate tire-road forces as well as the friction coefficient,and thus,can effectively fulfill the purpose of driving force coordinated control under different driving conditions.     

一种利用目标属性进行态势关联的方法

为了解决由于航迹中断产生的态势关联问题,提出了属性态势关联的思想,分别采用目标身份识别、速度、ESM参数和专家知识等信息作为属性,利用模糊综合方法对各属性得到的关联度进行融合后判断关联情况,仿真试验结果表明该方法用于恢复中断后的态势问题是有效的,对进一步研究目标的态势关联具有重要的参考意义.
