C3I系统仿真评价环境与方法研究

C3I系统是一个复杂的大系统,如何有效地分析、研究和评价C3I系统的效能一直是C3I系统研究领域里的一个难点.仿真技术的出现为分析和评价C3I系统效能提供了一种新的手段.该文在分析基于仿真的C3I系统效能评价过程的基础上,设计实现了基于分布交互仿真技术的"C3I系统仿真评价环境",对仿真评价环境的体系结构、仿真技术体制等关键问题进行了论述.利用该环境可以对C3I系统作仿真分析、性能指标对比分析以及作战效能分析.由于仿真试验只是获取评价系统所需数据的一种手段,文章最后对几种常用的系统综合评价方法进行了探讨.     

On gamma estimation via matrix kriging

In financial engineering, sensitivities of derivative prices (also known as the Greeks) are important quantities in risk management, and stochastic gradient estimation methods are used to estimate them given the market parameters. In practice, the surface (function) of the Greeks with respect to the underlying parameters is much more desired, because it can be used in real‐time risk management. In this paper, we consider derivatives with multiple underlying assets, and propose three stochastic kriging‐based methods, the element‐by‐element, the importance mapping, and the Cholesky decomposition, to fit the surface of the gamma matrix that can fulfill the time constraint and the precision requirement in real‐time risk management. Numerical experiments are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.     

高效率机动部署航空武器靶场关键技术和应用

为用户设计了一个航空武器试验靶场,具备空空、空地和地空导弹试验能力,可机动部署,具有易于运行和运维代价低的特点。靶场由载机遥测系统、测量雷达、光电跟踪系统、微波和光纤通信系统、靶机遥测站、指挥控制等6个子系统构成;指挥控制子系统之外的5个子系统均使用国产成熟产品。在总体方案和指挥控制子系统设计中,对互联集成方案、机动部署、试验航线设计和发布、自动化领航、自动化指挥决策等5项关键技术进行了着重优化。在实际应用中,全靶场运行仅需20多成员(不含飞行和机场机务人员),3天内完成新试验场部署和联调,对作战部队飞行员进行5架次航线训练后即进行实弹试验,2天内完成多发中程拦截和近距格斗空空导弹试验。     

舰载软杀伤仿真中模型不确定性分析方法研究

舰栽软杀伤仿真系统中,不可避免地存在不确定性因素,分析仿真系统的不确定性是利用仿真系统进行效能评估的关键.研究了BMA方法在模型不确定性定量分析中的理论知识,介绍了软杀伤仿真中反舰导弹捕捉目标的数学模型,并把BMA方法应用到舰载软杀伤仿真系统.通过仿真结果比较,BMA方法的估值精度高,算法简单,计算速度快,BMA方法是分析模型不确定性的有效方法.     

一种雷达网系统误差校准方法及其精度分析

由于系统误差影响数据融合精度,提出了基于ECEF坐标转换的雷达网系统误差数据校准方法,定义了系统误差估计精度的评估方法,对系统误差估计精度采用克拉美-劳下限(CRLB)进行评估.最后进行了仿真分析,验证了该校准方法的可行性和误差估计精度评估方法的有效性.     

带落角约束的再入机动弹头的复合导引律

针对再入机动弹头垂直打击目标的要求,研究了具有末端落角约束的复合导引律.该导引律包括俯冲平面内的制导方程和转弯平面内的制导方程,通过在最优导引律的基础上引入滑模变结构控制,增强导引律的鲁棒性.为了减小控制量的抖振和能量损耗,提出了采用RBF(径向基函数)神经网络自适应调节切换项增益的方案,数学仿真验证了该方案的有效性.仿真结果还表明,与最优导引律相比,复合导引律在外界干扰的影响下仍能保持较高的制导精度.

根据《行政诉讼法》的合法性审查原则 ,并结合实际火灾案例 ,阐述在火灾事故调查工作中 ,公安消防机构如何适应行政诉讼的要求 ,切实做到依法行政。     

Designing a screening experiment for highly reliable products

Within a reasonable life‐testing time, how to improve the reliability of highly reliable products is one of the great challenges to today's manufacturers. By using a resolution III experiment together with degradation test, Tseng, Hamada, and Chiao (1995) presented an interesting case study of improving the reliability of fluorescent lamps. However, in conducting such an experiment, they did not address the problem of how to choose the optimal settings of variables, such as sample size, inspection frequency, and termination time for each run, which are influential to the correct identification of significant factors and the experimental cost. Assuming that the product's degradation paths satisfy Wiener processes, this paper proposes a systematic approach to the aforementioned problem. First, an intuitively appealing identification rule is proposed. Next, under the constraints of a minimum probability of correct decision and a maximum probability of incorrect decision of the proposed identification rule, the optimum test plan (including the determinations of inspection frequency, sample size, and termination time for each run) can be obtained by minimizing the total experimental cost. 鱼雷攻击占位相关参数计算

讨论了鱼雷攻击占位机动过程中,最小占位速度和最短占位时间的计算问题,采用数值计算分析方法,得出了各种不同敌我初始态势和相对运动速度下对应最短占位时间的占位点的分布规律,推导出最小占位速度和最短占位时间的计算公式。     

基于USB接口的虚拟装备技术

基于通用串行总线(USB)这一新的接口技术,对虚拟装备中的人机交互技术进行研究。确定了交互系统的总体构成,设计了能满足实际需求的USB硬件设备,并以具体实装部件为例,设计了相应的外部信号调理电路,开发了具有即插即用、软件下载等功能的配套驱动程序及通信所需的固件程序,对设计方案进行了验证。
