基于蚁群算法的电子设备多值测试故障诊断策略

测试序列优化设计是故障诊断中的重要组成部分,最优测试序列能提高故障诊断的效率,常见的故障诊断系统均基于二值属性,而多值属性系统的测试优化问题研究的较少。针对多值属性系统测试序列优化问题的特点,提出了一种改进蚁群算法,结合二值属性系统和多值属性系统的关系,设计了适应于多值属性优化的状态转移规则和信息素更新机制。针对在等测试费用和故障先验概率的情况下不能寻优的问题,制定了对应的优化标准,符合实际的测试需求。通过对比试验,证明了其能解决电子系统多值属性系统的序列优化问题,扩展了多值属性电子系统的测试优化策略。     

装备技术体系网络建模与结构优化方法

针对装备技术发展管理的重用度和冗余度问题,研究了体系网络建模与结构优化方法。将装备技术抽象为节点,技术关系抽象为边,提出了基于装备技术描述属性框架和技术关系分析的体系网络建模方法;将3种经典的网络社团探测方法应用于装备技术聚类,通过比较评估指标,生成了技术聚类优化方案;基于加权网络中心度算法,识别了对体系冗余影响最大的装备技术。以包含235项激光武器装备技术的技术体系为例,验证了方法的有效性,总结了体系结构的优化结论。     

应用改进遗传算法优化天基光学监视平台轨道

针对地球遮挡、地影、太阳光干扰、月光干扰、空间目标相对观测平台的角速度等约束对空间目标可见性的影响问题,基于已编目空间目标双行轨道根数,研究以太阳同步晨昏圆轨道作为观测平台轨道,采用改进多变异位自适应遗传算法对单星观测平台轨道倾角进行优化设计。仿真结果表明,改进的多变异位自适应遗传算法有效地解决了多变异位自适应遗传算法不能保证收敛到所有种群中最优个体的问题,且随机抽取10%左右的目标样本可以达到与采用所有目标相当的性能,计算效率提高约1个量级。     

具有不完全信息语言多指标电子对抗计划优选方法

针对指标权重信息不完全且指标值为语言评价信息的电子对抗行动计划优选问题,给出了一种新的决策分析方法。首先建立并规范化了电子对抗行动计划的评价指标;其次给出了计划的优选步骤,其核心是通过计算理想点与计划值的距离、建立线性规划模型,确定指标权重;将语言评价信息转化为三角模糊数,相应地建立可能度,进而获得计划的综合评价值。最后通过算例分析说明了该方法的合理性和有效性。     

基于优化蚁群算法的装备调拨决策系统研究与设计

将蚁群算法和遗传算法应用于装备调拨决策系统,实现了装备调拨决策信息的生成.同时利用遗传算法对蚁群算法的参数进行了优化,实验证明优化后的蚁群算法在平均路径长度、算法平均执行时间和总执行时间上较传统蚁群算法都有一定程度的改进.     

Coping with traps of vulnerability: a review of the impact of post-colonial issues on the independence of South Sudan

In a world virtually free of slavery and colonialism and one mainly driven by the sovereign state rationale, allusion to manifestations or the existence of some form of these phenomena within a state is often received with dumbfounding indifference or denial. However, a form of rule that had continued in South Sudan long after the departure of the British in 1956 was colonial both in its quintessence and flair in that it disenfranchised its citizens and denied them the most basic freedoms, services and development. Under this establishment, resistance against the coercive vision of the state was brutally suppressed for many decades. This state of affairs finally ended in July 2011. Nonetheless, there is a miscellany of unresolved post-colonial issues between the two countries that warrant attention. These include security and the demarcation of borders, the issue of ludicrous transit fees for South Sudan's oil exportation through Sudan, citizenship, external debt repayment, etc. These issues are part of traps inherited from the anti-colonial struggle, which have now supplanted the old ensemble of North–South conflict paroxysm. As a matter of urgency, the two countries will have to wrap up the incomplete process of negotiation on these substantive issues. The talks should be approached with a new mindset based on the new reality of two sovereign states. To the extent that it is widely established that South Sudan and Sudan must coexist peacefully in order to develop into viable entities, such mutual dependency must be based on equality and respect.     

基于可能性决策的敌对危机行动预测与仿真

可能性决策能较好地应对军事领域常常出现的概率难以获得,或者强调“出奇制胜”而有意规避概率风险的情形,是解决知识不完备情况下敌对行动预测的有力手段。从可能性理论基本公理体系出发,结合动态规划方法,提出并证明可能性决策的最优化定理,给出多步条件下可能性决策的实现算法,结合危机条件下敌对行动预测的范例和仿真分析,与传统概率风险决策进行比较,体现可能性决策的优越性,为该方法的推广应用创造条件。     

基于粒子群优化的模糊交通控制器设计

城市中存在着一些关键路口,其交通通畅与否会对周围路网的交通流起着很大的影响,这些路口需要优先保持通畅.针对此情况,设计了基于上下游交通信息的二级模糊交通控制器来对路网进行协调控制.在此基础上,提出了针对交通特性改进的粒子群优化算法（TIPSO）,并采用TIPSO对第一级模糊规则进行优化,实验结果表明TIPSO对模糊规则具有较好的优化效果,能够离线训练,获取到比人工设定的更优的模糊规则.     

Coordination mechanisms for a three‐stage reverse supply chain to increase profitable returns

In this article, we consider a generic electronic product that can be remanufactured or recycled at the end of its life cycle to generate new profit. We first describe the product return process and then present a customer segmentation model to capture consumers' different behaviors with respect to product return so that the retailer can work more effectively to increase the return volume. In regard to the collaboration between the retailer and the manufacturer, we explore a revenue‐sharing coordination mechanism for achieving a win‐win outcome. The optimality and sensitivity of the critical parameters in four strategies are obtained and examined both theoretically and numerically, which generate insights on how to manage an efficient consumer‐retailer‐manufacturer reverse supply chain, as well as on the feasibility of simplifying such a three‐stage chain structure. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 维修保障装备是在信息化条件下的导弹武器保持良好技术状态的关键组成部分。首先阐述了维修保障装备的概念,对维修保障装备体系结构进行了描述;然后立足于系统动力学理论,建立了考虑攻防对抗的维修保障装备规模优化SD模型,深入开展了维修保障装备配置仿真分析,得出了一些有意义的结论,并验证了模型及方法的有效性。
