一种改进的AVL系统中车位显示修正算法

AVL系统就是GIS与GPS技术集成的成功应用。AVL系统中GPS信号在GIS地图上显示时,由于各种因素的影响,存在很大的偏差。对这种偏差的校正是十分必要的。为了解决这个问题,对以前提出的误差校正算法———"线性抽象算法"进行了改进,提出了另一种误差校正方法———"缓冲区线性抽象算法",实验结果表明这种方法能在很大程度上校正偏差,不但具有较高的精度,而且还提高了算法效率。

In our original comment, we showed that Hausken's characterization of Nash equilibrium is invalid for much of the parameter space examined and provided necessary conditions for his solution to hold. Most of the comments in his reply are either tangential or irrelevant. However, several of the claims made in the reply reveal continuing misunderstandings and gaps in his understanding. In this rejoinder, we briefly clarify the fundamental issues.

Some have argued that the transatlantic rancor over the Iraq war made cooperation, especially on nonproliferation, unlikely. In contrast, this article, documents post-invasion instances of nonproliferation cooperation, with particular emphasis on the Proliferation Security Initiative and the EU-3 Initiative—the British, French, and German negotiations with Iran over its suspected nuclear activities. In addition to documenting French and British participation in these initiatives, the article analyzes why they have chosen to participate and argues that France and Britain have participated in both efforts because they are committed to avoiding future Iraq-like preventive wars.     

Linking a throughput simulation to a systems dynamics simulation to assess the utility of a US Navy foreign humanitarian aid mission

The success of any humanitarian aid mission is generally measured by the timeliness of critical supplies that are delivered to the affected area. However, a more interesting analysis may be to determine the effect of the aid on the overall satisfaction of the local population. The authors' research focused on the delivery of humanitarian aid to a notional region that was decimated by flooding with ships, landing craft and security personnel provided by the US Navy and Marines. While the research effort addressed naval force structure, the focus of the research was: (1) to assess different delivery methods for the aid; and (2) to determine how the aid delivery impacted the overall satisfaction of the local population. To examine both concerns, two simulation models were developed, with one examining the throughput of aid delivered during the operation, and the other the satisfaction of the population based on the humanitarian aid effort.

坦克排气流场三维数值计算研究

应用FLUENT软件对某型号坦克排气管三维流场进行了CFD分析,采用标准k-ε湍流模型,应用SIMPLE算法对排气流场进行了数值计算,并将计算结果与测试结果进行对比。研究结果表明,排气出口计算值与测试值的相对误差小于7%,所使用的数值计算方法可用于排气流场的数值计算及分析,基本满足工程设计的需要。
