C4ISR系统评价方法研究

C4ISR系统的复杂性及重要作用使得其评价问题得到了前所未有的重视.结合国内外的最新进展,综述了当前C4ISR系统的评价方法.重点对性能评价和效能评价两类方法进行了深入的分析研究,指出在两类方法之间找到一种确切的量化连接关系是研究难点.最后提出了该领域需要关注的关键研究方向及发展趋势.     

高pH条件纳米Fe_3O_4催化H_2O_2分解去除水中4-氯酚

为了克服非均相fenton催化反应中溶液初始pH过低的缺点,开展了pH=5时Fe3O4/H2O2体系催化氧化去除水中4-氯酚实验。试验结果表明:制备的铁氧化物为纯Fe3O4,具有反尖晶石八面体结构。纳米Fe3O4能够高效催化H2O2分解氧化水中的4-氯酚,反应180 min后4-氯酚的去除率达到96.8%。当催化剂投量小于2.0 g/L,4-氯酚的去除率随着催化剂投量的增加而升高;当催化剂投量大于2.0 g/L,去除率会随着投量的增加而降低。随着H2O2投量的增加,4-氯酚的去除率先升高后降低。溶液的初始pH对4-氯酚的去除影响较大,pH越低,去除速率和效率越高。重复使用5次以后,纳米Fe3O4仍然保持较高的催化活性。     

新型舵机结构运动分析与仿真

根据旋转弹弹道修正要求,提出一种基于4R空间机构的电动舵机结构,建立了理论分析模型,以空间机构学运动分析为基础,推导了机构输入、输出转角关系,绘制了理论分析转角曲线,建立机构三维模型,通过多刚体及刚柔耦合仿真验证分析了舵机转角关系和运动副受力情况,研究了该结构的可行性。计算分析结果表明,该舵机具有结构简单,动作可靠的优点,能满足舵机控制的转角精度和响应频率要求,适用于简易制导弹药。     

Statistical analysis for masked system life data from Marshall‐Olkin Weibull distribution under progressive hybrid censoring

This paper considers the statistical analysis of masked data in a series system, where the components are assumed to have Marshall‐Olkin Weibull distribution. Based on type‐I progressive hybrid censored and masked data, we derive the maximum likelihood estimates, approximate confidence intervals, and bootstrap confidence intervals of unknown parameters. As the maximum likelihood estimate does not exist for small sample size, Gibbs sampling is used to obtain the Bayesian estimates and Monte Carlo method is employed to construct the credible intervals based on Jefferys prior with partial information. Numerical simulations are performed to compare the performances of the proposed methods and one data set is analyzed.

火控雷达组网是应对未来末端防御作战挑战的有效途径。提出了基于指挥信息系统的火控雷达组网方式,并分析了该方式的优势。继而基于末端防御战斗部署一般要求和火控雷达组网系统对空侦察配系的特殊要求,经仿真计算得出和分析了火控雷达组网系统的典型对空侦察配系。最后详细论述了火控雷达组网系统的指挥控制要点。研究结果对于促进末端防御部队形成以信息系统为核心的体系作战能力具有重要意义。

In a environment where party financing, private funding in particular, is generally a laissez-faire business, as in most Southern African countries, there is the real risk that interest groups and wealthy individuals will buy influence in political parties and in so doing erode public confidence in the political system. Because they are neither open to public scrutiny nor subject to any legislative restraints, huge private donations can, and often do, come with strings attached. This lack of transparency and openness, as well as mechanisms to prevent it, provides ample ground for influence peddling, where those who pay the piper call the tune. Left unchecked, this party funding scenario will continue to be a serious indictment of the region's democratisation projects, crippling democracy and stunting economic development. New Evidence on the Original Setup of the ‘Tilbury Group’, Formerly in the Tower of London

Abstract

An argument is presented that Valentine Green’s mezzotint engraving ‘Queen Elizabeth at the Head of her Army at Tilbury-Fort, A.D. 1588’ (1792) was inspired by the late 18th-century life-sized group of three figures representing the same subject that was formerly on show at the Tower of London. The mezzotint presented in Acta Historica Reginarum Angliae is the only known image of the original pre-1828 setup of the display, showing the figure of the queen in a skirt-like piece of armour that has since been re-identified as King Henry VIII’s tonlet armour.
