为合成耐海水与高耐候的丙烯酸树脂,选择甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯和丙烯酸已内酯,经引发剂作用,采用同步滴加法进行聚合反应,通过调节温度并测定酸价控制反应历程,并将合成的不同玻璃化温度的丙烯酸树脂配制成具有适当玻璃化温度梯度的耐海水面漆成膜树脂体系。选择HDT-90固化剂与丙烯酸成膜树脂作用,制备耐海水面漆涂层样品。性能测试结果表明,研制的耐海水面漆具有优良的耐候性和抗老化性。  相似文献

根据当前地空导弹武器系统受干扰吊舱和反辐射导弹威胁导致其作战能力下降的作战实践,本文首先提出了一种可有效打击进犯之敌、保全自身的侧击战术;其次,对该侧击战术进行军事建模,分析了飞行器从开始转弯到照射制导雷达进入其攻击范围期间,飞行器速度、攻击角度范围、转弯时的坡度角及航线与雷达间的航路捷径等因素对飞行器转弯时间造成的影响,并结合防空作战过程、避开空中威胁相关因素,给出了照射制导雷达辐射时机的标准;最后提出了确保侧击战术成功运用应的意见建议,并根据其操作难度指出人工智能运用于军事领域的必要性。希冀本研究能够为地面防空兵应对干扰吊舱和反辐射导弹的侧击战术提供一定理论参考。  相似文献

In order to accurately describe the transverse relaxation characteristic and stress relaxation modulus of HTPB coating during pre-strain thermal aging process, a one month thermal aging test was carried out at 70 C with pre-strain of 0%, 3%, 6% and 9%, respectively. The low-field 1H NMR and stress relaxation modulus tests were carried out for HTPB coating at different aging stages. The stress relaxation model considering the molecular chains was proposed according to the changes of crosslinking chain and dangling chain of HTPB coating during pre-strain aging. The results showed that with the increase of aging time, the decay rate of transverse relaxation curve became faster, the transverse relaxation time decreased, the value of combined parameter qMrl increased, the proportion of crosslinking chain decreased, while the proportion of dangling chain increased. Moreover, the stress relaxation modulus increased, the crosslinking network structure of HTPB coating became denser and the degree of cross-linking increased. At the initial aging stage, the pre-strain will destroy the crosslinking network structure of HTPB coating to a certain extent. With the increase of aging time, the effect of pre-strain will gradually weaken and the influence of aging on materials will gradually increase. The correlations between the stress relaxation model considering the molecular chains and the test results were more than 0.9950, which can accurately describe the stress relaxation modulus of HTPB coating during the pre-strain thermal aging process.  相似文献

The assessment of the real in-service-time(RIST)and the equivalent in-service-time(EIST)of double base rocket propellants(DBRPs)is of utmost importance for the safe storage and use of weapon systems as well as the efficiency of the accelerated aging plans.In this work,four DBRPs with similar chemical composition and different natural aging have been artificially aged at T = 338.65 K for 4 months with sampling every 30 days.The unaged and artificially aged samples have been investigated by vacuum stability test(VST)at five isothermal temperatures(T = 333.15 K,343.15 K,353.15 K,363.15 K,and 373.15 K).The volume of the evolved gases in VST was found to decrease with natural/artificial aging.Furthermore,the VST data were treated and subjected to principal component analysis(PCA).The results showed excellent discrimination of the DBRP samples according to their stability thermal properties.Most of the variance was described by the first principal component(PC1)whose scores were linearly correlated with the natural aging durations when PCA is applied on VST data obtained at T = 363.15 K.In light of the obtained results,a new experimental way for the estimation of the real/equivalent IST was proposed,which takes into account the impact of the natural aging of the sample.The approach predicts successfully the RIST of two similar DBRPs with a relative deviation of less than 2%.At the specific heating temperature T = 338.65 K,the developed model provides more conceivable EIST values,with asymptotic behavior against artificial aging duration evolution,thus overcoming some shortcomings of the common generalized van't Hoff formula(GvH).  相似文献

This paper is devoted to study several aspects of the median residual life function (MERLF). In reliability studies, it is well known that, although the MERLF have several advantages over the mean residual life function (MRLF), the MRLF has the good property of uniquely determine a life distribution whereas either the median residual life function (MERLF) or an α‐percentile residual life do not have such good property. We shall give a characterization result where knowledge of both the MERLF and the survival function on an interval does uniquely determine the distribution. Moreover, in order to apply this characterization in practical situations, we propose a method to estimate the necessary information of the survival function. Relationships between analytical properties of the survival function and its associated MERLF are also obtained. Bryson and Siddiqui [J Am Statist Assoc 64 (1969), 1472–1483] proved relationships among seven criteria for aging, out of which two contained the MRLF (decreasing MRLF and net decreasing MRLF). In this paper, we prove that the same pattern of relationships holds if the MRLF is replaced by the MERLF. We also examine the aging criteria corresponding to an increasing MERLF and show that there is no relation between the behavior (increasing or decreasing) of the MERLF and of the MRLF. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用人工智能方法求解空间优化问题已成为当前地理学研究领域的热点之一。研究目的在于通过设计一个开放的、可扩展的人工免疫空间优化模型框架,开发基于插件技术的优化工具软件,丰富空间优化决策支持的方法和技术体系。研究从空间优化问题的基本特点和计算需求出发,定义了面向空间优化问题求解的克隆选择优化模型框架。在此基础上,采用"插件-宿主平台"结构设计了人工免疫智能空间优化平台的总体架构,定义免疫算子插件与空间优化问题应用插件开发机制。实验结果表明,平台的架构和功能设计充分考虑了计算平台的开放性和扩展性,通过平台标准接口的功能扩展可实现对不同类型空间优化问题的求解。空间优化问题研究者或政府决策部门无需关系人工免疫优化方法的具体内涵即可基于本平台完成其具体空间优化决策支持任务。  相似文献

针对既有方法研究高速铁路网络中延误传播规律的局限性,基于高速列车实绩运行数据和列车时刻表数据构建站点延误传播贝叶斯网络模型。结合复杂网络中的渗流理论研究延误传播团簇的演变规律,并以最大延误传播团簇中的南京南站和第二大延误传播团簇中的长沙南站为例,分析处于渗流突变状态下的站点延误传播贝叶斯网络。提出基于核心延误传播团簇的站点延误状态预测模型。结果表明:网络中的站点可按延误传播特征分为延误发散站点、延误传递站点和延误消散站点。延误发散站点不仅能直接将延误传播至邻近站点,还能通过延误传播链将延误传播至较远地区的站点。由此网络以部分延误发散站点为中心向延误传递站点和延误消散站点进行“辐射式”延误传播。  相似文献

提出将人工免疫系统(Artificial Immunity System,AIS)中的反面选择原理应用到炮射导弹故障诊断中,依据免疫算法实现故障诊断的基本原理,构建了基于反面选择算法的故障诊断数学模型,解决了在故障先验知识和故障特征信息缺乏等情况下的故障诊断问题,并通过对炮射导弹制导仪系统中的故障进行实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性和优越性。  相似文献

为了分析IGBT模块老化过程中电热参数的变化规律,对IGBT模块进行了功率循环加速老化试验,并基于单脉冲测试方法在加速老化试验进程中每间隔1 000次功率循环,测取一次IGBT的结温、集电极电流与饱和压降三维关系曲面、开关能耗、热阻抗以及瞬态热阻抗曲线。IGBT模块老化失效时,其饱和压降、开通能耗、关断能耗以及热阻较其初始值分别增大了3.92%、12.05%、18.87%和22.65%,试验结果表明随着IGBT模块功率循环次数的增多,相同工作条件下IGBT饱和压降的增幅逐渐加大,而饱和压降、结温和集电极电流三者间的内在关系没有明显变化;IGBT瞬态热阻抗曲线暂态部分几乎不变,稳态部分向上移动的幅度逐渐加大;测取的IGBT模块电热参数中饱和压降增幅最小,开关能耗增幅较大,模块热阻的增幅最为明显。  相似文献
