Biased retro-proportional navigation law for interception of high-speed targets with angular constraint

A new guidance law, called biased retro proportional navigation (BRPN), is proposed. The guidance law is designed to intercept high-speed targets with angular constraint, which can be used for ballistic target interception. BRPN guidance law is defined, and the exact time-varying bias for a required impact angle is derived. Furthermore, the simulation results (trajectory, variation of navigation ratio, capture region, etc) are compared with those of biased proportional navigation (BPN), proportional navigation and retro-proportional navigation. The results show that, at the cost of a higher intercept time, BRPN demands lower terminal lateral acceleration and has larger capture region compared to BPN.

实现跨文化适应是高校留学生教育的核心问题。由于地域相近、文化同质、主体民族同构等因素使得中亚来疆留学生的跨文化适应具有与其他地域院校独特之处。本文从环境适应、语言适应、人际交往适应、心理适应等方面分析中亚来疆留学生的跨文化适应的现状,借鉴跨文化适应的成功经验,根据新疆与中亚的社会经济文化提出相关改进措施。     

基于改进的MADM的防空混编群配置地域优选研究

地面防空混编群中的骨干型火力单位具有作战空域大、具备同时攻击多个目标的能力,是混编群作战体系的主体,担负着对重要目标的抗击任务。其配置将直接影响作战任务,而对其地域选择是火力单位配置的关键环节。首先分析了影响骨干型火力单位地域选择的因素,其次针对其不确定性及权重难以确定的问题,基于改进的MADM算法建立了地面防空兵混编群骨干型火力单位配置地域优选模型,最后给出该算法的实例分析。     

采用多敏感器相互校正的卫星入轨姿态计算方法

针对卫星与运载分离后,由于星上姿态测量敏感器未开机或不具备工作条件而无法获悉初始入轨姿态的问题,设计了采用多敏感器相互校正的入轨姿态计算方法。建立运动学方程,结合陀螺测量角速度信息和星敏感器首次测量有效姿态,采用信赖域方法进行非线性优化求解,由后向前反向推算姿态;提出一种由模拟太阳敏感器测量对日姿态到对地姿态转化的便捷方法,由模拟太阳敏感器测量对日信息,采用本体系太阳矢量与星敏感器测量信息建立联系,达到了利用太阳敏感器测量信息校正星敏感器推算姿态的目的,最终得到的星箭分离时卫星姿态信息能够与运载方信息吻合。将入轨后卫星真实姿态与地面模型仿真结果对比,验证了模型的正确性,为后续卫星设计和飞行程序设计与改进提供了重要依据。     

Hardening the Hard,Softening the Soft: Assertiveness and China’s Regional Strategy

There is a growing view that the emerging brand of Chinese regional diplomacy in recent years is increasingly assertive. This article attempts to make better sense of this perceived more forceful Chinese diplomacy. It argues that Chinese regional behavior is more profitably understood through the lens of a two-pronged foreign policy strategy that combines two particular aspects. One is a tougher and more uncompromising approach toward issues that China regards as concerning its core interests. The other is a more flexible and cooperative position toward interests that, while significant, are of secondary importance.     

Nuclear weapons,the United States and alliances in Europe and Asia: Toward an institutional perspective

America’s alliances in Europe and East Asia all involve some institutional cooperation on U.S. nuclear weapons policy, planning or employment—from consultative fora in Asia to joint policy and sharing of nuclear warheads in NATO. Such cooperation is often analyzed through the prism of “extended nuclear deterrence,” which focuses on the extension of U.S. security guarantees and their effect on potential adversaries. This article argues that this underplays the importance of institutional factors: Allies have historically addressed a range of objectives through such cooperation, which has helped to catalyze agreements about broader alliance strategy. The varied form such cooperation takes in different alliances also flows from the respective bargaining power of allies and the relative importance of consensus, rather than perceived threats. The article concludes that nuclear weapons cooperation will remain crucial in successful U.S. alliance management, as allies negotiate their relationship with each other in the face of geostrategic change.
