雷达"指纹"参数选取

从雷达发射机的基本原理出发,对发射机的各组成部分进行深入分析,给出了每个雷达参数的产生机理,结合生物指纹的特点,得出了雷达脉冲重复间隔可以作为雷达“指纹”特征参数的结论,为雷达个体识别的完成提供了保证。     

混合对策无人战机空战决策

在混合对策理论的基础上,将空战过程看作是由一系列离散的状态组成的离散事件动态系统,建立了空战过程的离散状态子模型,利用空战态势指数和战机空战能力指数构造了战术评估函数,以完成对战术动作的筛选工作,并结合3DOF质点模型设计了机动指令生成器,实现对无人机运动状态的控制,并在Matlab环境下对机动实例进行了仿真.     

几种固体润滑层的减摩抗磨性能与耐腐蚀性能研究

在MFT-R4000摩擦磨损试验机上考察了几种固体润滑层的减摩抗磨性能,并利用电化学工作站研究了其腐蚀电流和腐蚀电位的变化情况,分析了磨损表面的形貌和硫元素的化学价态变化。几种改性表面的耐腐蚀性能从好到坏的顺序为：NSL层〉SLD层〉离子渗硫〉基体;抗磨性能从好到坏的顺序为：NSL层〉SLD层〉离子渗硫〉基体;摩擦因数从大到小的顺序为：基体〉离子渗硫〉SLD层〉NSL层。NSL层的耐腐蚀性能和抗磨减摩性能最好,原因主要是基础油和纳米材料的润滑作用和屏蔽作用。     

结构振动系统的模态解耦控制

基于特征结构配置的参数化结果,给出了实现结构振动系统模态解耦的充要条件,导出了期望的反馈增益阵及闭环特征向量矩阵的全体参数化表示。该方法在实现模态解耦的同时,还提供了全部自由度,可用来实现系统设计中某些性能要求。该方法直接基于原系统的参数矩阵,便于工程应用。三级质量弹簧系统的实例表明该方法有效。     

面向验证的启发技术设计

采用有效的人工智能技术提高验证效率正成为解决验证复杂性的手段之一。本文针对STG（State Transition Graph）中状态枚举数据量大的问题,提出隐含遍历的状态映射策略。并根据状态存储和电路结构特征,重点研究了HASH表状态冲突处理、函数域限定、函数不相交分解和混合搜索等启发技术策略。     

Hizbullah’s Shaping Lebanon Statehood

Abstract

Since the end of the civil war in 1990, the Lebanese second Republic has experienced a dual security governance in the southern borderland region. Up to the Syrian military withdrawal in 2005, the territorial and functional ‘areas of limited statehood’ between the State and Hizbullah worked as a cooperation. After the Syrian withdrawal, various forms of cooperation appeared, raising the theoretical interest for the ‘mediated state’ framework. It is conceptualizing the cooperation between the state and the non-state actor as an interdependency – with case study ranging from the marking of the Blue Line to the struggle against the jihadists groups.

消防部门在扑救火灾的过程中,往往会不可避免的对其他公民、法人或者其他组织造成财产上的损害,谁来为这些损失“买单”,已经成为消防部门目前所面临一个突出问题。通过对消防灭火行为的法律定性、分析国家赔偿与紧急避险理论,试图找到一个解决此类问题的有效救济途径。     

Steady‐state diffusion approximations for discrete‐time queue in hospital inpatient flow management

In this article, we analyze a discrete‐time queue that is motivated from studying hospital inpatient flow management, where the customer count process captures the midnight inpatient census. The stationary distribution of the customer count has no explicit form and is difficult to compute in certain parameter regimes. Using the Stein's method framework, we identify a continuous random variable to approximate the steady‐state customer count. The continuous random variable corresponds to the stationary distribution of a diffusion process with state‐dependent diffusion coefficients. We characterize the error bounds of this approximation under a variety of system load conditions—from lightly loaded to heavily loaded. We also identify the critical role that the service rate plays in the convergence rate of the error bounds. We perform extensive numerical experiments to support the theoretical findings and to demonstrate the approximation quality. In particular, we show that our approximation performs better than those based on constant diffusion coefficients when the number of servers is small, which is relevant to decision making in a single hospital ward.     

降维状态观测器的两种设计方法及算例

降维状态观测器是非常重要的一类观测器,它使采用状态反馈构成闭环系统的物理实现成为可能。降维状态观测器的设计方法很多,笔者在一种常用设计方法的基础上,推导出对应的另一种设计方法,这将使降维观测器设计考虑的情况更全面,为使用方便,针对这两种方法给出了算例。
