强激光照射下双层壳体温度场的数值模拟

运用有限元法对强激光照射下双层壳体的温度场进行了数值模拟。详细分析了在激光功率一定的情况下,外层壳体的热传导系数、比热和厚度的变化对内层壳体温升的影响。计算中考虑了内层壳体的热损耗效应。此外,根据材料参数的温度相关性,分析了内层壳体材料参数随温度的变化特性对其温升效应的影响,并将计算结果与强激光照射下单层壳体的温度场进行了比较,得到一些有意义的结论。     

流过泰氟隆烧蚀表面的化学非平衡粘性激波层数值研究

本文对有泰氟隆烧蚀的化学非平衡粘性激波层流场进行了数值模拟。应用空间推进与总体迭代相结合的求解方法，采用１９组元、２９种反应的空气—泰氟隆化学反应系统，对化学非平衡粘性激波层流场与泰氟隆壁面烧蚀传热过程进行耦合求解，研究了平衡催化壁和非催化壁条件对粘性激波层烧蚀流场的影响。     

Regina Maris and the Command of the Sea: The Sixteenth Century Origins of Modern Maritime Strategy

The concept of the command of the sea has its roots in medieval notions of the sovereignty of coastal waters, as claimed by several monarchs and polities of Europe. In the sixteenth century, a surge of intellectual creativity, especially in Elizabethan England, fused this notion with the Thucydidean term ‘thalassocracy’ – the rule of the sea. In the light of the explorations of the oceans, this led to a new conceptualisation of naval warfare, developed in theory and then put into practice. This falsifies the mistaken but widespread assumption that there was no significant writing on naval strategy before the nineteenth century.     

相控阵天线阵面两级备件优化配置模型

针对相控阵天线阵面备件配置存在的冗余性强、批量送修、多级维修等现实问题,综合考虑备件费用、维修能力以及库存策略之间的关系,建立了基于定期补给的两级备件优化配置模型。给出了系统的故障件维修周转过程和维修备件的定期补给过程,在分析备件、库存、维修能力之间关系的基础上,结合成批到达的排队理论,建立了系统的供应可用度模型。以备件配置费用最小为目标、以系统供应可用度为约束条件,建立了系统的备件优化配置模型,并通过边际效益分析法对模型进行了求解。通过算例仿真与分析对模型进行了验证。结果表明:构建的备件配置能够较好地解决相控阵天线阵面的备件配置问题,具有一定的优越性。     

利用脉冲激光的片上系统芯片单粒子效应试验

为评估脉冲激光试验对研究SoC(片上系统芯片)单粒子效应的有效性,构建了一个65 nm SoC的脉冲激光试验系统,并进行了试验。提出并采用坐标定位法、有源区聚焦法、ΔZ补偿法等针对大规模倒装焊集成电路的试验方法。对SoC的片上存储器、寄存器文件、RapidIO、DICE触发器等部件进行了脉冲激光试验和分析。结果表明:片上存储器对脉冲激光最为敏感,部件的激光试验与相应的重离子试验现象吻合,利用脉冲激光试验可有效研究纳米工艺下大规模集成电路的单粒子效应。     

基于语义发布订阅系统的战场态势实时分发技术

随着战争形态的多样化和范围的越来越广,战场态势呈现信息量大、复杂性、无规则性、多变性。针对现有的发布/订阅系统不能支持复杂结构的态势来进行事件发布和订阅的语义匹配,提出了基于语义发布订阅系统的战场态势实时分发技术。采用本体描述战场态势的概念模型,采用RDF图表示需求方订阅条件,基于该战场态势本体设计高效的发布订阅匹配算法。实验结果表明,该技术能够支持复杂战场态势实时分发和具有较高的订阅匹配效率。     

Brinkmanship,not COIN,in Pakistan’s post-9/11 Internal War

Politics is critical to making sense of Pakistani successes and failures in dealing with non-state armed groups. This includes domestic political currents; regional political currents; and the global impetus of the post-9/11 era. How these currents overlap renders to any reading of insurgency in Pakistan real complexity. This article engages with this complexity rather than shirking from it. Its hypothesis is that while the insurgency bordering Afghanistan has been an epicentre of Pakistani military efforts to fight the Taliban, this theatre is in of itself insufficiently inclusive to grasp the nature of Pakistan’s security challenges and its consequent responses.     

基于图元的火控系统人机交互界面的实现

本文提出基于图元的火控系统人机交互界面,在客户端/服务器信息处理与显示模式下,根据火控系统人机交互界面的实际需求,设计出所需的图元库。然后,利用图元库设计出部分UI界面,完成UI界面的注册过程以及相应的控制文件的编写设计,将用户操作同界面数据进行关联。最后,设计并搭建显控服务和图元终端,采用DDS通信协议,实现服务器端和客户端的数据传输。该设计过程将界面显示与应用程序、逻辑处理、业务过程相分离。这种设计思想符合模块化、系列化发展思路,与模块化火控设计思想一致。     

The African Standby Force: The African Union’s tool for the maintenance of peace and security

Declared operationally ready in 2016, the African Standby Force (ASF) has not been deployed in its originally designed form. This is not for the lack of opportunities but rather a demonstration of the power of the Regional Economic Communities/Regional Mechanisms (RECs/RMs) – Africa’s sub-regional security structures – over matters of peace and security. Experience gathered from its short existence suggests that the ASF may never be deployed in its current form. It may instead evolve into a robust framework, adaptable mainly by the RECs/RMs, for addressing varied security challenges. Four things are critical to enhancing the utility of the ASF: the political willingness of the RECs/RMs, the strategic interest of the member states, predictable and sustainable financing, and clarity on the role of the African Capability for Immediate Response to Crisis, the temporary battlegroup that was created to provide the African Union with a rapid response capability, pending the ASF’s operationalization.
