直升机野战油料保障模拟优化研究

野战条件下,场站通常在前沿阵地开设野战直升机场实施伴随保障,其中油料保障主要采取飞机加油车先对直升机实施加油,后到野战机场油库领取油料这一方式进行。若将野战直升机场油料保障作为一个系统来研究,要实现适时、适量的油料保障,确定合适的飞机加油车及野战机场油库发油鹤位数量是一个关键问题。利用GPSSW语言对这一问题进行模拟,得出模拟结果并进行统计分析,经反复模拟和参数比较得到适合的参数,为部队保障提供依据。     

基于信息量的海洋环境与潜艇信息化作战

应用信息论的原理,从信息量和信息熵的角度分析了海洋环境与潜艇信息化作战的关系。信息技术的不断进步可能会使己方获得的更有效的信息,减少不确定性,从而对敌形成为一种信息优势。根据理论模型中信息量与信息熵的关系,进而提出信息优势获取的不对称性、加强一体化研究以及前沿或先导技术研究以保持信息优势的等观点。该研究对于系统地分析海洋环境与潜艇信息化作战,定量评估信息化作战效能以至反介入作战等论题的研究具有一定的启示作用。     

Bounding the optimal burn‐in time for a system with two types of failure

Burn‐in is a widely used method to improve the quality of products or systems after they have been produced. In this paper, we consider the problem of determining bounds to the optimal burn‐in time and optimal replacement policy maximizing the steady state availability of a repairable system. It is assumed that two types of system failures may occur: One is Type I failure (minor failure), which can be removed by a minimal repair, and the other is Type II failure (catastrophic failure), which can be removed only by a complete repair. Assuming that the underlying lifetime distribution of the system has a bathtub‐shaped failure rate function, upper and lower bounds for the optimal burn‐in time are provided. Two‐machine flow shop no‐wait scheduling with a nonavailability interval

We study a two‐machine flow shop scheduling problem with no‐wait in process, in which one of the machines is not available during a specified time interval. We consider three scenarios of handing the operation affected by the nonavailability interval. Its processing may (i) start from scratch after the interval, or (ii) be resumed from the point of interruption, or (iii) be partially restarted after the interval. The objective is to minimize the makespan. We present an approximation algorithm that for all these scenarios delivers a worst‐case ratio of 3/2. For the second scenario, we offer a 4/3‐approximation algorithm. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2004

基于最优未知输入观测器的BIT降虚警技术

针对基于模型的机电控制系统BIT中的虚警问题,分析了系统中的信息不确定性和产生虚警的机理,基于最优未知输入观测器方法设计了BIT故障检测诊断系统,该系统对信息不确定性具有较强的鲁棒性,能够充分地抑制虚警。在某机电跟踪与稳定伺服平台BIT系统上进行了试验研究,结果表明机理分析正确,所提方法有效。     

基于SuperMap的战区油料保障系统设计与实现

通过对SuperMap与战区油料保障的结合,研究了基于SuperMap的战区油料保障系统,充分利用信息时代的成果提高油料保障的效能。分析了建立基于GIS的战区油料保障系统的必要性,全面构建了基于SuperMap的战区油料保障任务的数学模型,提出了未来信息化油料保障的可能途径,系统的设计并实现了基于SuperMap的战区油料保障系统,从而达到优化油料保障环节,缩短油料保障时间,提高油料保障透明度的目标。     

虚拟现实技术及其在军事上的应用

虚拟现实技术与多媒体技术、网络技术并称为三大前景最好的计算机技术。它自诞生以来,就在航空航天、军事、核工业等行业中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文仅就虚拟现实技术的概念、特点、设备及在军事上的应用作一综述。     

舰船远海维修保障的适应性及平台选型

舰船远海维修保障平台选型实质是属性包括操作性、稳定性、及时性、安全性和经济性的模糊关联多属性群决策问题。为了更客观地反映平台选型过程中决策者的决策意图,更准确地融合决策信息,构建了三角模糊数犹豫直觉模糊关联有序加权几何平均（Related Triangular Hesitate Intuitionistic Ordered Weighted Geometric Average, R-THIOWGA）算子,给出了三角模糊数犹豫直觉模糊数的比较规则,并基于R-THIOWGA提出了远海维修保障平台选型的群决策方法。将提出的群决策方法应用于我国海军舰船远海维修保障平台选型的实例分析。分析结果表明：用R-THIOWGA算子解决模糊关联多属性决策问题是可行的、有效的,自航式半潜维修船是远海维修保障最佳作业平台。     

India–Africa defence cooperation against the backdrop of the ‘Make in India’ initiative

Although India is a major importer of defence equipment, it has also been manufacturing defence equipment for some of its needs. The Government of India’s ambitious ‘Make in India’ initiative for the defence sector aims to achieve self reliance in defence equipment production. This essay explores the opportunities for bilateral arms trade between India and Africa, as a new facet of India-Africa defence cooperation. It covers India’s arms export policy, policy reforms in India’s defence sector, and the opportunities for Indian and African defence markets.
