飞机战斗损伤部位及战时备件需求的确定对做好战时维修保障工作具有重要意义.提出了作战飞机的战斗损伤部位的确定方法,建立了飞机部件的当量模型和飞机受导弹攻击的仿真模型,确定了飞机的战伤分布规律.在确定飞机战伤分布规律的基础上,建立了飞机战伤备件和故障备件需求模型,为作战飞机的战伤研究及航材储备作了有益的探讨.

The Bullet in the Brick: The Materiality of Conflict in Museum Objects

Tangible traces of conflict in visual artefacts can take viewers uncomfortably close to the realities of war—violence, destruction and fatalities. This article questions the evidential force of objects associated with conflict and their eventual display in exhibitions. Through a study of the display of a brick in which is embedded a bullet that is said to have passed through the body of Francis Sheehy Skeffington when he was executed by firing squad during the Easter Rising in Dublin in 1916, this article explores the historical configuration of the brick and analyses its public display in the National Museum of Ireland (NMI). By examining the actions carried out by the NMI in collecting and archiving the object and analysing the narrative strategies of its display, this article considers how the visual aspects of exhibition displays can perpetuate a particular version of historic events and accredits objects with assumed authenticity.     

Reclaiming the Party’s Control of the Gun: Bringing Civilian Authority Back in China’s Civil-Military Relations

ABSTRACT

Since emerging as China’s top leader following the 18th Party Congress, Xi Jinping has moved swiftly to consolidate his formal authority as Central Military Commission chairman over the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. In redressing the civil-military imbalance wrought by Dengist economic reforms, the commander-in-chief has combined institutional mechanisms with the use of fear to impose authoritative civilian control over the military. This paper proposes that a combination of changes to the Chinese strategic environment has contributed to Xi’s utility of the anti-corruption campaign to purge the regime’s coercive forces of its previous underpinnings, and advances that the war on military malfeasance has given rise to a new set of dynamics in civil-military relations in post-Reform China.     

阵列雷达波束内双目标的极大似然角度估计方法

单波束内目标往往相距较近,采用传统角度分辨技术难以将其分辨,从而给目标跟踪和识别带来较大困难。于是提出基于LM算法的极大似然角度估计方法,实现波束内双目标的分辨。该方法在阵列雷达的基础上建立双目标回波模型,推导极大似然角度估计算法。考虑到求解算法直接影响极大似然角度估计的收敛速度和估计精度,利用LM算法实现了极大似然估计的求解,从而得到目标角度的精确估计。该方法避免了多次脉冲相干积累,具有计算量小的特点。仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。

高海情对反导舰炮命中概率的影响

根据某型反导舰炮配装的舰船摇摆特性及海浪运动数学模型,首先模拟得到高海情舰船摇摆趋势图;然后分析了高海情对反导舰炮射击诸元的影响;其次,采用变换抽样法在高海情射击诸元变化范围内随机产生方位角和高低角增量,通过解6自由度弹道方程计算方位角和高低角增量概率误差,再根据概率误差解算高海情条件下系统的命中概率;最后,对大量的仿真计算结果进行统计分析,得出了具有实用价值的结论,为靶场试验及系统精度设计提供参考。     

陆军导弹武器系统测试性研究

针对陆军导弹武器系统的特点,论述了系统测试性和系统测试性设计的基本概念,在解释它们内涵的同时,说明了如何从本质上理解它们在导弹武器系统全寿命周期中的重要作用。为了保持系统的良好测试性,从定量和定性两个方面提出了测试性设计的基本要求,研究了提高系统测试性的主要方法。     

Note on “An Optimal Recursive Method for Various Inventory Replenishment Models with Increasing Demand and Shortages” by Teng et al.

In a recent paper, Teng, Chern, and Yang consider four possible inventory replenishment models and determine the optimal replenishment policies for them. They compare these models to identify the best alternative on the basis of minimum total relevant inventory costs. The total cost functions for Model 1 and Model 4 as derived by them are not exact for the comparison. As a result, their conclusion on the least expensive replenishment policy is incorrect. The present article provides the actual total costs for Model 1 and Model 4 to make a correct comparison of the four models. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
