RF射频技术在轴功率测试系统中的应用

以计算机为平台,采用专用射频芯片CC1000,研制了一套舰船主机轴功率遥测系统.该系统工作于ISM频段,采用FSK调制,结构简单、可靠性好、抗干扰能力强.     

基于小波包能量谱的管道缺陷磁记忆检测信号特征研究

现有磁记忆检测技术判定准则,只能指示应力集中位置,无法进一步获取应力集中信息。为获取应力集中信息,提出一种基于小波包能量谱的磁记忆信号分析方法,进行试件拉伸试验。拉伸应力为200 MPa时,信号小波包能量谱分布较为均匀,各频带能量占总能量之比均小于15%,不存在集中分布的频带范围。拉伸应力为410 MPa时,信号小波包能量谱最大值分布在1,3,4频带,1~4频带能量之和占总能量的73.8%,小波包能量主要集中在低频段。试件屈服后,信号小波包能量谱最大值分布在1,2频带,能量谱分布极为分散,能量主要集中在低频段的1,2频带,1~3频带能量之和占总能量的87.3%。管道试件应力集中程度与磁记忆信号的小波包能量谱分布特征有关,应力集中程度越低,小波包能量谱分布越均匀;应力集中程度越高,小波包能量谱分布越集中,能量主要向低频段集中。     

Statistical equivalency and optimality of simple step‐stress accelerated test plans for the exponential distribution

Accelerated life testing (ALT) is commonly used to obtain reliability information about a product in a timely manner. Several stress loading designs have been proposed and recent research interests have emerged concerning the development of equivalent ALT plans. Step‐stress ALT (SSALT) is one of the most commonly used stress loadings because it usually shortens the test duration and reduces the number of required test units. This article considers two fundamental questions when designing a SSALT and provides formal proofs in answer to each. Namely: (1) can a simple SSALT be designed so that it is equivalent to other stress loading designs? (2) when optimizing a multilevel SSALT, does it degenerate to a simple SSALT plan? The answers to both queries, under certain reasonable model assumptions, are shown to be a qualified YES. In addition, we provide an argument to support the rationale of a common practice in designing a SSALT, that is, setting the higher stress level as high as possible in a SSALT plan. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. FIGHTING TERRORISM: ARE MILITARY MEASURES EFFECTIVE? EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE FROM TURKEY

The present article aims at investigating the causal relationship between defense spending and terrorism in Turkey using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) bounds testing procedure and Granger‐causality analysis. The findings reveal that there exists a unidirectional causality running form terrorist attacks to defense spending as expected, but not vice versa. In the light of this finding it can be inferred that military anti‐terrorism measures alone are not sufficient to prevent terrorism.     

A Bioterrorism Prevention Initiative

ABSTRACT

The threat of terrorist use of weapons of mass destruction remains a daunting concern. Governments have undertaken several initiatives at the national and international level to prevent such illicit use, yet challenges remain. Notable is the absence of a single collaborative international forum of experts dedicated solely to bioterrorism prevention. The establishment of a Bioterrorism Prevention Initiative could be a possible solution to address this gap. This article explores possibilities for such an initiative and the ways in which it could strengthen the existing bio-nonproliferation regime.     

French Nuclear Diplomacy

“French nuclear diplomacy” is the French government's use of civilian nuclear cooperation agreements (NCAs) to advance specific commercial and strategic interests. During the heart of the so-called nuclear renaissance, the Élysée Palace aggressively peddled France's nuclear expertise and technology abroad, signing over a dozen new NCAs in an effort to bring in business for the French industry, forge diplomatic relationships, and promote global nonproliferation norms. Several years later, however, the outcomes of France's aggressive global nuclear power push appear nominal at best. This article explores the mixed results of this nuclear campaign, and through three case studies, illustrates how many of France's commercial and political disappointments stem from unrealistic expectations and the disorganization of the French nuclear complex.     

基于GAHP-模糊综合评价的南海方向潜艇威胁评估

为有效解决我南海方向有限反潜能力与广域反潜要求不相适应的矛盾,提出“分区评估威胁,分类建设体系”的思路。针对潜艇威胁主要影响因素,建立潜艇威胁评估指标体系,运用GAHP-模糊综合评价相结合的方法,对潜艇威胁进行量化评估,为合理用兵,实现反潜体系的最优化建设提供依据。     

超声兰姆波在储罐底部传播的数值模拟研究
