直达波和杂波干扰下目标阴影逆合成孔径成像

对直达波和杂波条件下的阴影逆合成孔径雷达(SISAR)目标成像问题进行了研究。分析了直达波和杂波对侧影像畸变和运动补偿的影响,提出了一种新的直达波和杂波干扰下目标SI-SAR成像方法,即将回波信号与参考信号进行模拟对消,并利用目标回波的频谱特性剔除残留直达波,再对目标运动参数进行粗估计,采用粗搜索和精搜索2步实施准确的运动补偿,最终获得失真度较小的目标侧影像。仿真实验验证了算法的有效性。     

模糊多目标群决策的装备采办问题研究

对模糊多目标群决策的装备采办问题,根据模糊数学理论和多目标决策理论方法,综合现有各种方法的优点,给出了无约束条件下模糊多目标群决策的装备采办问题的一般解法,并通过实例说明了该方法的有效性及通用性。     

Turkey-Africa alliance: Evolving patterns in security relations

ABSTRACT

Turkey has maintained its strategic relations with Africa at the highest level under recent AK Party governments in the field not only of low politics but also of high politics. For example, it opened its largest overseas military base in Somalia in 2017 and signed military, defense and security pacts with more than 25 African countries. This article traces the deep historical and cultural relations with Africa behind its newly evolving foreign policy identity, arguing that its booming economic power has been a significant driving force in shaping a new security strategy. It examines what the growing security involvement means for both Turkey and Africa in order to contribute to the relevant literature through a holistic approach from both theoretical and conceptual perspectives.     

爆竹销毁爆炸对建筑物振动影响分析

利用爆竹集中销毁时,爆炸产生的空气冲击波超压对附近建筑物玻璃的破坏程度推算此次爆炸的相当药量,然后根据建筑物的保护对象类别和岩石性质等参数计算出振动的安全允许距离,并和建筑物距离爆点的最近距离相比较,从而得出分析结果.     

多彩光谱教育理论与音乐、绘画融通的教学实践

音乐与绘画的融通问题长期以来一直缺乏充分、深入的研究,在教育领域也是如此。本文援引多个教学案例,借鉴多彩光谱教育理论,从教学目标、教学设计、教学步骤、实施方法诸方面来阐释和解决音乐与绘画的融通在教学实践中出现的问题。     

Investigation on energy output structure of explosives near-ground explosion

In order to give the energy output structure of typical explosives near-ground explosion in real ground conditions, the free-field shockwave, ground reflection shockwave and Mach wave overpressure time history of composition B explosive, RDX explosive and aluminized explosive were measured by air pressure sensors and ground pressure sensors. The shape of the free-field shock wave, ground reflection shock wave, and Mach wave and explosion flame were captured by high-speed camera. The experimental results show that, at the same horizontal distance from the initiation point, the peak overpressure of explosive shock wave of composition B explosive, both in the air and on the ground, is less than that of RDX and aluminized explosives. At a distance of 3.0 m from the initiation point, the peak overpressure of aluminized explosives is slightly less than that of RDX explosives. Owing to the exothermic effect of aluminum powder, the pressure drop of aluminized explosives is slower than that of RDX explosives. At 5.0 m from the initiation point, the peak overpressure of aluminized explosives is larger than that of RDX explosives. At the same position from the initiation point, among the three kinds of explosives, the impulse of aluminized explosives is the maximum and the impulse of composition B explosives is the minimum. With the increase of the horizontal distance from the initiation point, the height of Mach triple-points (Mach steam) of the three explosives increases gradually. At the same horizontal distance from the initiation point, there is poorly difference in the height of Mach triple-points between aluminized explosive and RDX explosive, and the height of Mach triple-points of composition B explosive is much smaller than that of other two explosives. The maximum diameter and duration of the fireball formed by aluminized explosives are the largest, followed by composition B explosive, and the maximum diameter and duration of the fireball formed by RDX explosive are the smallest.     

基于改进Morison公式的海上漂浮软管波浪载荷计算

针对海上漂浮软管波浪载荷计算,分析了软管在海上的形态和受力特点,建立了海上漂浮软管力学分析模型,指出直接运用现有Morison方程计算漂浮软管波浪载荷存在的不足,并根据基本原理提出了改进Morison方程。对海上软质管线处于一定海况,分别运用改进Morison方程与现有Morison方程计算海上波浪载荷,并运用ANSYS软件建立软管模型,结果表明现有Morison方程不适用于计算海上漂浮软管波浪载荷,载荷计算结果偏高约15%,从而验证了改进Morison方程的精确性,有利于准确分析波浪载荷对海上漂浮软管的作用情况。     

试论价层轨道的杂化——兼论杂化轨道理论与价层电子对互斥理论的统一

在分子结构理论中,杂化轨道理论在多原子分子的空间构型被实验确定后,能够根据一定的假设给出合理的解释;价层电子对互斥理论主要用于预测分子或离子的空间构型,但其假设有些生硬、推理不够严密,对VP与电子对空间构型之间关系的推导比较繁琐,不易理解,也不能很好地解释一些多原子分子(如PF5、IF7等分子)中存在键长不等的现象。两种理论在各自的领域都取得了很大的成功,也各有其不足之处,一直未能统一。价层轨道杂化理论正是在综合了这两种理论的优点之后得到的。该理论在假设较少———即假设中心原子的价层轨道在成键时都要发生杂化,该假设与实验事实完全相符———的前提下,利用立体几何学原理对多原子分子的空间构型进行了非常简洁的推导,其结果不仅可全部继承前两种理论的成功之处,而且还能解释多原子分子中出现的键长不同、存在异构体等现象,这是其独到之处,也是其创新之处。     

管线探堵理论分析及实验研究

介绍了管线探堵主要方法及特点。分析了埋地管线水力瞬变探堵的理论基础,建立埋地管线快速探堵的数学模型,进行了数值模拟计算和分析,并进行了实验研究。实验证明,根据水力瞬变特性探堵可以快速准确确定堵点位置。水力瞬变探堵系统具有精度高、速度快、设备简单、使用方便、用途广等特点。     

Decentralized admission control of a queueing system: A game‐theoretic model

Consider a distributed system where many gatekeepers share a single server. Customers arrive at each gatekeeper according to independent Poisson processes with different rates. Upon arrival of a new customer, the gatekeeper has to decide whether to admit the customer by sending it to the server, or to block it. Blocking costs nothing. The gatekeeper receives a reward after a customer completes the service, and incurs a cost if an admitted customer finds a busy server and therefore has to leave the system. Assuming an exponential service distribution, we formulate the problem as an n‐person non‐zero‐sum game in which each gatekeeper is interested in maximizing its own long‐run average reward. The key result is that each gatekeeper's optimal policy is that of a threshold type regardless what other gatekeepers do.
