空天防御体系及技术发展

网络空间攻防技术对国家安全影响的地位日趋上升,已成为世界主要国家超前布局、优先发展的重要技术领域。文章系统梳理了主要国家在态势感知技术、攻击技术、防御技术、控制技术、支援保障技术等领域所取得重要进展和面临的问题,重点分析和前瞻了网络空间攻防技术发展的新趋势和新途径。     

舰炮防空战法的可视化技术

舰炮防空是水面舰艇自防御的重要手段之一.文章围绕可视化和虚拟现实技术,分析了舰炮防空战法研究的内容,给出了舰炮防空战法可视化的方法,重点探讨了其中的防空弹道仿真、反舰导弹弹道仿真、海浪水文气象环境仿真、战场焰火和爆炸效果仿真及舰炮防空战法仿真中实时碰撞检测的基本方法和优化技术,提出了解决这些问题的主要方法,并在PC机上进行了实现.最后给出了舰炮防空战法的可视化结果.     

Solution algorithms for the parallel replacement problem under economy of scale

We consider the parallel replacement problem in which machine investment costs exhibit economy of scale which is modeled through associating both fixed and variable costs with machine investment costs. Both finite- and infinite-horizon cases are investigated. Under the three assumptions made in the literature on the problem parameters, we show that the finite-horizon problem with time-varying parameters is equivalent to a shortest path problem and hence can be solved very efficiently, and give a very simple and fast algorithm for the infinite-horizon problem with time-invariant parameters. For the general finite-horizon problem without any assumption on the problem parameters, we formulate it as a zero-one integer program and propose an algorithm for solving it exactly based on Benders' decomposition. Computational results show that this solution algorithm is efficient, i.e., it is capable of solving large scale problems within a reasonable cpu time, and robust, i.e., the number of iterations needed to solve a problem does not increase quickly with the problem size. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 伴随着“认知域”作战概念被引入军事领域,现代战场已经形成了物理域、信息域、认知域三大作战维度。认知域已经成为美国战略空间拓展的主要战场之一。按照习主席关于要打好意识形态领域“制脑权”战争的思想,更需要重视认知域的攻防,研究相关技术,才能在没有硝烟的战场上不落下风。     

国防科技助力“一带一路”建设

国防科技能够为"一带一路"沿线国家的经济、政治、安全、科技、文明等方面的发展进步做出重要贡献,我国可以将核能、航空、航天、船舶等国防科技领域作为重点先导领域推进实施。要着眼面临的机遇与挑战,着重从促进战略对接、打造品牌优势、推进军民融合、加强人才培养和关注人文交流等方面搞好战略应对。     

Moving the techno-science gap in Security Force Assistance

This paper looks at the impact of military technology diffusion on military assistance operations (MAO), in the United States known as Security Force Assistance or SFA. The discussion looks conceptually at the role of technological change and how it interacts with martial cultures in military assistant operations. I argue that growing trends in science and technology suggest potential conflicts between culture and technology. Relying on a culture-technology model drawn from anthropology, the paper contends that new technologies will present increasing challenges for the emerging MAO landscape. The paper will illustrate that the techno-science gap will continue to grow as innovations such as robotics, sensors, and networks continue to develop. Finally, the paper will look at ways to overcome this conflict between culture and technology.     

突破美对华信息与通信技术封锁的思考

信息与通信技术是影响国家政治、经济和军事等重要领域的高精尖技术。本文认为,美国政府通过启动"301调查"和建立出口管制实体清单等多种方式对中国信息与通信领域实施技术封锁和产品禁运,将延缓中国信息与通信技术的发展进度,加大全球信息与通信技术产业发展的成本消耗,但同时也刺激并加快了中国信息与通信技术自主可控的转型步伐。据此,本文提出加强顶层设计和统筹谋划、营造自主可控的产业生态环境、加强专业化人才队伍培养、构建合作共赢的命运共同体,努力突破信息与通信技术封锁等几项措施,以期为我国信息与通信技术领域的发展提供一定的借鉴意义。

影响亚微米级HMX粉碎效果的因素分析

介绍了高速撞击流技术制备亚微米级超细HMX的工艺流程,通过实验分析了加载压力、循环处理次数、表面处理剂对HMX颗粒粉碎效果的影响,得出了此法的最佳工艺条件:加载压力1500MPa,循环处理次数5次,悬浮液浓度5％,去离子水配液并加入表面处理剂A。
