Variable sampling plans for normal distribution indexed by Taguchi's loss function

Taguchi has presented an approach to quality improvement in which reduction of deviation from the target value is the guiding principle. In this approach any measured value x of a product characteristic X brings a loss to consumer in general, where the loss is expressed as a quadratic form with respect to the difference between the measured value x and the target value T of a product characteristic. Then, it is natural to reject the lot which may bring a large loss to consumer. This concept induces us to construct new variable sampling plans based on the Taguchi's loss criterion. In this article, a design procedure of the sampling plans for assuring the loss in the Taguchi's method is proposed. 分析了继电式自动驾驶仪滚动回路的工作特性,给出了该继电特性的描述函数。在此基础上,用描述函数法分析了回路的稳定性,计算出了回路自持振荡的参数,分析了影响自振参数的因素。     

多源情报信息在空中目标敌我识别中的应用

根据部队的实际使用情况,考虑到诸多理论成果的应用现状,提出一种简洁实用的关联识别算法,即根据多信源、多因子的综合判断给出目标的属性。该算法还首次给出了复杂空域的计算方法。     

基于小波神经网络的货运量预测

选取我国1979—2011年国民生产总值、能源生产总值、进出口贸易额、社会消费品零售总额和固定资产投资总额5项指标作为货运总量的主要影响因素,以货运总量为输出,建立了基于Morlet小波函数的小波神经网络预测模型。该模型能够揭示货运量与相关变量之间的非线性映射关系,经实例分析得到了较满意的结果,并通过与实际货运量和BP神经网络预测结果的对比,证明了小波神经网络在货运量预测方面应用的可行性。     

基于效用函数的装备保障效能评估方法

论述了保障效能及其评估的内涵,按照能力-性能-特性的思路,建立了科学合理的装备保障效能评估指标体系,给出了定量定性指标构建效用函数的方法,建立出装备保障效能评估的数学模型,并应用具体实例进行了验证。     

试论PBL教学法在少数民族预科汉语教学中的作用

PBL教学法是以问题为基础的教学模式。PBL教学法改变了传统的教学模式,把先进的教学理念引入了预科汉语教学课堂,不但能改变民族学生学习长期被动的处境,而且可以增强民族学生学习汉语的积极性与问题意识,与此同时也将会对目前预科汉语教学的环境、教师、学生提出挑战。     

Problem of the reference height of the projectile trajectory as a reduced meteo-ballistic weighting factor

This paper deals with the issue of preparation of the aiming angles with the use of tabular firing tables and needed determination of the ballistic elements μ_B (ballistic wind w_B, w_xB, w_ZB, ballistic (virtual) temperature τ_B, ballistic density ρ_B) from the standardized met messages. The weighting factors are used for the calculation of ballistic elements μ_B that are incorporated into the trajectory calculations characteristics of weapon and ammunition. Two different methodologies practically used in the praxis are analysed and compared. For the comparison of the two methodologies the reference height of trajectory determined from the weighting factor functions is employed. On the basis of the analyses conducted, the potential for further increase in accuracy of these aiming angles preparation methods is pointed out.
