Ni–Al alloy coatings with different Y additions are prepared on 45# medium steel by laser cladding. The influence of Y contents on the microstructure and properties of Ni–Al alloy coatings is investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe microanalyzer, Vickers hardness tester, friction wear testing machine, and thermal analyzer. The results show that the cladding layers are mainly composed of NiAl dendrites, and the dendrites are gradually refined with the increase in Y additions. The purification effect of Y can effectively prevent Al2O3 oxide from forming. However, when the atomic percent of Y addition exceeds 1.5%, the extra Y addition will react with O to form Y2O3 oxide, even to form Al5Y3O12 oxide, depending on the amount of Y added. The Y addition in a range of 1.5–3.5 at.% reduces the hardness and anti-attrition of cladding layer, but improves obviously its wear and oxidation resistances. 相似文献

For the automatic tracking of unknown moving targets on the ground, most of the commonly used methods involve circling above the target. With such a tracking mode, there is a moving laser spot on the target, which will bring trouble for cooperative manned helicopters. In this paper, we propose a new way of tracking, where an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) circles on one side of the tracked target. A circular path algorithm is developed for monitoring the relative position between the UAV and the target considering the real-time range and the bearing angle. This can determine the center of the new circular path if the predicted range between the UAV and the target does not meet the monitoring requirements. A transition path algorithm is presented for planning the transition path between circular paths that constrain the turning radius of the UAV. The transition path algorithm can generate waypoints that meet the flight ability. In this paper, we analyze the entire method and detail the scope of applications. We formulate an observation angle as an evaluation index. A series of simulations and evaluation index comparisons verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms. 相似文献

编队卫星状态的高精度确定是编队星座功能实现的重要基础。针对对地观测的双星编队星座的状态确定问题,为了提高状态确定的精度,在GPS技术的基础上,引入了类GPS测距技术,建立了联合GPS和类GPS测距技术进行状态整体确定的两种数学模型,并讨论了GPS星间单差模糊度和类GPS星内单差模糊度的同时初始化方法,最后进行了数值仿真。仿真结果显示,类GPS观测值尤其是类GPS星内载波单差观测值的引入,明显提高了双星编队星座的状态确定精度,其中绝对姿态角的精度达到rad,相对位置的精度达到m,相对钟差的精度达到s。仿真证明方法正确有效,模型二更优于模型一。 相似文献

在高精度伪码测距系统中,高功率放大器(HPA)是信号发射链路的重要组成部分,HPA会对发射信号引入非线性失真,进而恶化系统的伪码测距性能.通过理论推导和数值分析的方法,研究HPA的非线性特性对高精度伪码测距误差的影响,给出非线性放大条件下,伪码跟踪误差与放大器类型、放大器输出回退(OBO)、扩频码形参数等的定量关系.研究结果对工程上HPA的选择、功率余量的保留、基带扩频码形的设计等具有重要的参考价值. 相似文献

时标误差是K波段精密测距仪(KBR)的一个重要测距误差源,现有的时标误差校正方法依赖于对星间时标偏差的精确测量。针对目前我国星间时标偏差测量精度不能满足校正需求的问题,提出了基于双频优化组合的时标误差校正方法,推导了优化频率之间应该满足的定量关系。研究了双频优化组合的实现,指出原有的KBR系统无法实现频率优化,在此基础上设计实现了一种改进频率流程的KBR系统,并对新的时标误差校正方法进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,基于双频优化组合的时标误差校正方法和改进的KBR系统有效降低了对星间时标偏差测量精度的要求。 相似文献

提出了一种基于Jacobsen法的LFMCW雷达测距算法。该算法通过应用Jacobsen法估计规则区差拍信号的频率,并对多段规则区差拍信号进行联合分析,以提高算法的稳定性和测距精度。实验结果表明:测距范围为10~10.25 m,信噪比为8~12 dB,算法的绝对误差始终小于1 mm;噪声干扰会在一定程度上影响算法的测距精度。 相似文献
