表格/文本图像歪斜度检测方法

在表格处理和光符识别软件中．歪斜图像校正是一项重要的预处理技术。针对文本和表格图像,本文提出了一种基于线条检测模型的高精度、快速的歪斜图像检测方法。     

复自治微分系统(E)的奇点量计算公式

文献[1]对(E)引入奇点量和 Lie 不变量概念,实现了实自治微分系统焦点量和鞍点量概念的统一,并得到奇点量的结构定理。文献[1]还对三次系统(E_3)找到了全部120个基本 Lie 不变量并具体计算了二次系统(E_2)和缺二次项的三次系统(E_3~((3)))的奇点量。文献[2]还计算了一类特殊三次系统(4)的奇点量。但是,对于计算(E_3)的奇点量的工作,仍有很大困难,甚至前几个奇点量也得不到,况且对(E)找到全部基本Lie 不变量亦非常困难。本文利用规范形理论讨论(E)的奇点量的计算问题,得到了计算公式。该公式对一些特殊系统可直接得到前几个奇点量。作为公式的应用及验证,我们给出(E_3)的前两个奇点量,至于 M(3)=?的问题将另文讨论。

The multiplicative representation for multiple objectives optimization with an application for arms procurement

Multiple Objectives Optimization is much seen in combination with linear functions and even with linear programming, together with an adding of the objectives by using weights. With distance functions, normalization instead of weights is used. It is also possible that together with an additive direct influence of the objectives on the utility function a mutual utility of the objectives exists under the form of a multiplicative representation. A critical comment is brought on some representations of this kind. A full‐multiplicative form may offer other opportunities, which will be discussed at length in an effort to exclude weights and normalization. Analytic solution for the nucleolus of a three‐player cooperative game

The nucleolus solution for cooperative games in characteristic function form is usually computed numerically by solving a sequence of linear programing (LP) problems, or by solving a single, but very large‐scale, LP problem. This article proposes an algebraic method to compute the nucleolus solution analytically (i.e., in closed‐form) for a three‐player cooperative game in characteristic function form. We first consider cooperative games with empty core and derive a formula to compute the nucleolus solution. Next, we examine cooperative games with nonempty core and calculate the nucleolus solution analytically for five possible cases arising from the relationship among the value functions of different coalitions. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 建立了X射线脉冲星的X射线传播模型,在狭义相对论框架下研究了X射线脉冲星的波形及其对光子接收的影响。计算表明:脉冲星发出的X射线位于螺旋形的波带内,波带各处的厚度不同;波带上各同相点与脉冲星的距离不相等,不同倾角处的探测器接收到的脉冲的时长不相同。     

系统延迟对脱靶量的影响研究

Paul Zarchan在研究一类由二项式传递函数描述的制导律的脱靶量时,提出了一个命题,即这一类制导律的脱靶量随制导时间的变化曲线可由时间常数为1时的那条脱靶量曲线经过时间轴的比例变换得到。证明了这一命题,并将它扩展到系统中存在纯延迟的情况,得到的结果可以很方便地用于研究系统延迟对脱靶量的影响。     

现代社会城市灾害的表现形式及其原因分析

工业社会的城市灾害突出的表现为各式各样的环境公害,城市环境恶化日益引起人们的普遍关注。城市是一个国家和地区政治、经济、文化的中心,又是人口、财富、信息的聚散地,正是现代化城市的这种特征造成了一旦发生灾害就会导致灾难。城市灾害的防治和减灾事关一个城市的存亡。传统的城市灾害的特点表现为人员伤亡惨重、经济损失巨大、社会影响广泛等。进入21世纪,随着城市化进程的加快,城市灾害表现出了许多新的形式。例证了几种城市灾害,并分析了导致这些城市灾害的各种原因,寻求解决城市灾害的有效途径。     

采用小弹性模量方法的空间飞网构型优化设计

飞网构型设计对提高空间飞网系统的展开抓捕性能具有重要意义。用小弹性模量分析方法对空间飞网构型优化设计问题进行研究。以绳网中内力分布均衡性为优化目标,选取飞网抛射过程中最大受力时刻为研究工况,赋予绳索单元极小弹性模量,进行静力学计算,并以变形后的结果为初始条件进行迭代分析。优化结果表明,绳网中的内力分布随迭代步数的增加而更趋于均匀。在不改变绳网拓扑结构的前提下,所建立的优化设计方法为空间飞网构型优化设计提供了一种参考途径。     

US paramilitary programs in comparative perspective: CIA,the US Army Special Forces,and the question of organizational form

Assumed in the long-standing debate over which agency, CIA or the Department of Defense, should conduct US paramilitary operations is the idea that these organizations’ paramilitary programs are fundamentally the same kinds of things. This article questions that assumption by investigating the organizational forms underlying these agencies’ paramilitary programs in four empirical cases drawn from South Vietnam and post-9/11 Afghanistan. A typology is constructed around two identified organizational forms: “franchising” for CIA vs. “company ownership” for the US Army Special Forces. Different paramilitary organizational forms are found to have significant operational implications that should inform the paramilitary transfer debate.
