基于供应链管理的战时装备供应保障业务流程重组

从战时装备供应链管理的要素和相互关系出发,结合我军实际,提出了基于供应链的战时装备供应保障业务流程重组过程,并对相关方法进行了讨论,旨在使战时所需装备以可预见的方式快速、安全、准确地送抵到作战部队。     

构件式遥感信息处理系统的设计

随着遥感技术在国民经济和国防等领域的广泛应用，各种用户也逐渐对遥感数据的管理和处理提出了越来越多的要求。传统的遥感信息处理系统面临着严峻的挑战。构件软件技术作为目前发展最快的软件重用技术，是降低软件开发费用，提高软件生产效率和系统的可靠性、可维护性、可扩展性的有效方法。本文介绍了一个遥感信息处理系统，阐述了它的基于构件软件体系结构的开发思想及其特点。     

多微处理器监控系统的设计

通过对多微处理器系统并行度和系统性能之问关系的研究,设计了处理任务多、实时性强、性价比高的多微处理器监控系统,并应用到纵横制交换机计费管理系统当中。     

可修系统可靠性统计分析模型的改进

阐述了复杂可修系统可靠性统计分析的特点及威布尔过程模型的适用性;引入修复影响系数对威布尔过程模型作了改进;给出了一个可供参考的计算示例.     

分段试验的可行性

运用随机点过程方法,从理论上对可修系统能否进行分段试验进行了研究.论证了对于泊松过程模型分段试验的可行性,并研究了分段试验对参数估计的影响.     

面向柔性加工环境的过程状态振动监测

本文运用提出的通用状态监测模型及策略,以振动信号监测为例,提取设备运行状态的振动信号方差和振动信号建立AR模型的参数估计的变化率参数作为两类通用特征参数,对柔性加工系统进行归一化监测,取得了良好的效果。建立的监测系统简洁、快速、可靠,满足柔性制造环境下设备运行状态监测的要求。     

误差随机过程的一种数据预处理方法

在数据连续采集过程中,误差是一个随机的过程,有的误差数据出现“失真”,本文结合指挥仪综合检测中动态误差情况,提出一种平稳误差过程和非平稳误差过程的数据预处理方法。     

机场变频恒压供油过程的实现

恒压供油变频调速技术在机场供油工程中的应用极大地提高了供油作业的安全性与可靠性,并且具有较好的节能效益,是一种先进的控制方式。结合机场自动供油的技术特点和运行方式,对变频恒压供油系统的控制原理进行了分析,对加油控制中多泵并联运行的调压原理和实现方式进行了详细的研究探讨。     

Skewness correction X̄ and R charts for skewed distributions

This paper proposes a skewness correction (SC) method for constructing the and R control charts for skewed process distributions. Their asymmetric control limits (about the central line) are based on the degree of skewness estimated from the subgroups, and no parameter assumptions are made on the form of process distribution. These charts are simply adjustments of the conventional Shewhart control charts. Moreover, the chart is almost the same as the Shewhart chart if the process distribution is known to be symmetrical. The new charts are compared with the Shewhart charts and weighted variance (WV) control charts. When the process distribution is in some neighborhood of Weibull, lognormal, Burr or binomial family, simulation shows that the SC control charts have Type I risk (i.e., probability of a false alarm) closer to 0.27% of the normal case. Even in the case where the process distribution is exponential with known mean, not only the control limits and Type I risk, but also the Type II risk of the SC charts are closer to those of the exact and R charts than those of the WV and Shewhart charts. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Inventory models with nonlinear shortage costs and stochastic lead times; applications of shape properties of randomly stopped counting processes

In this article, we study generalizations of some of the inventory models with nonlinear costs considered by Rosling in (Oper. Res. 50 (2002) 797–809). In particular, we extend the study of both the periodic review and the compound renewal demand processes from a constant lead time to a random lead time. We find that the quasiconvexity properties of the cost function (and therefore the existence of optimal (s, S) policies), holds true when the lead time has suitable log‐concavity properties. The results are derived by structural properties of renewal delayed processes stopped at an independent random time and by the study of log‐concavity properties of compound distributions. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
