消防给水系统检查和检测时应重视的问题

建筑固定消防设施中,室内外消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统是扑救火灾的主要设施,提出了在对消防给水系统检查时的要求和容易忽视的问题,探讨了在实际工作中进行消防给水系统的调试及检测的重点及注意事项。     

Specification vagueness and supply quality risk

Specifying quality requirement is integral to any sourcing relationship, but vague and ambiguous specifications can often be observed in practice, especially when a buyer is in the initial stage of sourcing a new product. In this research, we study a supplier's production incentives under vague or exact quality specifications. We prove that a vague specification may in fact motivate the supplier to increase its quantity provision, resulting in a higher delivery quality. Vague quality specification can therefore be advantageous for a buyer to screen potential suppliers with an initial test order, and then rely on the received quality level to set more concrete quality guidelines. There is a degree, though, to which vague quality specification can be effective, as too much vagueness may decrease the supplier's quantity provision and hence the expected delivery quality. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 高层建筑火场供水问题是灭火救援能否取得成功的关键,对其供水方式进行研究具有重要意义和紧迫性.按“固、内、外”三个类别,从固定设施、移动装备、现场环境和人员等方面,就现有高层建筑常用供水方式的优缺点进行论述,并结合供水方式的优缺点,就供水车数量确定、水带铺设方式、移动供水装备选用、熟悉演练等方面提出建议,以期提高高层建筑供水水平.     

Detection of a Markovian target with optimization of the search efforts under generalized linear constraints

This paper deals with search for a target following a Markovian movement or a conditionally deterministic motion. The problem is to allocate the search efforts, when search resources renew with generalized linear constraints. The model obtained is extended to resource mixing management. New optimality equations of de Guenin's style are obtained. Practically, the problem is solved by using an algorithm derived from the FAB method. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
