自适应变异遗传算法在通信网络时延和路由选择优化中的应用分析

在遗传算法中采用自适应的方法来控制变异操作,可以提高算法的全局搜索能力,加快收敛速度,从而可以迅速地求解组合优化问题,并在进一步求解计算机通信网优化问题中得到成功应用.     

虚拟小区多层蜂窝技术在战术通信中的应用

介绍了个人通信系统PCS（Personal　Communications　System）的基本概念、结构和技术,重点比较了基于蜂窝和Ad Hoc2种联网结构形式的PCS性能差异,并针对未来战争对军事通信系统的要求,提出了一种以虚拟小区VC（Virtual Cell） 为基本结构单元的多层蜂窝战术移动通信系统。     

浅谈现代军事物流及其发展趋势

随着我国社会主义市场经济的蓬勃发展和世界新军事革命的兴起,我国军事物流日益引起人们的重视。同时,也面临着历史性的机遇和挑战。本文结合我国军事物流建设现状,就现代军事物流的科学内涵、地位作用、理想形态及发展趋势进行了论述,旨在为新时期军事物流的建设与发展提供理论依据。     

Analysis of a finite‐buffer bulk‐service queue with discrete‐Markovian arrival process: D‐MAP/Ga,b/1/N

Discrete‐time queues with D‐MAP arrival process are more useful in modeling and performance analysis of telecommunication networks based on the ATM environment. This paper analyzes a finite‐buffer discrete‐time queue with general bulk‐service rule, wherein the arrival process is D‐MAP and service times are arbitrarily and independently distributed. The distributions of buffer contents at various epochs (departure, random, and prearrival) have been obtained using imbedded Markov chain and supplementary variable methods. Finally, some performance measures such as loss probability and average delay are discussed. Numerical results are also presented in some cases. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The stochastic single resource service‐provision problem

The service‐provision problem described in this paper comes from an application of distributed processing in telecommunications networks. The objective is to maximize a service provider's profit from offering computational‐based services to customers. The service provider has limited capacity and must choose which of a set of software applications he would like to offer. This can be done dynamically, taking into consideration that demand for the different services is uncertain. The problem is examined in the framework of stochastic integer programming. Approximations and complexity are examined for the case when demand is described by a discrete probability distribution. For the deterministic counterpart, a fully polynomial approximation scheme is known 2 . We show that introduction of stochasticity makes the problem strongly NP‐hard, implying that the existence of such a scheme for the stochastic problem is highly unlikely. For the general case a heuristic with a worst‐case performance ratio that increases in the number of scenarios is presented. Restricting the class of problem instances in a way that many reasonable practical problem instances satisfy allows for the derivation of a heuristic with a constant worst‐case performance ratio. Worst‐case performance analysis of approximation algorithms is classical in the field of combinatorial optimization, but in stochastic programming the authors are not aware of any previous results in this direction. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 智能天线DBF算法可重构的SCA设计及其仿真实现

文中在分析智能天线DBF算法与工作原理的基础上,结合软件通信体系结构(SCA),提出了一种智能天线DBF算法可重构系统的SCA设计方案,并在OSSIE平台上仿真实现。仿真结果表明,文中所提设计方案实现了DBF算法可重构,同时提高了系统的抗干扰能力。     

短波通信天线场防雷保护技术研究

结合短波通信工程实践,简要介绍天线场防雷保护系统的组成、保护级别、保护范围等内容,着重研究短波天线及天线场的防雷技术与保护措施,并进一步讨论了短波天线场设计中如何设置和布置避雷系统及相关注意问题。     

指挥控制系统服务化研究

网络化体系作战是军队未来主要的作战样式,面向服务的指挥控制系统是实施网络化指挥控制的技术基础,是网络化指挥控制系统的重要特征.分析了指挥控制系统服务化的原因,阐述了面向服务的指挥控制系统的特点和面临的问题,提出了实现指控系统服务化的关键技术.     

基于CAN总线的车辆控制系统设计与实现

CAN总线作为一种国际现场总线标准,被广泛地应用于车辆系统中.在介绍CAN总线的特点、帧结构的基础上,给出了基于CAN总线的车辆控制系统的最小系统节点电原理图及CAN总线通信协议的实现过程.经过台架和实车试验,验证了系统设计的正确性和可靠性.
