基于神经网络和遗传算法对反装甲目标威胁度评估研究

针对威胁度估计问题和装甲车辆在战场上的实际情况,运用神经网络和遗传算法理论探索反装甲目标威胁度评估问题。基于BP神经网络模型的算法,利用神经网络良好的自适应能力和遗传算法强大的全局搜索能力,通过样本数据训练,提高了威胁度估计的准确性和适应性。经过验证该算法能够有效反应出反各种反装甲目标的威胁度,其稳定性、精确性也比较高。     

基于遭遇角决策的并行双模切换舵减摇控制

结合舵减摇控制中通用线性模型与模糊线性模型的优缺点,采用了一种根据遭遇角的不同自动切换控制器设计模型的并行双模切换舵减摇控制方案。为在线自动辨识遭遇角,提出基于横摇功率谱密度柱状图的神经网络辨识方法。仿真结果表明,该方法辨识精度较高,且比传统重心法节省了在线计算量与存储数据库所需的存储空间,简化了辨识流程。

China's Naval Ambitions in the Indian Ocean

This article argues that an increasingly sea-power-minded China will neither shelter passively in coastal waters, nor throw itself into competition with the United States in the Pacific Ocean. Rather, Beijing will direct its energies toward South and Southeast Asia, where supplies of oil, natural gas, and other commodities critical to China's economic development must pass. There China will encounter an equally sea-power-minded India that enjoys marked geostrategic advantages. Beijing will likely content itself with ‘soft power’ diplomacy in these regions until it can settle the dispute with Taiwan, freeing up resources for maritime endeavors farther from China's coasts.     

论生态价值视域下的思想政治教育

人与自然的关系在社会发展到今天,越来越得到人们的重视。以往的思想政治教育,人们总是把它的价值局限在政治价值、经济价值和文化价值上。高校的道德教育也是主要围绕如何处理人与人、集体和社会的关系等,而相对忽略了如何处理人与自然,包括人与其他生命体的关系的教育内容。正确认识人与自然的关系,对保护自然环境承担起责任,是当代大学生必须拥有的素质。     

潜艇航渡过程的动力系统辅助决策研究

针对某型潜艇航渡过程动力系统使用方案制定困难的实际情况,在动力系统模型的支持下,设计了综合推理优化决策算法,通过概要计算、航行决策和优化调整三步,实现了动力系统使用方案的计算机辅助决策,并进行了仿真与实艇试验。试验结果表明,该方法大大提高了决策的实时性和准确性,为指挥员制定合理的动力系统使用方案提供了有效的工具。     

Ablation characteristics of insulator under high-temperature gas dual-pulse erosion

This study numerically simulated and investigated the flow field characteristics of a typical dual-pulse solid rocket motor with a soft pulse separation device through thermal insulation ablation under high-temperature dual-pulse erosion. The ablation rate of ethylene -propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) insulator was measured after the experiment. Experimental results were analyzed through scanning electron microscopy and microcomputed tomography. The ablation mechanism of the EPDM insulator under the operation conditions of a dual-pulse solid rocket motor was evaluated by analyzing the results. The results reveal that the internal flow field of the motor with a soft pulse separation device is uniform. The original charred layer existing on the EPDM insulator surface in the first pulse combustor is the decisive factor affecting the final ablation rate of the dual-pulse motor during the second pulse operation, and the ablation characteristic region is easily formed with the exfoliation of the charred layer. The ablation rate difference of the insulator increases with gas velocity.     

基于层次灰色理论的消防部队战勤保障能力评估

将层次分析法引入到消防部队战勤保障体系影响因素的分析中,运用灰色理论,建立消防部队战勤保障能力综合评估的指标体系,提出了一种多层次指标体系下的分级评估模型.并通过实例验证,表明该方法的结果符合实际情况,具有实用性和可操作性.     

小波域非加性失真函数设计

在最小化嵌入失真隐写算法框架的基础上,提出了一种基于小波域的非加性失真函数图像隐写算法。首先在离散小波域设计了加性失真函数,主要考虑了亮度、频率和纹理掩蔽因子对载体失真的影响;然后结合模型矫正的方法对设计的加性失真函数进行了非加性矫正;最后结合网格码设计了隐写算法,将嵌入信息对载体的修改最小化,并且集中在人眼不敏感区域。实验结果显示,方案具有良好的视觉不可见性,且能抵抗空域SPAM特征隐写分析的攻击。     

一种基于改进SIFT的图像盲取证算法

针对常见的复制粘贴篡改,提出了一种基于改进SIFT（Scale Invariant Feature Transform）的图像篡改检测算法。首先,把待检测图像划分成多个矩形的ROS（Regions of Suspicion）区域,利用改进的SIFT算法提取各个ROS区域的关键点;然后,利用马氏距离原理对特征点对进行筛选与匹配,通过直线将这些匹配点连接起来,对复制粘贴区域进行准确定位。实验表明,该算法不仅降低了运算复杂度,而且对篡改区域的平移、缩放,旋转、亮度调整等,都有很好的检测和定位效果。
