基于电容式噪声传感器的信号调理电路设计

在航空航天的飞行器遥测试验中,大推力火箭和导弹飞行时,由燃气射流引起的噪声会对飞行器的结构以及载荷造成巨大的危害。电容式噪声传感器由于其频率响应范围宽,被广泛应用于飞行试验中。电容式传感器工作时需要用恒压源供电,且其采集的信号受到外界干扰较大,输出电压值不满足大多数模数芯片转换要求。针对以上问题,设计了恒压源供电模块和隔直分压电路、低通滤波电路等调理模块,使其最终输出电压范围在0~2.5 V,满足模数转换芯片的要求。该噪声传感器的信号调理电路可靠性高,已经成功应用于飞行器发射试验中。     

Rolling‐horizon replenishment: Policies and performance analysis

We consider a rolling‐horizon (RH) replenishment modeling framework under which a buyer can update demand information and inventory status, modify order quantities committed previously, place an advanced order for a new period at the end of the RH, and move along in time seamlessly. We show that the optimal order policy for the two‐period RH problem is a dual‐threshold type for updating period(s) plus a base‐stock type for the advanced order. We provide analytical formulas and algorithms to compute the optimal thresholds and the optimal base‐stock level exactly. With our analytical results and numerical procedures, we demonstrate the significant value of RH replenishment in matching supplies to demands more closely. We also show that with RH updating (flexibility), the value of additional demand information beyond the RH diminishes quickly. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2010     

我国消防服务供给方式的经济学思考

消防服务在我国社会生活中已越来越凸显其重要地位。依据公共物品理论,在分析消防服务的经济学特性及供给困境的基础上,提出了一些在我国经济转型条件下有效提供消防服务的思路。     

住宅小区消防给水设计问题探讨

住宅小区消防给水设计不同于城市给水设计,也有别于普通建筑给水设计,在一个住宅小区内可以考虑消防给水系统设施的共享,建立区域消防给水系统。以两个住宅小区的消防给水设计为例,从水泵结合器的设置,消防水泵、屋顶消防水箱以及自动喷洒给水系统的共用等方面对区域消防给水设计进行了讨论。     

城市消防水源建设存在问题及对策研究

城市水资源匮乏、消防水源布局不合理、规划滞后、管网输水能力不足等多种隐患,已成为影响及时扑救城市火灾的原因之一。对城市公共消防水源建设的现状和原因进行了分析,提出了加强城市消防水源建设的对策。     

一种新的活塞式磁通压缩发电机设计方案

介绍了磁通压缩发电机 (MFCG)作为高功率脉冲电源的特性 ,针对国外MFCG方案中遇到的烧蚀问题 ,提出了一种活塞式双螺旋绕组MFCG的新设计方案 ,给出了该方案的设计结构 ,分析了该种方案的原理、工作过程及特点     

消防给水系统检查和检测时应重视的问题

建筑固定消防设施中,室内外消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统是扑救火灾的主要设施,提出了在对消防给水系统检查时的要求和容易忽视的问题,探讨了在实际工作中进行消防给水系统的调试及检测的重点及注意事项。     

改进平衡计分卡在装备物资供应管理中的应用

基于装备物资供应的特点,对传统平衡记分卡进行了改进,建立了装备物资供应平衡记分卡,分为部队用户、业务流程、保障服务、训练与创新4部分。基于建立的装备物资供应平衡记分卡及其因果关系分析,可以有效的评价装备物资供应系统的整体运行情况,为装备物资供应系统优化提供依据。     

装备物资供应业务流程重组研究

为了适应信息化战争的需求,提高部队装备物资供应系统的敏捷性和可靠性,基于信息共享和业务流程的并行、同步化,建立了一个基于协调决策中心的物资供应系统模型,基于该模型对装备物资供应业务流程进行了重组,并提出了对装备物资供应系统业务流程进行重组应注意的一系列问题。重组后的装备物资供应系统可以有效地减少信息流经的环节和可能的信息失真,优化保障资源配置,提高物资供应的敏捷性,增强物资供应的主动性和针对性。     

Inducing coordination in supply chains through linear reward schemes

Decentralized decision‐making in supply chain management is quite common, and often inevitable, due to the magnitude of the chain, its geographical dispersion, and the number of agents that play a role in it. But, decentralized decision‐making is known to result in inefficient Nash equilibrium outcomes, and optimal outcomes that maximize the sum of the utilities of all agents need not be Nash equilibria. In this paper we demonstrate through several examples of supply chain models how linear reward/penalty schemes can be implemented so that a given optimal solution becomes a Nash equilibrium. The examples represent both vertical and horizontal coordination issues. The techniques we employ build on a general framework for the use of linear reward/penalty schemes to induce stability in given optimal solutions and should be useful to other multi‐agent operations management settings. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
