引信全电子安全系统失效分析及评估

本文根据全电子安全系统的一般结构模式,分析了其安全性设计的一般特点和可能造成其失效的各种原因,并在此基础上建立了全电子安全系统的失效故障树,给出了失效概率的定量计算结果。     

直接序列扩频码元同步的快速捕获及跟踪

讨论基于软件无线电技术的直接序列扩频码元捕获及跟踪的快速算法。利用伪随机序列尖锐的自相关特性,通过计算中频接收信号与本地匹配滤波器的循环相关完成码元捕获,提出了循环相关的两种快速算法,并分析了正确捕获概率及平均捕获时间,最后给出码元跟踪的简便算法及精度。仿真及实验验证了所述算法的正确性和有效性,特别适用于信噪比较低、对设备体积及功耗限制严格的通信系统中。     

Killing with Culture: Anthropology’s Ethical Dilemma with War

ABSTRACT

This article highlights the difficulty of creating a code of ethics in anthropology, particularly one that appropriately addresses the nuanced nature of the military and the anthropologists who conduct research and disseminate information in the context of war. The article consults one of the most important books on this topic, George R. Lucas' Anthropologists in Arms (2009), along with several other relevant texts, and examines the ethical complexities and dilemmas American and European anthropologists faced during their involvement in both World Wars, as well as those faced during Vietnam and the more recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The article also examines the military's recruitment of cultural experts, the methods used to culturally engage combatants, and the criticisms against social scientists who choose to work as so-called military anthropologists. The anthropologists in this article risked academic exile conducting what some consider an adulteration of academic principles. The article contributes to the discourse regarding unconventional warfare and the methods used by the armed forces to better understand the cultural nuances of people, and to highlight the need for the development of a better anthropological code of ethics that accounts for the challenges of war.     

油料装备信息化的接入模式分析

给出了油料装备信息化中几种常见的信息接入方式:嵌入式系统、条码、射频标签,并对其进行了分析和比较。通过比较,认为嵌入式系统方式、射频标签方式具有较好的环境适应性、保密性和信息可读写性,大型油料装备的信息接入可采用这两种方式;二维条码因成本较低、具有一定的信息容量,可作为油料化验箱等小型装备器材的信息接入方式。最后对被覆线、卫星和短波电台3种信息传输方式的性能进行了比较。     

采用改进遗传算法的舰载机保障调度方法

舰载机保障作业过程受到多种资源约束,同时可能存在突发事件的干扰。针对此特点,分析并制定干扰情况下的模型修正策略。在遗传算法中引入禁忌搜索算子改进传统遗传算法的变异操作,并通过具体实例进行仿真验证,其结果证明改进后的遗传算法在优化含干扰事件的多机保障问题时效率更高,并通过甘特图直观地反映重调度方案,为真实情况下有效处理舰载机保障过程中的干扰事件奠定理论基础。     

Theoretical and numerical investigations on the headspace of cartridge cases considering axial deformation and movement

The cartridge case headspace is the axial clearance between the cartridge and bolt of an automatic weapon, and influences the reliability and security of the weapon. Accordingly, theoretical and numerical studies were conducted to analyze the dynamic response of cartridge cases during internal impact considering the initial radial clearances between the cartridge case and chamber. A theoretical model was proposed to predict the cartridge case headspace considering both the deformation and movement of the cartridge case and confirmed by the results of nonlinear finite element simulations. The differences between the results of the conventional static model and the dynamic model were then comprehensively evaluated. The effects of the angle between the cartridge and chamber, the cartridge case material, and the internal impact pressure on the predicted headspace value were also analyzed. The dynamic response of the cartridge case predicted by the dynamic model was more accurate than that predicted by the conventional static model. The internal impact pressure, pressure change rate, and cartridge material were all found to affect the predicted headspace.     

大容量储能发电机并联运行励磁控制算法

大容量储能发电机作为脉冲电源,整流后通过逆变器向大功率脉冲负载供电。采用储能发电机直流侧并联方式工作,可以有效提高系统带载能力与可靠性。当并联运行的储能发电机转速不同时,根据转速合理分配电机释放功率可以有效提高系统工作效能,因此需要设计一种具有功率调节功能的励磁控制算法。在电压、电流双闭环控制的基础上,引入功率前馈控制,推导并求解了前馈功率与励磁电流关系以及控制参数,并根据电机初始转速设计了功率分配算法。仿真试验结果表明,功率前馈控制在励磁控制过程中起主导作用,有效分配储能电机释放功率大小,提高了励磁电流响应速度,抑制了负载功率扰动对励磁控制系统的影响。     

卫星导航信号无模糊抗多径码相关参考波形设计技术

针对目前卫星导航接收机码环多径抑制技术在二进制偏移副载波类信号下鉴别曲线可能出现多个稳定跟踪位置,导致接收机存在伪距测量的系统性误差的问题,提出最优鉴别曲线设计技术,采用奇异值优化的最小二乘方法,设计无多余跟踪点的本地码相关参考波形。从多径误差包络和跟踪精度两方面,对基于最优鉴别曲线的二进制偏移副载波信号码相关参考波形的设计性能进行验证评估。仿真结果表明：该方法可实现二进制偏移副载波信号在有限接收带宽下的无模糊鉴别曲线设计。以前端带宽为8.184 MHz时的BOC(1,1)信号为例,设计的码相关参考波形相比W2波形,多径误差包络面积增加了61.8%,而跟踪精度提高了4~5 dB。
