2009年,Tu和Deng在一个组合猜想成立的基础上,构造了同时具有最优代数免疫性、最优代数次数和高非线性度的一类偶数元布尔函数.这类函数被称为Tu-Deng函数.基于同一猜想,Tu和Deng又构造了同时具有次最优代数免疫性、最优代数次数和较高非线性度的一类偶数元的l -阶弹性函数.通过研究由Tu-Deng函数导出的两个布尔函数的级联的密码学性质,在Tu-Deng猜想成立的基础上,给出一类奇数元的1 -阶弹性布尔函数.这类函数同时具有次最优代数免疫性、最优代数次数和较高非线性度.     

基于截断函数的有限时间滑模控制方法

针对一类二阶不确定非线性系统的鲁棒控制问题,提出一种基于截断函数的有限时间滑模控制算法。该算法具有以下特点:系统状态可在期望的有限时刻收敛为零;受控系统对外部扰动和参数不确定性具有全局鲁棒特性;系统状态的动态响应可解析预测;通过选择不同的截断函数可以实现对控制器性能的调节。仿真结果验证了所提算法的有效性。     

The Organization of the Defense Support System: An Economic Geography Perspective

In the context of restricted budgetary resources and the growing cost of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities, a major issue for modern armed forces is to sustain defense platforms. A possible method consists of realizing economies of scale through the concentration of maintenance activities, which involves the spatial reorganization of existing industrial sites dedicated to MRO. This article provides a formalized framework to discuss the optimal organization for the MRO of defense platforms in space. The public planner organizes the maintenance of defense platforms with only two possible spatial configurations. In the dispersed configuration, two industrial production units in charge of the maintenance optimally cover space, whereas in the concentrated configuration, a unique industrial unit covers space. Focusing on the tipping point between the two configurations, the balance of forces between agglomeration and dispersion in defense support activities is described and discussed. On the one hand, economies of scale provide an opportunity to optimize defense support costs, favoring concentration in a unique industrial unit. On the other hand, space causes dispersion to reduce both transport costs and operational social costs. This trade-off illustrates a general principle in spatial economics with an application to MRO production in the French case.     

相似分布特性准则下的高斯混合项聚类-合并算法

针对高斯混合模型估计非高斯系统时高斯混合项呈指数级增长问题,提出一种基于相似分布特性准则的聚类-合并方法。通过分析高斯混合项的分布特性,基于扩展积分均方误差代价函数搜索最优置信范围,并对混合项进行高斯聚类,进而获得具有不同分布特性的高斯簇。为防止高斯簇间对高斯子项的重复利用,引入局部最近邻思想对交叉高斯项进行重新分配。采用并行多元素合并方法对高斯簇中的混合项进行合并,在保证无偏性基础上减少下一时刻混合项数量。仿真结果表明,改进算法在保证跟踪精度的同时还可有效提高算法效率。     

船舶降噪工程技术集成优化方法

在用船舶降噪工程受总体约束强、声学异常多等因素影响,传统新船建造的声学设计方法不能被直接应用。为此,提出了在用船舶降噪工程技术集成优化方法。根据需求设计顶层降噪指标,并通过四项标准进行检验;基于改装前测试数据和降噪技术储备情况,制定初步降噪技术集成方案;通过声学评估迭代,形成优化的指标分配体系和最终的降噪技术集成方案。模型试验验证结果表明,该方法能够有效实现在用船舶降噪工程的技术优化集成。

Ambulance location for maximum survival

This article proposes new location models for emergency medical service stations. The models are generated by incorporating a survival function into existing covering models. A survival function is a monotonically decreasing function of the response time of an emergency medical service (EMS) vehicle to a patient that returns the probability of survival for the patient. The survival function allows for the calculation of tangible outcome measures—the expected number of survivors in case of cardiac arrests. The survival‐maximizing location models are better suited for EMS location than the covering models which do not adequately differentiate between consequences of different response times. We demonstrate empirically the superiority of the survival‐maximizing models using data from the Edmonton EMS system. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2008     

What you should know about simulation and derivatives

Derivatives (or gradients) are important for both sensitivity analysis and optimization, and in simulation models, these can often be estimated efficiently using various methods other than brute‐force finite differences. This article briefly summarizes the main approaches and discusses areas in which the approaches can most fruitfully be applied: queueing, inventory, and finance. 一种完全分布式的空间服务及组合模型

针对服务组合中控制流和数据流的不同协调机制,可将组合模型分为4种类型,分别是控制流集中式且数据流集中式、控制流集中式且数据流分布式、控制流分布式且数据流集中式、控制流分布式且数据流分布式.空间服务组合流程需处理较大规模的数据流,采用控制流分布式和数据流分布式的协调机制能有效降低组合过程中系统整体通信规模并减少空间服务组合响应时间.通过对各种不同组合类型建模的定量分析对上述观点进行了正确性论证.模拟实验证明,定量分析结果可信.     

Threshold optimization for weighted voting classifiers

Weighted voting classifiers considered in this paper consist of N units each providing individual classification decisions. The entire system output is based on tallying the weighted votes for each decision and choosing the one which has total support weight exceeding a certain threshold. Each individual unit may abstain from voting. The entire system may also abstain from voting if no decision support weight exceeds the threshold. Existing methods of evaluating the reliability of weighted voting systems can be applied to limited special cases of these systems and impose some restrictions on their parameters. In this paper a universal generating function method is suggested which allows the reliability of weighted voting classifiers to be exactly evaluated without imposing constraints on unit weights. Based on this method, the classifier reliability is determined as a function of a threshold factor, and a procedure is suggested for finding the threshold which minimizes the cost of damage caused by classifier failures (misclassification and abstention may have different price.) Dynamic and static threshold voting rules are considered and compared. A method of analyzing the influence of units' availability on the entire classifier reliability is suggested, and illustrative examples are presented. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
