智能飞机悬挂物及武器发射/投放管理系统研究

采用人工智能技术研究飞机悬挂物及武器发射／投放管理系统,实现对飞机悬挂物及武器发射／投放的自动化、智能化控制与管理,以此减轻驾驶员的工作负担,提高飞机的作战效能和自身的安全性及生存率,并对系统功能进行了具体的编程仿真。     

继电式自动驾驶仪滚动回路自振分析

分析了继电式自动驾驶仪滚动回路的工作特性,给出了该继电特性的描述函数。在此基础上,用描述函数法分析了回路的稳定性,计算出了回路自持振荡的参数,分析了影响自振参数的因素。     

多源情报信息在空中目标敌我识别中的应用

根据部队的实际使用情况,考虑到诸多理论成果的应用现状,提出一种简洁实用的关联识别算法,即根据多信源、多因子的综合判断给出目标的属性。该算法还首次给出了复杂空域的计算方法。     

基于小波神经网络的货运量预测

选取我国1979—2011年国民生产总值、能源生产总值、进出口贸易额、社会消费品零售总额和固定资产投资总额5项指标作为货运总量的主要影响因素,以货运总量为输出,建立了基于Morlet小波函数的小波神经网络预测模型。该模型能够揭示货运量与相关变量之间的非线性映射关系,经实例分析得到了较满意的结果,并通过与实际货运量和BP神经网络预测结果的对比,证明了小波神经网络在货运量预测方面应用的可行性。     

基于效用函数的装备保障效能评估方法

论述了保障效能及其评估的内涵,按照能力-性能-特性的思路,建立了科学合理的装备保障效能评估指标体系,给出了定量定性指标构建效用函数的方法,建立出装备保障效能评估的数学模型,并应用具体实例进行了验证。     

试论PBL教学法在少数民族预科汉语教学中的作用

PBL教学法是以问题为基础的教学模式。PBL教学法改变了传统的教学模式,把先进的教学理念引入了预科汉语教学课堂,不但能改变民族学生学习长期被动的处境,而且可以增强民族学生学习汉语的积极性与问题意识,与此同时也将会对目前预科汉语教学的环境、教师、学生提出挑战。     

Social capital and terrorism

Many studies of terrorism explain the use of violence against civilians with political or economic forces, often relegating social variables to the margins. Social factors, specifically societal-level social capital, play a far more important role in explaining patterns of terrorist activity than previously recognized. Social capital can exert pressures that act as both restraint and catalyst for terrorism, making explicit exposition of these differential effects critical. Analysis shows that higher stocks of social capital positively correlate with the number of terrorist groups, but the average attack activity of those groups increase as measures of social capital decline. The complex relationship makes it difficult to draw simple policy implications, but it does offer insight into the role that social dynamics play in terrorist activity.     

Problem of the reference height of the projectile trajectory as a reduced meteo-ballistic weighting factor

This paper deals with the issue of preparation of the aiming angles with the use of tabular firing tables and needed determination of the ballistic elements μ_B (ballistic wind w_B, w_xB, w_ZB, ballistic (virtual) temperature τ_B, ballistic density ρ_B) from the standardized met messages. The weighting factors are used for the calculation of ballistic elements μ_B that are incorporated into the trajectory calculations characteristics of weapon and ammunition. Two different methodologies practically used in the praxis are analysed and compared. For the comparison of the two methodologies the reference height of trajectory determined from the weighting factor functions is employed. On the basis of the analyses conducted, the potential for further increase in accuracy of these aiming angles preparation methods is pointed out.     

舰用计算机局部网络通信协议的设计

介绍了舰用计算机局部网络通信协议的设计,重点描述了设计中为提高实时性和可靠性所采用的一些具体技术措施,其中包括:简化ISO/OSI—RM 参考模型,并与IEEE8024标准协议兼容,采用VLSI 技术设计网络接口卡。同时,对其中一些关键技术,如逻辑环的建立与维护、信息的优先级发送与实时响应、数据缓冲区的结构与管理都作了说明。     

小型制脂装置在复合锂钙基脂研究中的应用

自行设计研制了机电一体化小型制脂装置,该装置具有无级变速控制转速、带有刮边装置、自动控温等特点,可防止手动制脂搅拌的不均匀,其制脂的工艺过程（与手动制脂比较）与润滑脂生产过程更加接近,有利于进一步中试放大及批量生产。利用此小型制脂装置开展了复合锂钙基脂的研究,探讨了组成配方、工艺条件对复合锂钙基脂性能的影响,制备出的复合锂钙基脂具有良好的高温多效性能,且成本较低,具有良好的应用前景。
