功率循环下IGBT模块电热参数变化规律分析

为了分析IGBT模块老化过程中电热参数的变化规律,对IGBT模块进行了功率循环加速老化试验,并基于单脉冲测试方法在加速老化试验进程中每间隔1 000次功率循环,测取一次IGBT的结温、集电极电流与饱和压降三维关系曲面、开关能耗、热阻抗以及瞬态热阻抗曲线。IGBT模块老化失效时,其饱和压降、开通能耗、关断能耗以及热阻较其初始值分别增大了3.92%、12.05%、18.87%和22.65%,试验结果表明随着IGBT模块功率循环次数的增多,相同工作条件下IGBT饱和压降的增幅逐渐加大,而饱和压降、结温和集电极电流三者间的内在关系没有明显变化;IGBT瞬态热阻抗曲线暂态部分几乎不变,稳态部分向上移动的幅度逐渐加大;测取的IGBT模块电热参数中饱和压降增幅最小,开关能耗增幅较大,模块热阻的增幅最为明显。     

The African Standby Force: The African Union’s tool for the maintenance of peace and security

Declared operationally ready in 2016, the African Standby Force (ASF) has not been deployed in its originally designed form. This is not for the lack of opportunities but rather a demonstration of the power of the Regional Economic Communities/Regional Mechanisms (RECs/RMs) – Africa’s sub-regional security structures – over matters of peace and security. Experience gathered from its short existence suggests that the ASF may never be deployed in its current form. It may instead evolve into a robust framework, adaptable mainly by the RECs/RMs, for addressing varied security challenges. Four things are critical to enhancing the utility of the ASF: the political willingness of the RECs/RMs, the strategic interest of the member states, predictable and sustainable financing, and clarity on the role of the African Capability for Immediate Response to Crisis, the temporary battlegroup that was created to provide the African Union with a rapid response capability, pending the ASF’s operationalization.

飞行器低空突防威胁建模与航迹优化算法

提出了一种飞行器在给定地形和威胁分布的威胁场进行低空突防的航迹优化算法。该方法首先对地形的高程栅格数据进行了图形简化预处理,将各种威胁叠加到地形图上,构成一个包含各种威胁的特定威胁场,再对其建立合理的有向图数学建模,用Dijkstra最短路算法进行航迹优化。航迹优化的过程中考虑了飞行器的过载限制,使优化航迹能够较好地满足飞行器各项性能指标及任务规划的要求,仿真结果显示,该算法简单快速,能很好地进行地形、威胁、障碍物的回避。     

Preparation and property of CL-20/BAMO-THF energetic nanocomposites

A sol-gel freezing-drying method was utilized to prepare energetic nanocomposites based on 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12-hexanitro-2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12-hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20) with 3, 3-Bis (azidomethyl) oxetane-tetrahydrofuran copolymer (BAMO-THF) as energetic gel matrix. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and differential thermal analyser (DTA) were utilized to characterize the structure and property of the resultant energetic nanocomposites. Compared with raw CL-20, the average particle sizes of CL-20 in CL-20/BAMO-THF energetic nanocomposites were decreased to nano scale and the morphologies of CL-20 were also changed from prismatic to spherical. FT-IR detection revealed that CL-20 particles were recrystallized in BAMO-THF gel matrix during the freezing-drying process. The thermal decomposition behaviors of the energetic nanocomposites were investigated as well. The thermolysis process of CL-20/BAMO-THF nanocomposites was enhanced and the activation energy was lower compared with that of raw CL-20, indicating that CL-20/BAMO-THF nanocomposites showed high thermolysis activity. The impact sensitivity tests indicated that CL-20/BAMO-THF energetic nanocomposites presented low sensitivity performance.     

BDS/INS紧组合三频动对动模糊度解算方法

针对伪距观测噪声较大导致动对动条件下三频整周模糊度解法(Three Carrier Ambiguity Resolution, TCAR)模糊度解算不可靠的问题,提出了一种BDS/INS紧组合三频动对动整周模糊度解算方法。通过紧组合系统输出的高精度位置坐标,估算出双差几何距离值,并用其分别代替无几何和几何模式下的双差伪距观测值,显著降低了伪距双差观测噪声水平,有效提高了三频整周模糊度解算成功率。仿真实验结果表明,BDS/INS紧组合输出的高精度位置坐标使得伪距观测精度提高了60%以上,在短基线条件下,当伪距观测噪声达到2 m时,无几何模式下的TCAR算法模糊度解算成功率为0.73%,几何模式下的TCAR算法模糊度解算成功率为31.25%,而BDS/INS紧组合的TCAR算法在两种模式下的模糊度解算成功率达到99%以上,并且获得了厘米级的相对定位精度。     

Air power in humanitarian intervention: Kosovo and Libya in comparative perspective

It would be hard to overstate the importance of air power in humanitarian intervention (HI) and the Responsibility to Protect (R2P). Yet, the role of air power in HI and R2P has been understudied. This article seeks to remedy the lack of systematic investigation. It does so by developing a framework for assessing the effectiveness of air power during military operations in HI and R2P and applies it to NATO’s air campaigns in Kosovo (Operation Allied Force) and Libya (Operation Unified Protector). Upon examination NATO is revealed to have fared better in Libya than Kosovo in positively accomplishing its stated humanitarian objectives, minimizing collateral damage and reducing the costs for the interveners, all of which are aspects considered by the model. The relative effectiveness of Operations Unified Protector is generally attributed to geography, diplomacy and technology. It is argued that better ground support, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and burden sharing are needed to enhance the utility of air power in HI and R2P even further.     

试件水灰比和胶砂比对混凝土硫酸盐侵蚀速度影响

通过大量试验,采用强度指标研究了试件水灰比和胶砂比对硫酸盐侵蚀速度的影响.结果表明:试件的水灰比越大,胶砂比越小,侵蚀速度越快;为了加快硫酸盐侵蚀速度,宜采用大水灰比、小胶砂比的试件.在各种条件下,硫酸钠侵蚀破坏的速度比硫酸镁侵蚀快.对硫酸钠型侵蚀,采用抗折抗蚀系数作为判定指标较为合理,而对硫酸镁型侵蚀,应该综合考虑抗折抗蚀系数和抗压抗蚀系数.     

空间推进系统工作过程的模块化建模

建立空间推进系统仿真模块(包括液体管道模块、三通模块、充填模块、推力室模块等)的数学模型.虽然采用的是集中参数方法,但同时考虑了液体的惯性、粘性和压缩性,所以本文建立的常微分方程组能在一定程度上反映供应系统工作过程的分布特性.     

穿甲子弹偏心入射陶瓷/钢复合靶板试验

设计并进行了7.62mm穿甲子弹侵彻陶瓷/低碳钢复合靶板的弹道试验,得到了极限速度及陶瓷锥底部半径等数据。分析了锥底半径与入射速度、面板及背板厚度的关系,着重分析了偏心入射时靶板的抗弹机理。结果表明:陶瓷锥可分为破碎区和粉碎区,粉碎区半径约为面板厚度与弹丸半径之和;当弹着点距离陶瓷面板边缘大于5mm时,靶板的抗弹性能变化不大,而弹着点位于距陶瓷面板边缘小于5mm的板边区时,抗弹性能明显降低,靶板的有效防护面积应扣除板边区。
