提出了随机服务系统的服务能力问题,给出有限服务能力的损失制M／M／1模型的描述和其稳态解,并求出了评价系统运行的几个主要数量指标。     

Flintlock brass fittings from the 19th-century Akko 1 shipwreck,Israel

The Akko 1 shipwreck is the remains of a 26-metre-long Egyptian armed vessel or auxiliary naval brig built at the beginning of the 19th century. Remains of six flintlock muskets were retrieved from the shipwreck, and characterised by various metallurgical methods. The research aimed to study the composition and microstructure of the musket fittings and their manufacturing processes, and if possible, to determine the date and origin of the raw materials. The lead isotope analysis of the fittings suggests that their raw material originated in Great Britain. Based on their typology and composition, the fittings were made in Great Britain of brass alloy and manufactured by casting, probably at the same workshop; and the staple was manufactured by casting and drawing. Considering the zinc content, combined with the manufacturing techniques, the fittings were manufactured between the latter part of the 18th and the early 19th centuries, which might indicate that they were purchased in the course of 19th century weapons trade to be used on board the Egyptian ship.     

Preparation and characterization of HMX/EVA/hBNNSs micro-composites with improved thermal stability and reduced sensitivity

Hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets(HBNNSs)have huge potential in the field of coating materials owing to their remarkable chemical stability,mechanical strength and thermal conductivity.Thin-layer hBNNSs were obtained by a liquid-phase exfoliation of h-BN powders and incorporated into EVA coatings for improving the safety performance of 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocane(HMX).HBNNSs and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)were introduced to HMX by a solvent-slurry process.For com-parison,the HMX/EVA and HMX/EVA/graphene(HMX/EVA/G)composites were also prepared by a similar process.The morphology,crystal form,surface element distribution,thermal decomposition property and impact sensitivity of HMX/EVA/hBNNSs composites were contrastively investigated.Results showed that as prepared HMX/EVA/hBNNSs composites were well coated with hBNNSs and EVA,and exhibited better thermal stability and lower impact sensitivity than that of HMX/EVA and HMX/EVA/G composites,suggesting superior performance of desensitization of hBNNSs in explosives.

A polling system comprising n queues and a single server is considered. Service is performed according to an elevator scheme under the globally gated regime. 用传统的方法预测主动力装置在不同破坏半径下的生命力 ,存在所需数据量大、不易预测、准确性不高等缺点 .运用灰色理论GM(1,1)模型预测了舰船主动力装置受到武器攻击时在各种破坏半径下的生命力 ,方法简单易行 ,结果准确可靠 ,为决策者进行科学的决策提供了相关的理论依据     

Convolutions and generalization of logconcavity: Implications and applications

Additive convolution of unimodal and α‐unimodal random variables are known as an old classic problem which has attracted the attention of many authors in theory and applied fields. Another type of convolution, called multiplicative convolution, is rather younger. In this article, we first focus on this newer concept and obtain several useful results in which the most important ones is that if is logconcave then so are and for some suitable increasing functions ?. This result contains and as two more important special cases. Furthermore, one table including more applied distributions comparing logconcavity of f(x) and and two comprehensive implications charts are provided. Then, these fundamental results are applied to aging properties, existence of moments and several kinds of ordered random variables. Multiplicative strong unimodality in the discrete case is also introduced and its properties are investigated. In the second part of the article, some refinements are made for additive convolutions. A remaining open problem is completed and a conjecture concerning convolution of discrete α‐unimodal distributions is settled. Then, we shall show that an existing result regarding convolution of symmetric discrete unimodal distributions is not correct and an easy alternative proof is presented. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 当代俄罗斯电子战产品主要研制单位及装备发展综述

作为现代战场的核心内容之一,无线电电子战产品已成为近几十年来发展异常迅速的一类军事装备。俄罗斯的军事装备历经车臣战争、俄格冲突、叙利亚战争和俄乌冲突等众多实战检验并不断得到完善,正逐渐展现出强大的军事威慑力,而电子战设备就是俄罗斯重点发展且成效显著的“不对称”战力方向之一。西方专家普遍认为电子战系统是俄军最危险的武器装备之一,可见其水平已属国际领先水平。本文介绍了当代俄罗斯对无线电电子战内容的理解、俄罗斯电子战产品的主要研制单位和发展现状,重点分析了俄罗斯近30年来最知名的陆、海、空电子战装备的分类、组成、指标和功能等,对俄罗斯电子战未来的技术发展趋势进行了预测,以期为国内电子战装备和技术发展提供借鉴。     

关于半鞅的可料表示性

利用鞅空间H1的泛函表示定理、泛函分析中的Hahn-Banach定理、半鞅向量随机积分的Girsanov定理,获得了半鞅可料表示性的特征。由于使用的是半鞅的向量随机积分,它推广了经典的结论。     

灰色预测模型在非致命武器经济寿命预测中的应用

针对目前非致命武器经济寿命方面的研究相当缺乏的现状,结合非致命武器的自身特点,在全面分析装备全寿命周期费用的基础上,引入灰色理论,运用GM（1,1）模型对非致命武器的经济寿命周期费用进行估算和预测。通过分析,灰色预测模型具有较高的建模精度,预测方法和结果对非致命武器的经济寿命预测具有很强的实用性。     

基于Petri网的指挥控制系统仿真

指挥控制系统是一个具有分布、并发、异步等特性的复杂系统,Petri网是描述具有此类特征系统的有效工具.提出了基于Petri网的指挥控制系统仿真平台的具体设计方案.介绍了仿真平台的实现方法和程序的设计思路,实现了对普通Petri网、X1系统的建模,进行了功能和结构上的分析,并对分析结果的现实意义作了进一步的讨论.
