基于教育价值论视角探析兵团精神的教育价值

兵团精神是社会主义核心价值体系在兵团的具体体现,是兵团文化的核心与精髓,是指引兵团人实现兵团跨越式发展和长治久安的精神动力和智力支持。开展兵团精神教育是屯垦戍边和＂教育戍边＂事业进程中的一个重要课题。本文在教育价值论的视角下分析开展兵团精神教育所依托的优势资源,包括文化资源优势、特殊体制优势、理论指导优势及实践经验优势等,并在此基础上分别从本质属性、理论创新及学生发展三个方面进一步探讨了兵团精神的教育价值。     

美育视角下社会管理创新的田野调查问题探析

把美育纳入社会管理的过程中并确定具体的管理、田野观察点,既可以使审美育人走出学者们的课堂和书斋,解决当前我国美育建设相对势弱问题,又可以使审美育人融入社会管理和人民群众的实践中,提高实践的质量和水平。要以个案来展示影响社会管理发展的某种重要因素、这种因素的张力以及它的存在和发展逻辑,以审美育人的标准和尺度考察社会管理者的行为,群众的感受和所见所闻、所思所想,关注群众现实生活的巨变。最理想的调查方式是选择那些与研究者成长背景完全不同的观察点,会收到最佳的效果,因为这样会避免先入为主的感觉。要特别注意运用相关的理论考察社会管理创新的机理,增强整体关照能力和深刻度。要在悬置经验本位和相关理论假设的前提下得出个案研究的新结论。     

A higher order coupled frequency characteristics study of smartmagneto-electro-elastic composite plates with cut-outs using finite element methods

This article deals with investigating the effect of cut-outs on the natural frequencies of magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) plates incorporating finite element methods based on higher order shear deformation theory (HSDT). In order to consider the influence of cut-out, the energy of the cut-out domain is sub-tracted from the total energy of the entire plate. The governing equations of motions are derived through incorporating Hamilton's principle and the solution is obtained using condensation technique. The proposed numerical formulation is verified with the results of previously published literature as well as the numerical software. In addition, this research focuses on evaluating the effect of geometrical skewness and boundary conditions on the frequency response. The influence of cut-outs on the degree of coupling between magnetic, electric and elasticfields is also investigated.     

信息错误检测项目的关系分析

从提高信息质量这一目标入手,定义了理论信息错误类别空间、可检测信息错误类别空间、检测项目集等基础概念,分析了检测项目集之间的对等、相交、包含和互斥等4种关系及其特点,形成了信息错误检测项目集的2种生成与优化方式,以及若干优化原则,并给出各原则的优先顺序。     

Emergency transshipment in decentralized dealer networks: When to send and accept transshipment requests

While there has been significant previous literature on inventory transshipment, most research has focused on the dealers' demand filling decision (when to fill transshipment requests from other dealers), ignoring the requesting decision (when to send transshipment requests to other dealers). In this paper we develop optimal inventory transshipment policies that incorporate both types of decisions. We consider a decentralized system in which the dealers are independent of the manufacturer and of each other. We first study a network consisting of a very large number of dealers. We prove that the optimal inventory and transshipment decisions for an individual dealer are controlled by threshold rationing and requesting levels. Then, in order to study the impact of transshipment among independent dealers in a smaller dealer network, we consider a decentralized two‐dealer network and use a game theoretic approach to characterize the equilibrium inventory strategies of the individual dealers. An extensive numerical study highlights the impact of the requesting decision on the dealers' equilibrium behavior in a decentralized setting. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 针对新型驱护舰编队舰空导弹防御体系射击效能评估这一难题,对其射击效能准则进行了确立,提出了基于排队论的射击效能评估模型,对体系射击效能进行仿真计算,总结出能对系统射击效能做出准确评估的方法,并利用实例对模型进行了验证。
