This paper examines the determinants of national defence budgets in the post-Cold War era employing a spatial econometric framework. Using data for 124 countries over a 16-year time period, I examine spatial relationships in defence spending to investigate how countries account for the military spending of other countries when setting their budgets. Using specially developed weighting matrices, the regression results indicate that defence budgets are positively spatially correlated. These results provide support for the use of ‘external’ factors when examining defence budgets over this time period. The importance of a country’s spatial location when setting its budget is further examined through the identification of regions of high and low defence spending. 相似文献

本文在对新疆石河子市内初班和平行班的学业成就现状的调查基础上,将内初班与平行班的学业成就影响因素进行比较,统计结果表明:内初班与平行班学业成就的影响因素基本具有一致性。而在师生关系、成就动机水平和学习策略方面具有差异,内初班的学业成就与这三种因素不呈现显著相关。 相似文献

响应时间是磁流变阻尼器(Magnetorheological Damper,MRD)重要性能指标之一。为分析MRD响应时间及影响因素,建立了MRD动态响应模型,提出了一种基于Ansoft和Adams联合仿真分析MRD响应时间的方法,并通过仿真与试验相结合的方法分析了阶跃电流幅值、活塞运动速度以及系统刚度等因素对MRD响应时间的影响。仿真结果和试验数据表明:MRD响应时间随活塞速度和系统刚度的增大呈减小趋势,随阶跃电流幅值的升高呈增大趋势。同时证明通过联合仿真分析MRD响应时间和影响因素的方法是有效的。 相似文献

The target's threat prediction is an essential procedure for the situation analysis in an aerial defense system. However, the traditional threat prediction methods mostly ignore the effect of commander's emotion. They only predict a target's present threat from the target's features itself, which leads to their poor ability in a complex situation. To aerial targets, this paper proposes a method for its potential threat prediction considering commander emotion (PTP-CE) that uses the Bi-directional LSTM (BiLSTM) network and the backpropagation neural network (BP) optimized by the sparrow search algorithm (SSA). Furthermore, we use the BiLSTM to predict the target's future state from real-time series data, and then adopt the SSA-BP to combine the target's state with the commander's emotion to establish a threat prediction model. Therefore, the target's potential threat level can be obtained by this threat prediction model from the predicted future state and the recognized emotion. The experimental results show that the PTP-CE is efficient for aerial target's state prediction and threat prediction, regardless of commander's emotional effect. 相似文献
