液氧与气氧对空气加热器燃烧流场的影响分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对一种基于液体火箭发动机燃烧室结构的空气加热器,采用数值仿真技术研究了加热器内部喷雾燃烧、燃气掺混以及出口流场分布等参数.分析对比了采用酒精/液氧/空气与酒精/气氧/空气两种不同氧化剂物态三组元同轴直流式喷嘴所得到的燃烧流场的区别,并通过改变燃烧室特征长度,分析了两种计算工况的加热器的性能差异.结果表明,喷入氧化剂的物态对燃烧流场影响较大,采用液氧喷嘴的火焰较长,气氧喷嘴的火焰分布较宽,且相对于液氧喷嘴,气氧喷嘴的燃烧室前端回流区由于掺混较多的燃气,导致喷注面板附近燃气温度较高,面板承热压力较大.设计的加热器均可保证两种喷嘴的出口流场品质较高,在保证流场出口品质的原则上,气氧喷嘴的燃烧室特征长度可至少小于液氧喷嘴的1/4.  相似文献

This article argues that logistics constrains strategic opportunity while itself being heavily circumscribed by strategic and operational planning. With the academic literature all but ignoring the centrality of logistics to strategy and war, this article argues for a reappraisal of the critical role of military logistics, and posits that the study and conduct of war and strategy are incomplete at best or false at worst when they ignore this crucial component of the art of war. The article conceptualises the logistics–strategy nexus in a novel way, explores its contemporary manifestation in an age of uncertainty, and applies it to a detailed case study of UK operations in Iraq and Afghanistan since 2001.  相似文献

This article describes the Distributed Interaction Campaign Model (DICM), an exploratory campaign analysis tool and asset allocation decision‐aid for managing geographically distributed and swarming naval and air forces. The model is capable of fast operation, while accounting for uncertainty in an opponent's plan. It is intended for use by commanders and analysts who have limited time for model runs, or a finite budget. The model is purpose‐built for the Pentagon's Office of Net Assessment, and supports analysis of the following questions: What happens when swarms of geographically distributed naval and air forces engage each other and what are the key elements of the opponents’ force to attack? Are there changes to force structure that make a force more effective, and what impacts will disruptions in enemy command and control and wide‐area surveillance have? Which insights are to be gained by fast exploratory mathematical/computational campaign analysis to augment and replace expensive and time‐consuming simulations? The South African Defence Review 2014 is the country's new defence policy. The Review, which is expected to steer South African defence policymaking for the next few decades, discusses in detail the role of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) in peace missions in Africa and proposes the direct involvement of the country's soldiers in both military and civilian tasks, from peacekeeping to humanitarian assistance, post-conflict reconstruction and development. This paper contains a critical review of the Review with regard to South Africa's envisaged contribution to regional and continental peace and stability. It is argued that humanitarian assistance and post-conflict reconstruction should not be securitised and that the SANDF should only be tasked with peacekeeping and the establishment of stability and security in fragile in-conflict and post-conflict settings. The humanitarian work should be left to humanitarian and aid agencies, while reconstruction and development should be left to organisations such as the New Partnership for Africa's Development, continental and international development organisations, and local actors.  相似文献

Why do countries have air forces? Organizational alternatives, such as maintaining separate air arms for the army and navy, have become quite rare. The conventional narrative advanced by advocates of independent air forces stress that the primacy of airpower in modern warfare mandates centralized control of most military aviation. In this view, political–military uncertainty has driven mimetic isomorphism – pressure on national governments to organize as others organize so as to fight or deter war just as effectively. However, working from a set of 56 countries that were politically independent within a few years of the establishment of the first ever independent air force (the Royal Air Force) in 1918, and continuing through nearly the present, there is no clear pattern of external military pressure prompting this particular reorganization. Rather, from anecdotal evidence, the cause has more likely been normative isomorphism – a professional craving to look as others look to foster political or personal legitimacy. For whatever reason, though, choices of structures tend to lead to specific choices of policies. Thus, the result suggests that defense ministries looking for more effective or less costly organizational schemas may reasonably consider alternatives to the tripartite army–navy–air force structure.  相似文献

In most western countries, there is a strong incentive for defence department budget-holders to expend all of the funds they are authorized to spend in a fiscal year. In this paper, we question whether this emphasis makes sense. We develop a model of a defence department’s operating expenditure assuming a fixed level of funding for a year and uncertain costs. The results of the model suggest that the incentive for departmental managers to expend all authorized funds is inefficient. We explore the implications of the model for the Department of National Defence (DND) in Canada in light of the recent criticism of DND lapsed funding by the Auditor-General of Canada.  相似文献

This article addresses Western recruitment and management of personnel from non-Western countries in armed forces as part of a strategy of state stabilisation, examining its risks and benefits. ‘SFA’ (Security Forces Assistance) to indigenous forces has long been practised by the West and seems to have returned in recent years in a new form with the creation of armies in Iraq and Afghanistan. However, while providing cheap, proxy substitutes for the West and offering opportunities for state-building, the policy creates its own problems and can have significant, negative consequences.  相似文献

依据装甲装备作战能力评估问题的特点,采用TOPSIS方法评估装甲装备作战能力。装甲装备作战能力评估时,需构建基于TOPSIS方法的评估模型,支持装甲装备作战能力评估。算子是指定义了输入和输出,封装了一定操作的功能元件。从评估方法到评估算子元件的映射称为评估方法的算子化,生成的算子元件称为评估算子。将TOPSIS方法算子化为TOPSIS评估算子元件,运用TOPSIS算子元件构建装甲装备作战能力评估模型-算子树模型。算子树模型容易理解和调整,构建方便灵活,具有较好的重用性和扩展性,是解决装甲装备作战能力评估问题的一种有效途径。  相似文献

针对现代防空体系的特点,介绍了巡航导弹及其制导方式,并从巡航导弹自身弱点、实战中的不足以及技术上的可对抗性进行了各方面分析,提出了巡航导弹是可以进行对抗的,尤其是利用光电对抗手段进行对抗的可行性、重要性.目前对巡航导弹的分层防御相对来说费用相当昂贵,而采用光电对抗手段是廉价而又有效的.通过对光电对抗的可行性分析,列出了以侦察告警、定向红外干扰、高重频激光干扰、激光致盲、激光摧毁、烟幕干扰、光电隐身等光电对抗手段进行对抗巡航导弹的方法,并进行探讨.最后对光电技术及光电对抗装备技术的发展趋势作了描述.  相似文献
