基于马尔可夫预测的低消耗弹药库存仿真建模分析

应用马尔可夫方法的无后效性原理,建立了低消耗弹药库存的预测模型,为该类弹药的年度供应提供依据。在模型建立的基础上,对其仿真算法进行了描述,并应用计算机进行了仿真实现。     

箱装弹药堆积数字化管理模型及软件实现

通过对箱装弹药储存管理特点的分析,提出了堆积管理数字化的构想,给出了典型的弹药堆垛结构算法模型,进行了弹药堆积管理软件的初步设计。

对弹药装载决策业务进行了系统分析,研究了各项决策要素,在此基础上研制开发了一种基于弹药安全性的运输装载决策系统,收到了良好的使用效果。

针对海岛高温、高湿的自然环境,建立了海岛阵地环境下弹药的可靠贮存寿命模型,并以某型号弹药为研究对象,对其试验数据进行了分析,得出了在一定置信度下弹药的贮存寿命。     

Production/distribution system design with inventory considerations

This study addresses the design of a three‐stage production/distribution system where the first stage includes the set of established retailers and the second and third stages include the sets of potential distribution centers (DCs) and potential capacitated suppliers, respectively. In this problem, in addition to the fixed location/operating costs associated with locating DCs and suppliers, we consider the coordinated inventory replenishment decisions at the located DCs and retailers along with the appropriate inventory costs explicitly. In particular, we account for the replenishment and holding costs at the retailers and selected DCs, and the fixed plus distance‐based transportation costs between the selected plants and their assigned DCs, and between the selected DCs and their respective retailers, explicitly. The resulting formulation is a challenging mixed‐integer nonlinear programming model for which we propose efficient heuristic solution approaches. Our computational results demonstrate the performance of the heuristic approaches as well as the value of integrated decision‐making by verifying that significant cost savings are realizable when the inventory decisions and costs are incorporated in the production distribution system design. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 大型复杂装甲装备首批生产质量规律研究

针对装甲装备在生产中暴露出质量问题的统计数据,运用数理统计方法及MATLAB软件对故障数量、故障类型分别进行了数值分析,探索了大型复杂装甲装备首批生产质量形成规律,验证了缩短装备达到质量稳定期的措施。认为,统计得出的置信区间可以作为评价产品质量的重要标准,同时要采取过程控制等措施确保质量。要在批量生产前期检查产品质量,尽早暴露设计、生产中的问题。

采用贝叶斯方法 ,利用大量的历史数据和工程技术人员的丰富经验确定先验分布 ,制定出验收试验的一种新方案 .按照这一方案 ,在确保产品质量的前提下 ,可大大节省试验时间 ,从而得到十分可观的经济效益 .     

On the contribution of defense innovation to China’s economic growth

As the most knowledge-intensive industrial sectors, China’s defense industries are developing very fast. The present paper will explore the contribution of China’s defense innovation to its economic growth. Cobb–Douglas production function, integrating defense and non-defense stock in knowledge, is applied during the course. In addition, an input–output analysis of defense equipment procurement was done. Positive effect of China’s defense innovation on economic growth has been revealed by comparing the results from the two methods. And some suggestions are made to strengthen the effect.     

弹药贮存微环境温度智能化预测

高效、准确获取弹药贮存微环境温度变化规律是开展弹药寿命评估与延寿的关键。结合神经网络算法以及传热学原理,研究了弹药贮存微环境温度预测模型,并基于此模型开发了一套弹药包装箱微环境预测软件,用以预测不同气候环境下包装箱内部的温度变化。在敦煌、漠河进行了相关试验,用以验证软件预测正确性以及参数优化。结果表明：应用基于神经网络算法开发的包装箱微环境预测软件,根据不同包装箱材料,调控贮存地点以及控制贮存起始温度,可以实现对箱内温度的控制。
