应用模糊系统理论,给出了声纳报警时鱼雷速度、报警距离等信息不足条件下,舰艇有效规避自导鱼雷的数学模型和决策方法。     

一种基于MTS的网络区域管理工作站实现策略

网络扩容的一个重要障碍是异构子网连接后的互连管理问题。分区域的一体化管理无疑是一种解决办法。本文提出一种基于管理协议细栈(MTS)来构造一体化的区域管理中心(RMC)的策略,这里的 RMC 可实现彼此间的管理通信和互操作,从而也解决了扩容后的互连管理问题。结合正在进行的工程实践,文章还进一步从技术角度上讨论了实现策略。     

双基地系统收站自主的自适应跟踪算法

本文介绍了双基地系统收站自主的定位原理及跟踪算法WMEKF (WeightedModified Extended Kalman Filter),提出了一种对机动目标的自适应跟踪算法AWMEKF(Adaptive WMEKF),并对典型的机动目标航迹进行了计算机仿真。     

REFLECTIONS ON THE INTEGRATION OF THE MILITARY IN SOUTH AFRICA

This paper explores the contribution of the African Union (AU) to human security promotion in Africa. It contends that human security concerns informed the formation of the AU. Through the efforts of the AU Commission, the African ruling elite and policy-makers have become aware of human security doctrines. Human security ideas have been integrated into AU binding agreements, declarations, decisions and policies. The commission is now in the difficult, yet most important, phase of trying to persuade significant numbers of the African ruling elite and civil society to accept human security as a guiding principle and the desirable norm. Through the African Citizens' Directorate (CIDO), the commission is using indigenous African civil society groups to institutionalise human security doctrines in Africa. The commission faces serious challenges in its efforts to make human security the only security norm. While member states of the AU that have never been comfortable with the introduction of human security doctrines into the continental integration project are tacitly undermining the CIDO's ability to work with civil society groups to institutionalise the doctrines in Africa, the leaders who enthusiastically supported the integration of human security doctrines into the documents and work of the AU have seemed in recent times to be less resolute in their support of AU Commission's human security work.

多机器人编队控制是多机器人协调控制中一个最具有挑战性的研究问题.首先简要概述了多机器人编队问题的研究现状.从面向问题的角度出发,将编队问题分解成编队角色分配、队形生成、队形变换与选择、编队跟踪4个子问题,并针对每个子问题,总结了现有的研究方法.最后,特别强调编队控制中的网络问题并指明未来的研究万向.     

Optimal pricing and scheduling control of product shipping

In this article, we seek to understand how a capacity‐constrained seller optimally prices and schedules product shipping to customers who are heterogeneous on willingness to pay (WTP) and willingness to wait (WTW). The capacity‐constrained seller does not observe each customer's WTP and WTW and knows only the aggregate distributions of WTP and WTW. The seller's problem is modeled as an M/M/N_s queueing model with multiclass customers and multidimensional information screening. We contribute to the literature by providing an optimal and efficient algorithm. Furthermore, we numerically find that customers with a larger waiting cost enjoys a higher scheduling priority, but customers with higher valuation do not necessarily get a higher scheduling priority. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于目标散射的双基地雷达多假目标干扰技术

双基地雷达系统采用发射站与接收站分置的工作模式,所以传统干扰方法的干扰信号难以到达双基地雷达接收站。针对双基地雷达工作特点,提出了基于目标散射的多假目标干扰模型,有效解决了传统干扰方法的干扰信号不能到达双基地雷达接收站的难题,并基于DRFM技术,研究了运用卷积调制产生多假目标的方法,从而对双基地雷达形成有效的多假目标干扰。理论分析和仿真实验证明了方法的可行性、有效性。     

双基地雷达的灵巧干扰效果分析

双基地雷达对传统的压制式干扰和欺骗式干扰有显著的抗干扰性,提出把截获的雷达信号通过卷积调制形成干扰信号,并对双基地雷达接收站发送的灵巧干扰方法。在分析灵巧干扰与传统压制式干扰和欺骗式干扰区别的基础上,建立灵巧干扰数学模型,详细分析了灵巧干扰对双基地雷达的干扰效果。仿真结果表明,灵巧干扰可以对双基地雷达产生兼有压制性和欺骗性干扰效果。     

机载合作辐射源空间定位误差分析及对策

在一些空地结合的双基地雷达系统中,机载辐射源的空间定位误差对目标定位有着重要影响.针对机载辐射源定位误差的重要来源GPS定位误差和空中气流扰动,研究了一种数据处理方案,通过建立GPS定位误差模型,并结合不同载体运动模型,对误差进行卡尔曼滤波处理.该方案有效减小了机载辐射源的定位误差,对双基地雷达研究具有重要意义.
