随机性检测方法在加密比特流识别中的应用研究

为识别链路层加密比特流,以未加密与加密数据在随机统计特性上的差异为依据,对4种典型的随机性检测方法在比特流长度不同时的识别率进行了比较研究.针对块内最长游程检测过程中出现的比特流尾部比特位不能构成完整子块的问题,提出了2种可行的处理方案.通过对块内最长游程检测门限值函数的研究,基于参数优化的方法改进了块内最长游程的检测方案,在一定程度上提高了识别率.最后,以某无线网络链路层加密比特流为识别对象,对提出方案的有效性进行了验证.     

舰载近区防卫武器综合运用

水面舰艇近区防卫武器的作战运用研究是舰载武器作战运用研究的新课题。在分析近区防卫目标特征、武器特点、作战方法的基础上,提出近区防卫武器综合运用一般原则,基于作战时域的连续性及效果的叠加性,构建近区防卫武器使用逻辑结构,建立武器运用的对策模型,可为近区防卫武器的科学使用提供理论参考。     

舰艇机动穿越深海会聚区对潜艇探测研究

深海会聚区效应是深海水声传播显著的特征,并为远距离潜艇探测提供了有效途径。首先分析了深海会聚区形成的原因和条件,然后根据海区会聚区的预报距离和宽度,构建了舰艇采用两次机动穿越会聚区测算被探测潜艇的位置和运动要素模型,最后通过算例分析舰艇两次穿越会聚区的方法和求解潜艇运动要素和位置的过程,分析结果验证了舰艇穿越会聚区对潜艇定位方法的可行性。

当前,以“为民、务实、清廉”为主要内容的党的群众路线教育实践活动在全党全军深入开展,准确把握党的群众路线科学内涵,必须厘清党员干部要“相信谁”、“依靠谁”、“为了谁”和“我是谁”这四个逻辑问题,才能科学地指导教育实践活动深入开展,这既是确保活动取得良好成效的客观要求,也是新形势下丰富马克思主义党建学说的应有之义.     

武警院校军事学研究生教学管理与保障存在问题及对策

武警院校军事学研究生教学管理与保障存在着课程体系不够科学、教学运行管理不严密、教学保障不到位及教学质量评价体系不完善等问题。应采取有效措施修订现行课程体系,建立和完善研究生教学质量评价体系,改善教学条件,形成教学管理合力育才的良好机制。     

新课改背景下西部地区小学《科学》课程学与教的现状初探——以新疆石河子市为例

通过问卷调查结合访谈和观察,对石河子市小学科学课程学与教的现状进行调查,结果发现:学生对科学课具有浓厚的兴趣,且非常喜欢现行的教材,但因本区小学科学教师师资不足、专业素养不高,加之教学设备有限,教学资源匮乏,多数学校班级规模过大,导致实践环节得不到保障,影响了课程教学质量。据此,强化小学科学教师队伍建设,加大科学教育经费的投入力度,缩减班级规模,改善学习环境,是本区适应新课改提高科学课程教学质量的有效途径。     

Missile systems: “Flexible modularity” and incremental technological change in military production∗

It is often stated that technological change in the military field is characterised by the introduction of radical innovations rather than by incremental processes of technological change. This article illustrates the diversity of military innovation by arguing that technological change in missiles systems is dominated by incremental change. While some large weapons platforms display the design rigidities normally associated with complex systems, missiles are characterised by “flexible modularity”. Flexible modularity facilitates the continuous introduction of upgrades, and makes missile systems amenable to gradual technological change. Besides, it has significant implications for the future role of missile systems, and poses special problems for missile disarmament and technology control initiatives.     

AGENDA FOR DEFENSE AND PEACE ECONOMICS

This brief introduction celebrates the 20th Anniversary of the Journal, Defence and Peace Economics. Suggesting elements of an agenda for the future of this branch of economics, I raise several topics that are new and that seem to indicate that the field will expand and shift focus substantially in future years.     

WARFARE IN A NEW DOMAIN: THE ETHICS OF MILITARY CYBER-OPERATIONS

While most normative evaluations of military cyber-operations have emerged from the legal community, this article assesses the legitimacy of such operations from a philosophical-ethical perspective. After reviewing the relationship between rights forfeiture and the jus ad bellum and jus in bello criteria of the just war tradition, it applies these criteria to several aspects of cyber-operations, including responses to cyber-activities, the use of cyber-capabilities affecting combatants and civilians, and the use of these capabilities by contractors. Finally, it briefly addresses the legitimacy of limiting rights to privacy and anonymity in service of preventing cyber-harm.
