应用复合材料理论,对空气弹簧的单层帘线橡胶的应力-应变关系及力学参数进行了计算.运用有限元方法对空气弹簧进行了应变分析,用所得到的数值结果,结合多层帘线橡胶的力学特性以及单层帘线橡胶的强度理论,对空气弹簧进行强度分析.计算结果表明,囊体的载荷主要由帘线承受.

An assessment of the ‘democratic’ coup theory

The Egyptian military's unconstitutional removal of President Mohamed Morsi has reignited a debate regarding the theory of the ‘democratic coup’. Though coups are almost invariably condemned, many political observers and a few scholars have recently argued that coups can act as catalysts for democratisation. This paper empirically assesses the democratic coup hypothesis for Africa. Multivariate analyses from 1952 to 2012 suggest that coups statistically improve a country's democratisation prospects. Extensions of the model show that coups appear to be likely precursors for democratisation in staunchly authoritarian regimes and have become less likely to end democracy over time, and that their positive influence has strengthened since the end of the Cold War. As of 2012, countries that have experienced a recent coup are expected to be four times more likely to witness a democratic transition than those that have remained coup-free.     

Confronting the “Perpetual Menace to Human Security”

Nuclear weapon states historically have attached great secrecy to their nuclear weapon and fissile material production programs and stockpiles, despite warnings that this would fuel fears, handicap informed debate and decision making, and drive arms races. As evidenced by the “Action Plan on Nuclear Disarmament” agreed upon at the 2010 Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) Review Conference, however, the international community now sees greater transparency about nuclear weapon and fissile material stocks as necessary for enabling and monitoring progress toward nuclear disarmament. To support this effort, the International Panel on Fissile Materials has proposed a step-by-step program for weapon states to declare their inventories, production histories, and disposition of nuclear warheads and fissile materials, and to set up joint projects to develop methods for verifying these declarations. This openness initiative is described here, and could be adopted at the 2015 NPT Review Conference, laying a basis for negotiating verifiable deep reductions in nuclear arsenals and their eventual elimination.     

Na_2SO_4·10H_2O相变过程及其相变潜热的计算

利用CDR-34P差动热分析仪测试Na2SO4·10H2O相变前后的热效应,结合Na2SO4-H2O体系的二元相图,分析相变前后热效应的来源及体系相态、组分的变化;提出无机水合盐相变潜热除来源结晶水脱离外还包括固相物质溶解、溶液浓度梯度变化的热效应的观点;根据上述相变过程计算Na2SO4·10H2O相变潜热,误差仅为2%.     

PVDF材料制作水压接收器研究

研究了PVDF压电薄膜的压电特性,并对由该材料制成的简易水压接收器进行了实验研究.大量的实验结果表明,应用PVDF材料制作水压传感器,不仅具有很好的接收水压信号的能力,而且其许多其他特性都优于现已使用的压电传感器特性,特别是耐冲击和抗腐蚀性能尤为突出,因此具有很好的应用前景.

针对基层消防部门火灾调查人员在调查中造成物证损坏所存在的问题,通过对火灾调查中物证损坏原因的探讨,分析研究物证在收集、提取、保管、检测鉴定及其它过程中造成损坏的原因,并提出减少或避免这些损坏应该采取的具体措施和方法。使火调人员在火灾事故调查过程中充分考虑到物证损坏对火灾调查工作的影响,对于提高火灾调查人员的办案能力,避免调查中物证损坏具有一定的指导意义。     

新疆少数民族双语教学中汉语教学的困境

本文主要论述了新疆少数民族双语教学中汉语教学的重要性及存在的困境,并对如何在教学中提高少数民族学生的汉语表达能力进行了探讨,并提出了几点建议:克服少数民族学生开口表达汉语的心理障碍;创设汉语表达语境让学生感知汉语交际情景;运用直观教学手段强化民族学生汉语表达的培养;教学中运用多种方法训练和培养学生用汉语的思维习惯。

材料电导率对混响室场性能影响的仿真研究

混响室作为一种经济有效的新型电磁兼容检测设备,近年来倍受人们的关注。在混响室的设计过程中,材料的选择是其中的关键环节之一。通过仿真计算,从电场强度大小和电场均匀性两个方面研究了四种不同电导率材料对混响室场性能的影响。数据结果表明,随着材料电导率的升高,混响室内电场强度的各分量最大值和电场强度平均值均明显提高,并且材料电导率的变化不改变室内电场的分布情况。从电场均匀性方面来看,四种不同电导率材料的混响室,其电场均匀性均满足标准IEC61000-4-21的要求。
