相似系统间调整因子的量化方法

探讨一种便于操作、系统而量化的方法 ,以预计新研系统的可靠性参数。在相似设备法的基础上 ,提出了利用可量化的调整因子对相似系统的可靠性参数进行转换的方法 ,有效地提高了相似设备法的可操作性和分析精度 ,对研究相似设备法在工程技术领域的应用也具有一定的参考价值     

A branch and bound algorithm for the minimum storage‐time sequencing problem

The minimum storage‐time sequencing problem generalizes many well‐known problems in combinatorial optimization, such as the directed linear arrangement and the problem of minimizing the weighted sum of completion times, subject to precedence constraints on a single processor. In this paper we propose a new lower bound, based on a Lagrangian relaxation, which can be computed very efficiently. To improve upon this lower bound, we employ a bundle optimization algorithm. We also show that the best bound obtainable by this approach equals the one obtainable from the linear relaxation computed on a formulation whose first Chvàtal closure equals the convex hull of all the integer solutions of the problem. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Generating Pareto‐optimal boundary points in multiparty negotiations using constraint proposal method

In this paper a constraint proposal method is developed for computing Pareto‐optimal solutions in multiparty negotiations over continuous issues. Constraint proposal methods have been previously studied in a case where the decision set is unconstrained. Here we extend the method to situations with a constrained decision set. In the method the computation of the Pareto‐optimal solutions is decentralized so that the DMs do not have to know each others' value functions. During the procedure they have to indicate their optimal solutions on different sets of linear constraints. When the optimal solutions coincide, the common optimum is a candidate for a Pareto‐optimal point. The constraint proposal method can be used to generate either one Pareto‐optimal solution dominating the status quo solution or several Pareto‐optimal solutions. In latter case a distributive negotiation among the efficient points can be carried out afterwards. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 48: 210–225, 2001

动基站时差探测系统定位方法研究

针对传统长基线时差探测系统的缺点,提出了全新的动基站时差测量系统并给出了目标的定位原理。在典型布站、信息存在冗余的前提下,通过子集选优法确定了最佳定位算法,并根据工程应用的需要确定了更加合理简捷的定位算法,统计仿真表明了该算法的有效性。最后,计算了目标高度测量精度并归纳了其特点,给出了有益的结论。     

海面雷达杂波建模技术研究

为了能在强烈的海杂波背景下检测到目标信号,从而提高海面雷达的杂波可见度,使海面雷达具有更高的分辨率和可靠的监测性能,在精确的描述海杂波特性的基础上,详细研究了杂波散射机理建模、杂波统计建模和杂波非线性建模3种海面雷达杂波建模关键技术。     

知识图谱的预警探测体系探测效能贝叶斯评估方法

战争中,预警探测体系作为典型的复杂系统,其探测效能发挥情况的有效评估一直是亟需人们研究解决的重要现实问题。突破了传统效能评估方法的局限,在分析了知识图谱技术、贝叶斯评估方法基本原理的基础上,提出了基于两者综合运用的预警探测体系探测效能评估新方法,利用专家知识和实验数据构建知识图谱,并进一步使用贝叶斯网络方法实施知识推理,从而实现了体系探测效能评估。通过构建具体作战场景,验证了所提方法的有效性,并基于推演数据分析了所提方法的评估情况。
