Gas and particulate emissions from ship transportation have been increasing in recent years. In order to mitigate ship emissions near coastal areas, voluntary vessel speed reduction incentive programs (VSRIPs) were put in place by a number of ports. This paper studies a schedule design problem faced by liner shipping companies under VSRIPs. It proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear mathematical model for the minimization of the total cost, consisting of fuel cost, as well as operating cost, minus dockage refunds. The model balances three determinants, that is, the compliance of VSRIPs, the speed limit (the maximum physical speed of ships and the upper speed limit imposed by VSRIPs), and the limited number of ships. An enumerative algorithm and a piecewise-linear approximation algorithm are developed, based on some properties of the nonlinear model. The efficiency of the proposed algorithms is validated through extensive computational experiments.  相似文献

We review the operations research/management science literature on data-driven methods in retail operations. This line of work has grown rapidly in recent years, thanks to the availability of high-quality data, improvements in computing hardware, and parallel developments in machine learning methodologies. We survey state-of-the-art studies in three core aspects of retail operations—assortment optimization, order fulfillment, and inventory management. 针对移动单摄像机采集的视频序列中的运动多目标,重点研究了基于目标间的相对运动信息和数据关联策略的在线多目标自动跟踪器。利用目标间相对运动模型实现目标轨迹的恢复,减少目标轨迹碎片。运用事件匹配算法改进当前帧的检测响应与过去轨迹的分配,并降低跟踪过程中的目标身份转换次数。实验结果表明:该改进算法较原算法能够对序列中目标跟踪定位得更加精确,减少了轨迹碎片和身份转换次听语音 聊科研与作者互动数,在TUD-Campus序列上达到了与国际前沿多目标跟踪算法相当的效果。  相似文献

当前装备供应保障系统中维修器材存在短缺、积压以及配送系统效率低下等问题,亟须对生产、库存和配送作业环节进行集成优化。为客观反映各个决策环节,将该问题公式化为一个混合整数线性规划模型,针对该模型多变量、多约束的特点,提出了一个基于数学规划的两阶启发式算法对其进行求解。结合算例,检验模型的可行性,并选取求解器CPLEX和一个类似的迭代算法与该算法在求解质量和运算时间方面进行对比与分析。结果表明,提出的模型是合理可行的,该算法在求解不同规模实例时表现出优异的性能。  相似文献

水下航行器精确导航在海洋利用和开发过程中发挥了重要作用。关于抑制水下导航误差随时间累积的问题,进行了详细阐述和分析:简述了惯性器件的发展历程;详细对比了各导航系统的优劣性,着重介绍了国内外重力辅助导航研究现状,分析了针对目前水下航行器高精度导航的需求,以及全球海洋重力基准图空间分辨率不足的科学难题;提出了通过GNSS-R测高星座获得高空间分辨率和高精度全球海洋重力基准图的思路及技术路线,以期提高水下重力辅助导航精度。  相似文献

为降低鲁棒优化模型最优解的保守性,以最小化违约车辆数和总惩罚成本为目标,建立针对旅行时间不确定的开放式车辆路径问题的弱鲁棒优化模型。对于不确定数据集的每个取值,该模型的最优解可以使其目标函数值始终不超过某数值,进而改善最优解的保守性。为提高启发式算法发现最优解的概率,提出一种自设计遗传算法对模型进行求解,其主要思想是利用粒子群算法搜索出可使遗传算法预期产生最好解的算法要素,并将其进行组合,从而产生新的遗传算法。采用新产生的遗传算法对模型继续求解,输出最好解。计算结果表明:与以往的鲁棒优化方法相比,弱鲁棒优化方法的最优解的保守性显著降低。  相似文献

移动自组织网络是一种无基础设施、由移动通信节点组成的无线网络,具有高度的动态特性。传统的路由协议并不能适应节点移动性带来的频繁拓扑变化,简单的洪泛路由也会因开销过大降低网络的性能。针对如何在移动自组织网络中自适应地进行路由选择,提出了一种基于强化学习的分步路由选择算法。该算法以最小链路总往返时延为目标,基于强化学习进行路由搜寻,在筛选出符合目标需求节点集合的基础上,结合置信度选择路由。在链路变得不可靠时,数据包被广播给筛选出的邻居节点集来提升路由可靠性并降低开销。对提出的算法在分组到达率和路由开销等主要性能指标进行数值仿真分析,仿真结果表明,提出的分步路由算法相比于基于强化学习的智能鲁棒路由,在降低开销的同时,保持着相当的吞吐率。  相似文献

The rapidity and accuracy of the initial alignment influence the performance of the strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS), compass alignment is one of the most important methods for initial alignment. The selection of the parameters of the compass alignment loop directly affects the result of alignment. Nevertheless, the optimal parameters of the compass loop of different SINS are also different. Traditionally, the alignment parameters are determined by experience and trial-and-error, thus it cannot ensure that the parameters are optimal. In this paper, the Genetic Algorithm-Particle Swarm Optimization (GA-PSO) algorithm is proposed to optimize the compass alignment parameters so as to improve the performance of the initial alignment of strapdown gyrocompass. The experiment results showed that the GA-PSO algorithm can find out the optimal parameters of the compass alignment circuit quickly and accurately and proved the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this study, a theoretical nonlinear dynamic model was established for a saddle ring based on a dynamic force analysis of the launching process and the structure according to contact-impact theory. The ADAMS software was used to build a parameterized dynamic model of the saddle ring. A parameter identification method for the ring was proposed based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm. A loading test was designed and performed several times at different elevation angles. The response histories of the saddle ring with different loads were then obtained. The parameters of the saddle ring dynamic model were identified from statistics generated at a 50° elevation angle to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method. The actual loading history of the ring at a 70° elevation angle was taken as the model input. The response histories of the ring under these working conditions were obtained through a simulation. The simulation results agreed with the actual response. Thus, the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed dynamic model were verified, and it provides an effective method for modeling saddle rings.  相似文献

In this paper, an improved discharging circuit was proposed to quicken the decay of the current in the drive coil in a reluctance accelerator when the armature reaches the center of the coil. The aim of this is to prevent the suck-back effect caused by the residual current in drive coil. The method is adding a reverse charging branch with a small capacitor in the traditional pulsed discharging circuit. The results under the traditional circuit and the improved circuit were compared in a simulation. The experiment then verified the simulations and they had good agreement. Simulation and experiment both demonstrated the improved circuit can effectively prevent the suck-back effect and increase the efficiency. At the voltage of 800 V, an efficiency increase of 36.34% was obtained.  相似文献
