基于多层中转的飞行训练模拟器远程保障系统设计

随着飞行模拟训练在我国的常态化、普及化发展,模拟装备的保障压力也日益增长,为了有效缓解保障压力增长与保障力量薄弱之间的突出矛盾,提出一种基于多层中转跨网络的飞行训练模拟器远程保障系统。该系统依托现有的专用网资源建立从技术保障中心到远程模拟器的数据通道,通过在不同网段间架设中转服务器的方法为技术保障人员提供从专用网到模拟器局域网计算机的通信链路,从而辅助技术保障人员对远程模拟器进行远程保障。目前,该系统已在空军多个部队进行了部署和应用,使用结果表明,该系统的应用和推广能大大拉直模拟装备的保障路径,缩短排故时间,节省维护经费。     

先进武装直升机的一种新型组合智能火/飞综合控制系统的设计与仿真

讨论了模糊逻辑控制与神经网络相结合的一种控制方法,给出了一种增益自适应调整的模糊控制方法和ＢＰ网络自适应变步长学习算法。提高了系统精度,改善了系统品质,并将这种方法成功地用于直升机综合火／飞系统的设计。同时,针对某型直升机用数字仿真证明了这种方法的优点和良好效果。     

An interface shear damage model of chromium coating/steel substrate under thermal erosion load

The Cr-plated coating inside a gun barrel can effectively improve the barrel's erosion resistance and thus increase the service life.However,due to the cyclic thermal load caused by high-temperature gun-powder,micro-element damage tends to occur within the Cr coating/steel substrate interface,leading to a gradual deterioration in macro-mechanical properties for the material in the related region.In order to mimic this cyclic thermal load and,thereby,study the thermal erosion behavior of the Cr coating on the barrel's inner wall,a laser emitter is utilized in the current study.With the help of in-situ tensile test and finite element simulation results,a shear stress distribution law of the Cr coating/steel substrate and a change law of the interface ultimate shear strength are identified.Studies have shown that the Cr coating/steel substrate interface's ultimate shear strength has a significant weakening effect due to increasing temperature.In this study,the interfacial ultimate shear strength decreases from 2.57 GPa(no erosion)to 1.02 GPa(laser power is 160 W).The data from this experiment is employed to establish a Cr coating/steel substrate interface shear damage model.And this model is used to predict the flaking process of Cr coating by finite element method.The simulation results show that the increase of coating crack spacing and coating thickness will increase the service life of gun barrel.     

对地形跟随/回避雷达干扰的可行性研究

在介绍地形跟随/回避雷达工作原理的基础上,通过设定典型超低空突防飞机的战术行动,分析了对雷达实施有效干扰所必须具备的条件,包括侦察/干扰机的部署、数量要求等;并计算了在传感器/摆放(投掷)式干扰机模式下对装备的性能要求,得出了在目前技术条件下,对地形跟随/回避雷达实施干扰在技术和战术上都是困难的.     

The unnecessary uprising: Jeju Island rebellion and South Korean counterinsurgency experience 1947–48

This paper systematically analyzes the causes of the escalation of violence during the initial stages of the Jeju Island Rebellion and the failure of South Korean counterinsurgency operations. It is argued that four interrelated factors provided the conditions for armed insurgency in the small island of Jeju: inter-agency tension between the Korean National Police (KNP) and the Korean Constabulary; the mainlanders' misinterpretation of the insurgency; the effect of systematic police brutality; and the role of youth groups. Consequently, two counterinsurgency lessons will be drawn from this study: that inter-agency cooperation and coordination at the tactical level between security branches and the incorporation of local population at the micro-level is essential in conducting efficient and effective counterinsurgency operations.     

Property distribution and configurations of sovereign states: A rational economic model

A nation's wealth is both an object of conquest to covetous aggressors and a resource to its owners for self defense. To maintain autonomy every country must mount a defense which either makes its capture (1) more expensive than any aggressor can afford, or (2) more expensive than it is worth to aggressors. Whether this condition can be satisfied for all countries simultaneously depends as shown in this paper on relative efficacy of military offense versus defense, the aggregate of wealth among nations and its distribution, and the benefits a conqueror may obtain from conquest, including the duration of these benefits. The paper shows how these factors fit together to determine the sustainability and stability of the international distribution of property as embodied in the configuration of sovereign states.

Israel's policy of military reprisals has never seemed to follow any consistent pattern of tit‐for‐tat. On the one hand, not every violent incident was answered with a counterattack. On the other hand, when Israel responded, frequently it employed an excessive amount of force, which was disproportional to the Arab provocation. This behavior has not been the consequence of a premeditated and rational strategy. Instead, it appears to have been the result of a political dispute between alternative approaches regarding the use of military force. The following research analyzes the development of this controversy and how these differences of opinion were resolved.     

某自行高炮虚拟训练系统设计及关键技术

结合自行式高炮装备的结构特点和训练需求,采用机理与外观相分离的设计思想,建立一种多节点、多任务的分布式仿真训练系统。以机理模型为设计核心,采用了客户/服务器模式的系统拓扑结构。介绍了复杂装备外观建模方法和交互技术以及基于MATLAB的机理模型构建和系统集成方法。     

Quantifying the performance effects of idle time utilization in multiserver systems

In many practical multiserver queueing systems, servers not only serve randomly arriving customers but also work on the secondary jobs with infinite backlog during their idle time. In this paper, we propose a c‐server model with a two‐threshold policy, denoted by (e d), to evaluate the performance of this class of systems. With such a policy, when the number of idle servers has reached d (<c), then e (<d) idle agents will process secondary jobs. These e servers keep working on the secondary jobs until they find waiting customers exist in the system at a secondary job completion instant. Using the matrix analytic method, we obtain the stationary performance measures for evaluating different (e, d) policies. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2007.
