基于营区精、气、神文化表达的自然仿生设计

精、气、神文化是营区规划设计的核心.自然仿生设计为营区精、气、神文化的表达提供了独特而有效的方式.通过对营区精、气、神文化的解读,发掘出自然仿生的3个层面,即“形”之仿生,“意”之仿生和“结构”之仿生.在营区规划设计中,当自然仿生的这3个层面得到有效表达,实现有机统一,营区就会产生独特的文化气质与魅力,从而体现其精、气、神特色,展现部队的“军营魂”.     

雷达虚拟维修训练中交互系统的通用性

基于USB接口技术对"通用雷达装备虚拟维修训练系统(URVMTS)"的人机交互系统进行研究,通过合理的软、硬件设计实现了系统的通用性。不同的实装操作部件经过适当的信号调理均可以通过该系统方便地实现与雷达虚拟样机之间的交互。着重介绍了交互系统的通用性设计与实现方法,包括系统的通用性设计方案,USB硬件电路的通用性设计及相应的软件开发。     

电磁发射用脉冲电抗器应力分析及结构设计

基于对电磁力以及热应力的解析计算公式的推导,运用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对固定电抗器顶底端面情况下的铜箔进行电磁-温度-结构耦合分析,分别得出热应力及所受总应力与应变的分布情况。进一步对电抗器的结构进行优化,综合考虑其结构强度要求与连发温度要求,确定电抗器的最优设计结构,最终通过试验验证出仿真与设计方案真实可信。     

A Question of ‘Government’ Control: Afghanistan DDR Programs Since 2001

Since the fall of the Taliban in late 2001, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA), the United States, the United Nations, and the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) have funded and led three different Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) programs. Despite a significant investment in time and treasure, all of them have failed to significantly reduce the number of insurgents or arbaki (militia). This article explores why these programs failed despite incorporating ideas from the prominent DDR schools of thought. Utilizing Stathis Kalyvas’ theory of The Logic of Violence in Civil War as a lens, this article argues that GIRoA and ISAF did not have sufficient control of territory to entice insurgents or arbaki to reconcile and/or reintegrate with the government. Further, in areas GIRoA nominally controlled in northern and western Afghanistan, regional powerbrokers who controlled these areas balked at these programs.     

磁探针位置及角度偏移对电磁发射过程测试的影响

简化电磁发射装置中的导轨和电枢为线电流下的直导体,建立发射装置的物理模型。利用毕奥-萨伐尔定律和感应电动势原理,推导出磁探针线圈中心放置点的磁感强度。假设线圈范围内的磁场为均匀磁场,计算得到磁探针线圈产生的电动势。以此设计测量所用的磁探针,并和测试数据对比验证模型的正确性。在多次试验中发现,发射过程中装置振动导致磁探针距离变化和角度偏转问题。测量并分析三组单次发射中的故障测试状态。仿真和实验数据表明:小范围距离变化没有使磁探针的测试性能失效,但角度偏移对下一步的速度拟合带来误差干扰,且随着角度增大拟合速度逐步减小。     

Stolen trauma: why some veterans elaborate their psychological experience of military service

The embellishment of a warrior biography has a long history but examples of veteran elaboration of traumatic experience have become increasingly apparent. Although legislative change in the UK has removed the penalties for fabrication and a progressive decline in the military footprint may have increased the likelihood of such false trauma narratives, a paradigm shift in explanations for mental illness underpins this phenomenon. The recognition of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in 1980, followed by studies to identify risk factors, led to a greater appreciation of psychological vulnerability. As a result, the use of shame to discourage acts formerly labelled as “cowardly” or “lacking in morale fibre” is no longer considered appropriate. Recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan generated popular sympathy for service personnel, whilst media focus on PTSD has led the UK public to believe that most veterans have been traumatised by their tours of duty.     

考虑外场差异的步进加速寿命数据可靠性评估方法

针对寿命服从双参数Weibull分布的机电产品,进行单应力、定时转换的步进加速寿命试验,研究加速寿命试验数据下的可靠性评估问题。考虑到外场多应力环境与实验室单一应力环境之间的差异性,构建基于修正系数的分布参数计算模型;开展步进加速寿命试验过程的统计分析,建立各应力下的累计分布函数关系;构建极大似然函数,运用数值迭代法,求解未知参数估计;结合某型机电产品进行仿真方案设计,采用Monte Carlo仿真方法产生样本数据,通过对比分析说明所提出的模型评估精度更高。     

GPS时分二进制偏移载波调制信号的高精度无偏抗多径算法

二进制偏移载波调制信号将在卫星导航系统中得到广泛应用。全球定位系统的L1C信号导频分量采用了时分二进制偏移载波调制,对此信号直接采用码参考波形算法消除多径时的鉴别曲线收敛点存在偏差,从而影响测距偏差。因此,提出一种时分二进制偏移载波调制信号的高精度无偏抗多径算法。通过时分的方式分别生成针对BOC(1,1)和BOC(6,1)分量的本地闸波,以保证鉴相函数在码相位无偏差时等于0。由于更好地利用了BOC(6,1)信号分量,该技术在实现无偏跟踪的同时,还能提高跟踪精度。

消防部队承担着复杂而危险的火灾扑救和应急救援任务,战斗中常会出现各种不良心理,心理素质是影响部队战斗力的重要因素。开展心理素质训练,提高消防官兵心理素质和心理适应能力是一个亟待解决的问题。阐述了消防部队火灾扑救和应急救援工作实际以及有关心理学知识,研究如何开展火灾扑救和应急救援心理训练,提高消防官兵的心理素质和心理适应能力。     

The effects of model parameter deviations on the variance of a linearly filtered time series

We consider a general linear filtering operation on an autoregressive moving average (ARMA) time series. The variance of the filter output, which is an important quantity in many applications, is not known with certainty because it depends on the true ARMA parameters. We derive an expression for the sensitivity (i.e., the partial derivative) of the output variance with respect to deviations in the model parameters. The results provide insight into the robustness of many common statistical methods that are based on linear filtering and also yield approximate confidence intervals for the output variance. We discuss applications to time series forecasting, statistical process control, and automatic feedback control of industrial processes. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2010
