参数估算法是当前装备经济性分析的主要方法,TruePlanning软件为国际主流的装备经济性分析软件。基于TruePlanning软件,以制造复杂度(Manufacturing Complexity)为研究对象,通过对TrueH模块进行深度剖析,分析并确立了结构制造复杂度(Manufacturing Complexity for Structure)的建模思路和模型形式。通过一个实例分析,选取5个必要的输入参数,构建结构制造复杂度的初步模型,并进一步考虑附加参数的输入,对模型进行修正。结果显示了结构制造复杂度对各技术参数的不同响应形式和敏感程度,为开发国产费用估算模型提供了可行的思路。 相似文献

为了真正认清“网络中心战”的理论价值,对按照作为其理论支撑的“梅特卡夫定律”所规定的网络连接方式进行反思,定性分析了其带来的复杂性,并且应用小世界模型(WS)建立了复杂网络价值增益模型并进行了综合分析,发现实际网络不能够按照“梅特卡夫定律”的要求组网,指出“网络中心战”的理论缺陷,对我军信息化建设有一定的启示。 相似文献

针对复杂海洋背景下舰船声频辐射噪声特征提取困难的问题,提出一种基于变分模态分解、中心频率、复杂度特征和支持向量机的舰船辐射噪声特征提取及分类识别方法。对四类舰船辐射噪声信号使用变分模态方法分解,得到一定数量的固有模态函数。通过比较提取能量最大的固有模态函数中心频率和排列熵作为特征参数,并利用支持向量机方法对四类舰船信号样本进行分类识别。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现对舰船辐射噪声的特征提取,与已有方法对比,该方法具有较高的识别率。 相似文献

We consider a problem of scheduling jobs on m parallel machines. The machines are dedicated, i.e., for each job the processing machine is known in advance. We mainly concentrate on the model in which at any time there is one unit of an additional resource. Any job may be assigned the resource and this reduces its processing time. A job that is given the resource uses it at each time of its processing. No two jobs are allowed to use the resource simultaneously. The objective is to minimize the makespan. We prove that the two‐machine problem is NP‐hard in the ordinary sense, describe a pseudopolynomial dynamic programming algorithm and convert it into an FPTAS. For the problem with an arbitrary number of machines we present an algorithm with a worst‐case ratio close to 3/2, and close to 3, if a job can be given several units of the resource. For the problem with a fixed number of machines we give a PTAS. A system of iid Bernoulli components is the starting point in the statistical theory of reliability. This simplification allows for the development of a rich, though elementary, theory for the structure of the system. Two representations play a prominent role in the study of structural reliability. One is the minimal path set representation and the other is the signature representation. Strategists and military professionals have previously questioned many of the methodological (theoretical underpinnings, the principles, and rules applied by the discipline) decisions associated with American military strategy, but the direction this essay takes is above and beyond the common methodological rivalries in how we pursue strategic desired future states. To get beyond methodological disputes entirely, we must consider thinking about our thinking as an organization on American strategy. Thus, this article hovers between philosophies, organizational theory, as well as our usually unquestioned belief in something called “strategy”. Questioning things about our basic understanding of the world tends to trigger strong organizational defense mechanisms, for good reason. Critical reflection at deep levels puts our worldview, and our role within it at stake. Nonetheless, as strategic disappointment emerges over multiple complex conflict developments, even the most cherished and guarded choices on how the world ought to work are ripe for critical inquiry. This essay examines the limited single strategic paradigm of the US defense industry and how the latest American National Security Strategy and Army Future Operating Concept (Win in a Complex World through 2030) presents a flawed strategic position. Parts of NATO’s contemporary planning framework called the comprehensive operations planning directive (COPD), and parts of the operation-level planning process should be revised since they suffer from methodological inconsistency. This claim is defended by discussing contradicting methodological properties and heuristics applied when framing and managing a military problem in accordance with the COPD. The methodological inconsistency within the COPD; in other words, simultaneously applying contradictory methodological properties, implies one theoretical and three practical implications. The theoretical implication is summarised in a meta-theoretical framework and explained by discussing five methodological properties: non-linearity, emergence, independently changeable generalisations, invariance and boundaries. The three practical implications of methodology imply that methodology is guiding: the problem-frame, conceptual development and action. To improve military planners’ understanding and management of these four identified implications, NATO is recommended to develop a “handbook of methodology.” The purpose of such a handbook should be to emphasise the utility of methodology when planning military operations. 相似文献
