美陆军C4I系统发展扫描

随着C4I系统逐步发展成为战争中争夺电磁优势"制高点"的关键环节及战场上的中枢神经,以干扰、破坏敌方的C4I系统,保护己方的C4I系统为目的的C4I对抗,日益引起世界各国高度重视。为适应C4I系统对抗日趋激烈的形势,做到知己知彼,综述了美陆军C4I系统的发展现状,以便更有针对性地发展我国的C4I系统。     

基于CSCW的机关业务协同办公系统协作多用户界面研究

简要阐述了研究CSCW系统协作多用户界面的必要性,介绍了协作多用户界面的基本概念,分析并评价了几种传统的协作多用户界面体系结构,最后以某机关业务协同办公系统的协作多用户界面的设计为例,提出了一种协同混合式体系结构及具体的实现。     

军队院校现代化教学保障体系构想和作用初探

随着高等教育产业的迅速发展和“科技强警”战略的实施,公安现役部队对人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。为了整体提高教学质量和办学水平,进一步明确教学保障工作的内涵、功能、作用,明确教学保障在提高教学质量方面的支持、推动和牵引作用,一是要明确军队院校教学保障指导思想和基本原则。二是构建合力保障,形成大保障概念。要求达到教学保障工作的整体化、规范化,形成教学保障合力。三是改变保障观念,赋予教学保障新的内涵。     

新型叶片式磁流变阻尼器结构设计

以传统叶片式减振器为基础,设计了具有"失效安全"特性的新型叶片式磁流变减振器。首先基于平板模型和B ingham模型推导了磁流变减振器力矩数学模型,然后分析了初始阻尼力不变情况下的阻尼力可调倍数影响因素,最后应用有限元分析软件ANSOFT对所设计的磁路进行仿真,分析了磁场分布。理论分析及仿真结果表明,叶片式磁流变减振器的阻尼力可调范围能满足重型车辆半主动悬挂系统的需要。     

Outbound supply chain network design with mode selection and lead time considerations

We present a large‐scale network design model for the outbound supply chain of an automotive company that considers transportation mode selection (road vs. rail) and explicitly models the relationship between lead times and the volume of flow through the nodes of the network. We formulate the problem as a nonlinear zero‐one integer program, reformulate it to obtain a linear integer model, and develop a Lagrangian heuristic for its solution that gives near‐optimal results in reasonable time. We also present scenario analyses that examine the behavior of the supply chain under different parameter settings and the performance of the solution procedures under different experimental conditions. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. On optimal system designs in reliability‐economics frameworks

Reliability Economics is a field that can be defined as the collection of all problems in which there is tension between the performance of systems of interest and their cost. Given such a problem, the aim is to resolve the tension through an optimization process that identifies the system which maximizes some appropriate criterion function (e.g. expected lifetime per unit cost). In this paper, we focus on coherent systems of n independent and identically distributed (iid) components and mixtures thereof, and characterize both a system's performance and cost as functions of the system's signature vector (Samaniego, IEEE Trans Reliabil (1985) 69–72). For a given family of criterion functions, a variety of optimality results are obtained for systems of arbitrary order n. Approximations are developed and justified when the underlying component distribution is unknown. Assuming the availability of an auxiliary sample of N component failure times, the asymptotic theory of L‐estimators is adapted for the purpose of establishing the consistency and asymptotic normality of the proposed estimators of the expected ordered failure times of the n components of the systems under study. These results lead to the identification of ε‐optimal systems relative to the chosen criterion function. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2007     

信息/求解 Petri 网系统

绝大多数 Petri 网在变迁发生后前集库所会失去标记,不便于表达一个条件一旦具备将永远具备的情形.针对该问题,基于0-1标识与变迁发生后其前集不失去标记的思想,提出了信息/求解扩展 Petri 网系统(I/S系统).给出了I/S系统的相关定义、部分基本性质、矩阵表示、求解发生权向量的求法和状态方程.最后,给出了以I/S系统表示的几种常见滑模变结构控制策略的设计过程,该例显示了I/S系统的模型表达能力.     

大型地下车库消防安全隐患及对策研究

从大型地下车库的火灾危险性及自身特点出发,分析了常见的火灾隐患及影响火灾蔓延的重要因素,提出了大型地下车库的消防设计要求,并从建立组织制度、加强消防宣传、完善消防设施、开展防火检查、加强灭火演习等几个方面提出了消防安全管理对策,以减少或避免火灾的发生.     

性能化防火设计方法在既有建筑火灾隐患整改中的应用

目前,我国城乡存在着大量火灾隐患普遍、整改难度极大的历史遗留问题建筑,无法通过整改满足消防技术规范标准要求,给社会和经济发展造成极大危害。介绍广东消防部门如何运用防火性能化设计的理念和手段。基本实现了消防安全设计和成本效益的最优化,从而提出一条解决问题的全新方法和途径。     

装备保障训练系统设计理论研究综述

对美军装备保障训练系统的设计理论、方法进行了研究与综述,对国内相关研究进行了总结。针对我军装备保障训练系统设计中存在的不足,提出了装备保障训练系统设计理论研究应着重解决的问题。
