An extensible modeling framework for dynamic reassignment and rerouting in cooperative airborne operations

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), increasingly vital to the success of military operations, operate in a complex and dynamic environment, sometimes in concert with manned aircraft. We present an extensible modeling framework for the solution to the dynamic resource management (DRM) problem, where airborne resources must be reassigned to time‐sensitive tasks in response to changes in battlespace conditions. The DRM problem is characterized by diverse tasks with time windows, heterogeneous resources with fuel‐ and payload‐capacity limitations, and multiple competing objectives. We propose an integer linear programing formulation for this problem, where mathematical feasibility is guaranteed. Although motivated by airborne military operations, the proposed general modeling framework is applicable to a wide array of settings, such as disaster relief operations. Additionally, land‐ or water‐based operations may be modeled within this framework, as well as any combination of manned and unmanned vehicles. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 荧光分析技术在单个生物分子行为及实时检测中的应用

活细胞单分子行为及实时检测研究是生命科学向微观世界深入探索的一个重要标志,它需要生物、化学、物理等多学科的交叉,已经成为目前研究的一个热点。该领域主要研究内容有细胞内单个大分子的实时研究、细胞内大分子的超微量实时检测。文章介绍了近年来对活细胞单分子行为及实时检测研究的几种荧光分析技术及其应用,涉及到的荧光分析技术有全内反射荧光显微术、荧光共振能量转移术、多光子荧光成像术、荧光相关光谱、光漂白后荧光恢复技术、荧光寿命成像显微术、单分子荧光偏振等。这些荧光分析技术以其快速、无损、时空分辨率高的特点,成为了研究单个生物分子行为的重要手段。

四川汶川特大地震,震撼了国人,震惊了世界。全国人民万众一心,众志成城,不畏艰险,百折不挠,以人为本,尊重科学的伟大抗震救灾精神,鼓舞着1．38万名消防救援官兵在震区创造了一个又一个生命救援的奇迹。结合汶川大地震消防救援的实践,谈谈震后生命救援的对策与行动要求,旨在探求地震灾害救援方法,提高生命救援能力。     

DEA models for two‐stage processes: Game approach and efficiency decomposition

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a method for measuring the efficiency of peer decision making units (DMUs). This tool has been utilized by a number of authors to examine two‐stage processes, where all the outputs from the first stage are the only inputs to the second stage. The current article examines and extends these models using game theory concepts. The resulting models are linear, and imply an efficiency decomposition where the overall efficiency of the two‐stage process is a product of the efficiencies of the two individual stages. When there is only one intermediate measure connecting the two stages, both the noncooperative and centralized models yield the same results as applying the standard DEA model to the two stages separately. As a result, the efficiency decomposition is unique. While the noncooperative approach yields a unique efficiency decomposition under multiple intermediate measures, the centralized approach is likely to yield multiple decompositions. Models are developed to test whether the efficiency decomposition arising from the centralized approach is unique. The relations among the noncooperative, centralized, and standard DEA approaches are investigated. Two real world data sets and a randomly generated data set are used to demonstrate the models and verify our findings. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2008     

抗通信时延的分布式固定时间收敛协同制导律

为使得多枚导弹在存在通信时延的情况下有效完成对机动目标的同时攻击,提出了一种抗通信时延的固定时间收敛分布式协同制导律。该制导律基于固定时间控制技术框架,实现了稳定时间边界不依赖于多导弹系统初始状态,提升了多导弹系统控制效率;采用一种快速非奇异终端滑模和虚拟领弹共同主导的方法,可实现制导律具有对抗通信时延的鲁棒性;利用了李雅普诺夫稳定性理论证明了固定时间内的一致性。仿真结果表明,存在通信时延的情况下,基于所设计的分布式协同制导律,多枚导弹能够有效地完成对目标的同时攻击。

有人/无人机协同作战指挥界面设计

分析了近期内有人/无人机协同作战的体系结构及作战模式,基于三代战机座舱普遍装备的多功能显示器,展开有人/无人机指挥控制界面的设计;基于人机工程学观点和飞行员的视觉习惯,从缓解飞行员的心理和生理疲劳的角度出发布置无人机编队的飞行参数,设计了有人/无人机执行协同对地攻击任务时包含巡航队形、战斗队形、任务类型、导航点切换等功能的指挥控制界面。为未来短期内有人/无人机协同作战指挥控制系统研究提供参考。
