《英语诗歌》课程教学探析——以叶芝为例

《英语诗歌》作为国内普通高校英语专业的专业选修课程,其课堂教学方式一直以传统的讲授为主。本文从认知诗学的视角,以著名的英语诗人叶芝为例,探讨《英语诗歌》课程教学中形式诗学与文化诗学方式方法的结合,在学科建设、课程设置和课堂教学等方面提出建议和参考。     

Variables inspection for SPC‐quarantined production

When a control chart signals an out‐of‐control condition for a production process, it may be desirable to “quarantine” all units produced since the last in‐control SPC sample. This paper presents an efficient procedure for variables inspection of such “SPC quarantined” product. A Bayesian sequential inspection procedure is developed which determines whether the out of control production is of acceptable quality. By inspecting the units in reverse of the order in which they were produced, the procedure is also capable of detecting the point at which the process went out of control, thus eliminating the need to inspect units produced prior to the onset of the out of control condition. Numerical examples are presented, and the performance characteristics of the procedure are demonstrated using Monte Carlo simulation. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The incentive effect of acceptance sampling plans in a supply chain with endogenous product quality

This article studies a firm that procures a product from a supplier. The quality of each product unit is measured by a continuous variable that follows a normal distribution and is correlated within a batch. The firm conducts an inspection and pays the supplier only if the product batch passes the inspection. The inspection not only serves the purpose of preventing a bad batch from reaching customers but also offers the supplier an incentive to improve product quality. The firm determines the acceptance sampling plan, and the supplier determines the quality effort level in either a simultaneous game or a Stackelberg leadership game, in which both parties share inspection cost and recall loss caused by low product quality. In the simultaneous game, we identify the Nash equilibrium form, provide sufficient conditions that guarantee the existence of a pure strategy Nash equilibrium, and find parameter settings under which the decentralized and centralized supply chains achieve the same outcome. By numerical experiments, we show that the firm's acceptance sampling plan and the supplier's quality effort level are sensitive to both the recall loss sharing ratio and the game format (i.e., the precommitment assumption of the inspection policy). © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 浅析边检人员专业素质的现状及对策

公安部下发的进一步提高边检服务水平的有关文件,确立了新时期公安边检工作的路线、方针、政策。就现阶段而言,边检人员的专业素质从实际运用来讲,可分为服务知识和技能、查验知识和技能、边检法律知识和技能三个方面。但现阶段边防检查员在业务素质方面还存在许多不足,这是进一步提高边检服务水平必须解决的问题。

基于状态监控的武器系统管理体系构建与功能分析

将CBM＋技术及思想应用于武器系统管理领域,提出了基于状态监控的武器系统管理思路。以某武器系统为研究对象,分析了基于状态监控的武器系统管理的特点;按照模块化原则、管理功能模块与信息保障模块对应原则和集成原则,构建了基于状态监控的武器系统管理体系;探讨了该管理体系中各组成模块的结构设计,并分析了其功能。研究结果为实现武器系统使用中的状态监控与信息化管理提供了体系框架。     

基于网格质量反馈的弹性体动网格改进研究

高鲁棒性的动网格变形方法是求解包含运动边界的非定常流场问题的关键技术。基于经典的弹性体动网格方法,引入两种设计合理、评价效果较好的网格质量参数——Patrick网格质量参数和Baker网格质量参数,从网格质量反馈优化的角度对经典方法作出改进,提出了一种基于网格质量反馈的改进弹性体动网格方法。结合NACA0012翼型的大角度俯仰运动,对比研究改进方法与经典方法的变形能力,整个过程中改进方法均保持更好的平均/最小网格质量,尤其在大俯仰角90deg时,经典方法的平均、最小网格质量降幅均是改进方法的4倍之多,且机翼尾缘处的网格扭曲严重,而改进方法仍与初始网格保持了较好的一致性,具有更高的鲁棒性。作为例证,分别计算了二维NACA0012翼型、三维ONERA M6机翼的俯仰振荡绕流,并与实验结果及流场规律进行对比,结果表明：基于网格质量反馈的改进弹性体法能够显著提高变形网格的鲁棒性,在大幅度的变形下保持较高的网格质量,对多维流场的求解均可取得精确结果,可为非定常流场问题的求解提供有力支撑。     

论人的防御火灾意识的更新

通过分析人的素质、行为和能动作用 ,揭示人类防御火灾意识偏低的原因 ,指出人类要实现人与自然协调发展 ,减少火灾的侵袭 ,就必须提高人的素质 ,规范人的行为 ,发挥人的主观能动作用。     

Does civil war hamper financial development?

We examine how armed conflict effects financial development in a cross-country setting using dynamic panel data analysis in a panel of 66 developing countries for the period 1985–2010. Financial development is measured by M2 as a share of GDP, and credit allocated to private sector by banks as a share of GDP. Our findings suggest that armed conflict has a significant adverse effect on financial development. Simultaneously, the quality of governance is always highly significant and conducive to the financial development. The quality of governance is more salient in determining financial development compared to low- and medium-intensity armed conflict; however, the quality of governance cannot entirely offset the adverse impact of high-intensity armed conflict on financial development.
