Performances of the defense industrial base in France: the role of small and medium enterprises

This paper employs an economic and statistical approach to get an overview of the defense industrial base (DIB) in France. It allows us to identify its main characteristics and to measure the role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). An original data-set was built, thanks to the information from the Ministry of Defense (MOD), the French Customs Central and National Administration, the Organization for Joint Armament Cooperation (OCCAR), the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and all the most relevant organizations specialized in the development, production or maintenance, repair, and overhaul of military goods in France. Overall, the DIB turns out as being composed of about 1800 enterprises in France (subcontractors included), of which three-third are SMEs. Along with high market concentration ratios, these enterprises are characterized by a significant military/civil duality, high labor productivity rates, and intensity in Research and Development.     

Original Sword Designs,Now in the Metropolitan Museum of Art,New York,Entered in Competition to Make Admiral Seymour’s City of London Sword of Honour in 1882

This paper examines two rare original Sword Designs, which have recently come to light, patterns said to be the two sides of the Sword of Honour awarded with the Freedom of the City of London to Admiral Seymour, Baron Alcester, Commander-in-Chief HM Ships and Vessels Mediterranean, for the Egyptian Campaign in 1882. The paper places the designs in their historical and iconographical context and assesses, by examining various evidence, if the patterns are, in fact, the original designs of the sword actually presented to Seymour at the Guildhall in 1883.

基于改进粒子群优化算法的微电网孤岛选址定容

分析了在重要孤立系统中采用微电网供电的必要性,在此基础上提出了采用由非支配排序法和拥挤距离排序法改进的粒子群算法进行微电网选址定容,其目的是改进多目标微电网规划问题的优化结果。通过改进算法与基本算法算例结果的对比分析,验证了改进算法在求解孤岛选址定容问题上具有较强的寻优能力、较高的收敛精度和较稳定的最优解,为进一步研究微电网孤岛选址定容问题提供了思路。     

基于不同叶片数目比的烟气涡轮多叶片通道数值模拟

基于定常假设,利用混合平面模型传递级间参数,运用Fluent软件对不同静动叶片数目比下的烟气涡轮多叶片通道流场进行了数值计算,得到了温度、压力、出口速度和马赫数等参数的变化规律,绘制了不同静动叶片数目比下各种参数的体积加权平均XY图,并通过数值分析确定了静动叶片最佳数目比为50∶74,最佳静叶安装角为35°。结果表明:叶片数目增减和静叶安装角的变化对烟气涡轮整体性能的影响须考虑多种因素,并不能以单一参数的变化来决定最佳叶片数目和静叶安装角。该结论可为烟气涡轮现有装备的科学管理和技术改进提供理论依据。     

基于神经网络的四轮转向车辆辨识和控制

车辆的动力学受各种非线性因素(如轮胎特性和路面状况)的影响,因此,利用两自由度线性车辆模型很难描述车辆的动力学.本文提出了一个新的基于神经网络非线性建校和控制能力的4WS控制系统.首先将车辆动力学辩识为一个RBF冈给车辆模型,然后利用该RBF网络车辆模型设计RBF网络控制器.通过计算机仿真说明了所提方法的有效性.     

防空导弹垂直发射转弯优化设计的新方法

防空导弹采用垂直发射方式时 ,最重要的要求就是导弹发射后在最短的时间内以最小转弯半径完成程序转弯 ,所以是一个快速最优控制问题 ,文章对连续系统的最优控制进行离散化 ,从而应用遗传算法对防空导弹垂直发射转弯程序进行了优化设计     

A competitive genetic algorithm for resource-constrained project scheduling

In this paper we consider the resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) with makespan minimization as objective. We propose a new genetic algorithm approach to solve this problem. Subsequently, we compare it to two genetic algorithm concepts from the literature. While our approach makes use of a permutation based genetic encoding that contains problem-specific knowledge, the other two procedures employ a priority value based and a priority rule based representation, respectively. Then we present the results of our thorough computational study for which standard sets of project instances have been used. The outcome reveals that our procedure is the most promising genetic algorithm to solve the RCPSP. Finally, we show that our genetic algorithm yields better results than several heuristic procedures presented in the literature. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 基于粒群算法和BP神经网络的煤电价格预测

由于煤电价格的波动受多种不确定因素的影响,且煤价和电价之间还存在非常复杂的耦合关系,它是一个典型的非线性系统,所以使用传统的方法来建立煤电价格的预测模型非常困难。针对这种情况,提出了一种基于粒群算法(PSO)和BP神经网络的煤电价格预测方法。采用PSO训练BP神经网络,不仅克服了BP神经网络算法易于陷入局部最优的缺点,而且可以提高网络的收敛速度和预测精度。结合煤电价格的历史数据,在Matlab平台上进行了仿真实验,验证了该预测模型的优越性。
