逆系统空空导弹控制器设计(英文)

利用非线性控制的逆系统方法,设计了导弹质心运动动力学系统的控制器。该控制器通过对弹道坐标系下导弹的切向过载和法向过载的控制,使导弹在控制系统中的速度、弹道倾角和弹道偏角输出信息渐近跟踪制导指令,以实现空空导弹对攻击目标的打击。仿真结果表明,导弹的质心运动参数以较高的精度快速跟踪制导指令,系统性能良好。     

弹性基上圆柱管弯曲行为的高阶剪切梁理论解

以弹性基上圆柱管为研究对象,基于高阶剪切变形梁理论推导了Winkler弹性基圆柱管弯曲变形的高阶剪切梁理论控制方程,给出四种典型工况弯曲问题的精确解.研究表明,无须假设剪切修正系数,只需引入适当横截面翘曲形状函数,高阶梁理论在圆柱管内外表面满足剪应力τxr为零的边界条件,且对于不同长径比和厚径比的圆柱管弯曲问题均能提供...     

多目标环境下基于分布式融合思想的误差估计方法

针对多雷达多目标跟踪过程中分布未知的系统误差估计问题,提出了基于"分布式融合思想"的误差估计方法。给出相应误差估计方法的计算公式,利用改进截断奇异值方法来减轻矩阵病态性的影响,提高误差估计的稳健性。设置了两种不同的系统误差仿真场景,对"分布式"误差估计方法在两种情形下的估计性能进行了仔细对比分析。结合"分布式"误差估计方法与"集中式估计"方法所体现出的优缺点,提出了一种将两种方法结合起来的系统误差估计算法,算法通过合理选择阈值门限η,能够在多雷达多目标且系统误差分布未知的复杂环境下对两种误差估计算法自适应地进行切换,从而充分发挥两种误差估计算法各自的优点,给出更好的误差估计结果。     

Size dependent free vibration analysis of functionally graded piezoelectric micro/nano shell based on modified couple stress theory with considering thickness stretching effect

Higher-order shear and normal deformation theory is used in this paper to account thickness stretching effect for free vibration analysis of the cylindrical micro/nano shell subjected to an applied voltage and uniform temperature rising. Size dependency is included in governing equations based on the modified couple stress theory. Hamilton's principle is used to derive governing equations of the cylindrical micro/nano shell. Solution procedure is developed using Navier technique for simply-supported boundary conditions. The numerical results are presented to investigate the effect of significant parameters such as some dimensionless geometric parameters, material properties, applied voltages and temperature rising on the free vibration responses.     

A higher order coupled frequency characteristics study of smartmagneto-electro-elastic composite plates with cut-outs using finite element methods

This article deals with investigating the effect of cut-outs on the natural frequencies of magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) plates incorporating finite element methods based on higher order shear deformation theory (HSDT). In order to consider the influence of cut-out, the energy of the cut-out domain is sub-tracted from the total energy of the entire plate. The governing equations of motions are derived through incorporating Hamilton's principle and the solution is obtained using condensation technique. The proposed numerical formulation is verified with the results of previously published literature as well as the numerical software. In addition, this research focuses on evaluating the effect of geometrical skewness and boundary conditions on the frequency response. The influence of cut-outs on the degree of coupling between magnetic, electric and elasticfields is also investigated.     

信息错误检测项目的关系分析

从提高信息质量这一目标入手,定义了理论信息错误类别空间、可检测信息错误类别空间、检测项目集等基础概念,分析了检测项目集之间的对等、相交、包含和互斥等4种关系及其特点,形成了信息错误检测项目集的2种生成与优化方式,以及若干优化原则,并给出各原则的优先顺序。     

激光式头盔瞄准具瞄准线数学模型的建立

激光式头盔瞄准具具有结构简单、截获目标速度快、抗干扰能力强、便于实现光电转换的优点.为了进一步加深对激光式头盔瞄准/显示系统瞄准线解算技术的研究,建立了该系统瞄准线的数学模型,从而计算出头盔的方位角和俯仰角,并对相关的误差和系统的精度进行了分析估算,实践表明该模型对瞄准线的解算是完全满足要求的.     

Compensating military veterans in South Africa

This article outlines the widespread needs of South African military veterans and the possible consequences if the promises made in the recent Military Veterans Act are not met. The first part of the article defines who generally qualifies as a military veteran, how they are typically compensated in various countries with specific reference to neighbouring southern African countries, and what the consequences are when veterans become disenchanted with the state. The second part focuses on South Africa and the recent debates on military veterans and their entitlements. With reference to the findings of a qualitative study conducted among military veterans, parliamentary debates and media reports, an assessment is made of the demands and affordability of promised benefits and the consequences should the state not deliver. The conclusion is reached that heightened expectations are presently frustrated by slow roll-outs, and this is likely to increase the possibility of protest action. This has now the potential to create further tension within the ruling party and civil society, as the pressure on public finances mounts and demands become unsustainable. The effect this may have on political stability will depend on how the government manages this issue.     

基于CREAM的后方仓库叉车装卸运输弹药HRA评估

针对我军后方仓库弹药装卸运输环节对人员叉车操作的安全性需求,设计出了叉车操作测试场地路线,归纳总结了人员操作叉车进行弹药装卸运输环节中的安全失效形式及失效原因,构建了HRA评估数学模型．选取我军某后方仓库搬运机械建制班人员为对象,进行了实地测试,得到了弹药装卸运输环节的人为失误概率．测试结果表明,基于CREAM方法能够较好地解决后方仓库弹药装卸运输环节人为失误概率的量化问题．     

内编队地球重力场测量性能数值分析

内编队系统通过实现内卫星纯引力轨道环境和内卫星精密定轨,完成高精度地球重力场测量,实现了不依赖于加速度计的重力卫星实施新途径。针对内编队重力场测量性能难以解析分析的情况,基于MATLAB并行程序设计进行了重力场测量数值模拟,获得了内编队重力场测量的有效阶数及其精度。在内编队轨道高度为300km、内卫星干扰力为1.0×10-10m/s2、外卫星定轨精度为3cm、内外卫星相对状态测量精度为1mm的条件下,计算得到内编队测量重力场的有效阶数为72,相应的大地水准面累积误差为44cm,重力异常累积误差为4.5mGal,由此可知内编队测量重力场的有效阶数主要分布在低阶部分。
